Well, the Caravan Guardians has come to an exciting conclusion folks. Onogoron has been returned to the safety of the Outpost, and the Garo Master and his Garo now rest in peace.

Speaking of Onogoron, he's sure to have something special for you. At long last, Rapiers are now available for use in the land of Hyrule. The TP requirements are as follows:

Train: Rapier--Vagabond
L1 Can use rapier--5% chance to parry missed attacks --1 TP
L2 15% chance to parry missed attacks --1 TP
L3 25% chance to parry missed attacks --2 TP
L4 +2 DMG --3 TP

Enjoy this new weapon! Onogoron can, for now, be found at the Outpost.

And that's not the end of this! Report to the Knight's Temporary Outpost for the next thrilling installment of the Warlord Crusades. The battle against Ganon's lords is far from over! And there may well be TP involved in this one, so I suggest you join (hint-hint!!!)!

Also, this question came up, and I feel its answer merits repeating here: yes, you can join both Crusade topics that are currently running. Actually, I shouldn't say 'both', because there are more than just two Crusade topics currently up - you just don't know for certain which ones they are! ...ahem, yes. Regardless, the one-topic-at-a-time rule applies exclusively to the "A Group of Beasts" topics.

After months of negligence and forgetting about it, the Grand Tournament is now officially ended (it already had pretty much ended, but now it's official). In the end, Victor never replied, even though we've unintentionally given him several months of leeway, and it's just time to call the thing quits. Therefore, by default, Alpha is the victor!

In lieu of the amount of time it took to finally resolve this thing, we've decided to simply award all participants with 1 TP. As the winner of the whole thing, even if it was by default, Alpha will also receive an additional TP, and be awarded the title of Grand Tournament Champion. Because everyone knows how much Alpha loves his fame.

And now you have no excuse to not help out with the Crusade. We're still looking for more people to stop by the Knights' Outpost and participate in that chapter! You might even get something useful out of it *cough*TP*cough*

We have, once again, been neglecting our duties as Royal Guards, and I, for one, am deeply sorry about this. We have all been busy with real life, but I am in the process of contacting the other RGs to discuss this matter. I will also try to catch up on as much as I can tonight, at least if it doesn't concern battle; I'm sorry, but it's getting too late at night where I am to keep track of a fight.

My Internet went out on me last night before I could see who else earned new TP, and since everything is now marked as read for some stupid reason, I can no longer tell with ease which topics need updating. So if you're waiting to get TP, please send me a PM, clearly stating which quest(s) you have completed.

Ahem. After much inactivity around here lately, we are starting to see a slight burst of life in the game. Into the Deep has been updated, and will hopefully be wrapped up sooner than later. Anyone who was present in that topic, please participate as best you can and we will have this crusade back on track in no time.

I don't want to have to bribe you, but let's just say there was a bit of a reward intended for participants from the beginning. So let's do this.

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

In order of importance:

1. The Rules Set has been updated, with several abilities added, some existing ones modified, and a change to Exceptional Spell to make it actually worth purchasing. We hope to continue updating the Set with new spells and abilities in the next couple weeks.

2. The Crusade topics are still moving, for those of you who have yet to return to them. Into the Deep and Saria Town are the current topics, with a fight that could use more assistance going on in the Lowlands.

3. Search for the Seed is just about finished. If you want the reward, you'd better appear to solve this last puzzle.

Also, Search for the Seed has finished, and the active participants have been given their prize. However, the rewards aren't entirely exclusive, so go check out the Caravan Quarter for the fruits (or seeds) of your labor! Especially the Scholars or others with slingshot abilities...

(For those of you who are unaware, I am quite stoked by this.)

With that said, I suggest anyone and everyone who can join some of these topics - the main one seems to be ZV's "Gossip Isle Expedition" (details can be found in the signup topic in the Courtyard; I believe they're still allowing people to join), but I'd suggest you guys also take a look at Leth's "Streets of the Dead"; I haven't read it all just yet, but from what I've seen it looks to be quite interesting. And of course, if you haven't yet please vote in Alpha's Supposedly-Monthly Poll and post in there too.

I think we'll hold off on any RG-led topics for a little while longer, in case this resurgence turns out to be nothing more than a quick fad. It'd be a shame to try and start up the Crusade again only to get no posts. So, for now, I'm just going to clean up the Courtyard by locking away the 5th Annual Grand Celebration topics - I'll leave "Take the Cake" up for another few days in case someone wants to snag a piece, but don't expect it to be here by this time next week!

As HA2 has received a sudden perk in activity, we'd like to thank all your efforts to bring life back to the forum, in hopes of getting back... well, not to the old days, but to a moderately functioning RPG board. In special, we'd like to thank Zelda Veteran for his topic, for it managed to be the source of this renewal with its interesting plot and great GMing. As such... um...

...well, we decided that Gossip Island Expedition: Out to Sea is now an official HA2 Event. You heard it right: participate, and you get entitled to a TP when it's over. Plus, the best RPer of the Event, chosen by voting, gets an extra TP.

We couldn't upload pictures for the items without a Web Master present, but that won't stop us from doing the very best we can for you. The quest is permanent (not just a holiday thing), and us RG's will be around constantly to respond to your posts posthaste!

Hey all. Just a quick post here to inform you: there's a new poll up! Actually, it's been there for a while, but there's only been three posts and . . . five votes (whoever the other two are, I am displeased with you). So, I'm assuming that most of you haven't noticed the topic's abrupt appearance. Either that, or you've decided to ignore the topic, which is somewhat disheartening because I really would like to hear from everyone.

So please go and let your opinions be made known! I, for one, made up my mind not to post any responses to others' posts until there were at least 5 replies to the topic. And I'm getting kinda antsy, cause I really would like to address Arrika and Orph and ZV's comments . . .
