A shine in the distance. A disturbance in the desert. A sinister cloud above Parapa. It all leads you here. Remix is back.


And he's not happy.


"Relixxanixbillus izzaqis nillus now j'wen!!!" He chants, bringing the entire army of armos around him to life. A shape is appearing in the twister up above him.

"NO!!!" Hiro jumps off a mountain and whips out his sword. A quick flash of his Fire Shard and his wooden sword is the Blaze Blade once more. Remix easily blocked the blow with his garo blades. The darkness and the sandstorm together bring an awesome effect to the battle.

"Hahahahaha! Your puny sword can't stop me now! When Vaati is ressurected, then infused with Ganon, you will all suffer!"

"He's right. I can't do it alone. Someone help me! Find all 3 eclipse mirages and recite:

"Nexus rehm p'rex doo walla shi!"

It'll let you capture them. I can't do it now. I have to hold him off."

Hiro slashes Remix, leaving a deep wound in his arm. They continue to fight. You should help him out.

OOC: Hahaha! I am getting very creative. This is serious. Hiro's life hands in the balance, so don't fail him. Find the 3 mirages with the medallions in them. The man at the meditation rock may be useful.

Alpha cringes for a second, then realizes what he must do. He repeats the incantation several times in his head before slipping into the shadows. "I won't fail you, Hiro. Just keep fighting..."

"Thank you, Alpha. Ack! Hurry! Get all the Medallions from the eclipse mirages! Asita will know. Ouch!" He says, fighting.

"Foolish boy! They are only Mirages! You cannot defeat me with those!" laughs Remix. They continue to fight. Hiro swings his blaze blade in an arc, the flames dancing as his sword hit its mark. A deep gash in Remix's legs appeared. "Argh!" He yells in pain, stabbing Hiro in the arm with his Garo Sword. A few more clashes and howls of pain sound.

"Ugh... Alpha... Hurry..." says Hiro, tiring from the fight.

The darkness swirls around him. A realm full of black mist that defies all laws of reality, the Void is not something that Alpha would wish on anyone. It is cold here...unnaturally so. It is the kind of chill that rushes through a brave, young warrior's bones when, in the heat of battle, he realizes his vulnerability for the first time, and knows that he may die. Only this chill never leaves one who is within the boundaries of this world of eternal night. There is no light anywhere, and yet one can still somehow manage to see, possibly through their mind's eye, Alpha has thought.

And though the Void is one of the most terrible places imaginable, and a land that he would wish no one else to ever have to travel through, Alpha knows it is also one of the most practical. For once one has gained mastery over a portal into the realm, it can be used as a kind of instant teleporter. The only problem is that entering the Void severly drains one's strength, even Alpha's.

So it is no surprise that Alpha is only borderline conscious when he returns to the area the Hiro is fighting. 'Have to get up...have to give him...the medallions...' Alpha gropes around his pockets to make sure he was not just dreaming about getting them, and feels all three there. 'Got one chance at all this...' He slowly raises his hands to his chest, and tries his best to focus all his energy into the spell. Four different times his vision blurs as he struggles to do this, but finally his palms glow with white light. "Life..." he mutters, then feels his health suddenly returning to him. A wave of energy washes over him, and he is suddenly able to stand again.

He rushes over to where Hiro fights Remix. "Hiro! I got 'em!" He quickly grabs his staff and sprints over, aiming a blow to Remix's shoulder.

OOC: Yeah, I decided now's as good a time as any to start explaining more about the Void.

Hiro blocks another blow with the Blaze Blade, then rushes to Alpha. "Thank you, Alpha. I see Asita gave you the Earth Shard. Can you use it? Ugh... Now's not the time. I'll explain later." He grabs the Medallions, and says:
"Secrets from the realms beyond, Chaos in the world of now, bound with forces of Twilight, give me Sovreign Power!"
The three Medallions shine with a force so powerful, you have to shield your eyes. The Medallions infuse together into-
The Emporer's Medal.
Hiro's armour enhances to the Pyro Mail. He uses the newfound strength to loose a devastating blow to Remix.
"NO!!! He'll kill you, Hiro! You can't... stop... Rorim!" Remix screams with his last breath.
"Alpha, now... that I've... beaten... him... can I get... a little help?" Hiro says, breathing heavily, then coughing up blood.

OOC: A void, eh? Do tell...

"You got it, Hiro." Alpha extends his hands and places them on his chest. "Life!"

OOC: Well, I've used the Void before; I've just decided to start telling a little more about it.

"Ah.. That's better. Well, about the Earth Shard. I see you can use it. I think you could be chosen as the Earth Knight, just as I am the Fire Knight. You don't have to accept it, as there is no problem in Hyrule. If you do, you can keep the Earth Shard. If not, you really should return it to Asita. Let's see if our Shards resonate."

OOC: Well, you've been chosen. If you wanna accept, say they resonate if not, don't. I like the idea of the Void. Maybe if you battled someone there, it would bring an awesome effect...

"O...kay..." Alpha says, unsure as to what all this means. But heck, why not go for it? He holds out his shard towards Hiro's...

And watches as it suddenly begins to shake slightly, emitting a greenish light. "Woah," Alpha says, somewhat surprised, but also feeling as though he'd expected it to do so. 'Must be what some people call destiny...'


OOC: Well, I've already got some ideas planned for it. It'll become a major plot device...after a long, long time. I'm just getting people used to the idea of it.
So what's up with all this 'Knight' business? Sounds like it'll be interesting...

"Wow... I never thought I'd live to see Asita's predecessor, wow... Well, Alpha, I guess this means you defy all laws of physics when it comes to the Earth Element. You have been chosen to save the world from an oncoming terror. I don't know what it is, but I've heard my father made some pretty evil monsters out here. A giant winged dodongo, a huge horned gyorg, and a giant blade roc. I think we should team up with the Red Crusaders on this one." he says, watching the red light emit from the Fire Shard. "I think that the others, a man named Maru Harshak, and my sister, Hiree Infinite, are around here somewhere. Let's go find the other knights."

OOC: Yeah, some ideas... Well i'd like to see them in action sometime. Remember that you control earth. This means that you can lift rocks and stuff, even change whatever weapon you have into the Gaia (insert weapon here). (e.g. Gaia Spear)

'Defying all laws of physics when it comes to the Earth element?...this oughta be interesting...' Alpha quickly falls in behind Hiro. "Lead the way, Hiro. You're the one who knows what we're doing."

"Good, good... I heard that there was a giant winged dodongo in that giant hole up north. I think it may have laid eggs. Maorin, my old friend from Serdio (where I trained as a knight), killed the Queen, but we'd better take out the eggs just in case." Hiro says, his Blaze Blade changing into a wooden sword once again. He starts walking. "Here, take this gold chain. You can tie yourEarth Shard with it." He hands Alpha a gold chain. He continues to the Dodongo Hole.

OOC: What's your weapon?

Alpha takes the chain and quickly attaches it to his Earth Shard. 'Now let's see what this thing can really do!' He whips out his staff, watching as the Shard bathes it in a greenish light. "Gaia Staff!" He tests his new staff, swinging it upward into the air. As he does so, a large boulder erupts from the ground and flies upward, stopping when he stops his swing. "Incredible," he mutters as he releases the boulder and it crashes to the ground. He falls in step behind Hiro, anxious to test this new power in a real battle.

"It just may get boring after a while..." Hiro mutters. Clearly he wasn't this good at elementals when first starting.

OOC: I was wondering, are there any shards left?
