Sovelis mumbled something incoherently as he rolled over, and looked at Arrika. He yawned and smiled at the sheikah, then hugged her rather warmly. "Well, good morning there sleepyhead. Did you get enough sleep?" he said, stifling a yawn while he talked. His eyes looked worn out, as if he hadn't fallen asleep at all. "Did you know that you kick in your sleep? Its a good thing I rolled over, or I'd not be getting up anytime soon."
Sovelis got up and closed the black curtains. "Its still too early to get up, at least I think that...Lets go back to sleep." the Tempest said quietly as he climbed back in bed and snuggled next to his student. "I'll cook breakfast in a little while..."

"I do? I guess I was dreaming of drowning again..." Arrika said, her voice sounding stuffier from under the pillow. "Sure... I guess after 48 hours I can wait a couple... more..." Her stomach rumbled again and she curled up into a tight ball, beating her fist against it. "I hope I wasn't talking in my sleep too."
Seth yawned and stretched, rubbing his eyes, casting wary looks at Russell and jumping up. He pulled on his worn boots and looked hopefully towards the kitchen. No, the Tempest wasn't up yet but he would be soon. He hoped. "Hey, Russell," he whispered, prodding the mage with his foot, which had no effect. Sighing heavily he walked to his room and sat by the window, watching the morning birds flitting around the branches of a nearby tree.
OoC: Nyeh, I have no idea what to say. Got a sack of candy from trick or treatin' though.

OoC: I just wandered around aimlessly last night.
IC:
Sovelis clambered out of bed and walked out into the hallway. Might as well cook something...I'm getting hungry anyways. he thought, stumbling down the stairs and along the hallway that everyone had been in the night before. As he walked into the living room, he noticed Russel crashed out on the sofa. "I told Seth to give him a room...Guess I'm gonna have to do everything myself when it comes to guests."
The Tempest went into the kitchen and grabbed a skillet, and a dozen eggs he had bought in the market yesterday. With nimble hands, he cracks the eggs open and lets the gooey contents splat in the skillet. "Lets see... onions... peppers... ham... tomatoes... salt... pepper... That should do it." He said, adding each of the ingredients to the skillet. He diced the vegetables and the meat before throwing it in with the eggs. With a flick of his finger, he lit the stove with his own flames.
As the huge omelet cooked, Sovelis set the small kitchen table with four plates, forks and glasses. He dud out a large bottle of fruit juice from the cabinet that he had enchanted to keep cold, and set the bottle on the table.

Seth's door shot open and his head appeared, smelling the omelet immediately. He slunk with unneeded stealth down the hallway, and when Sovelis' back was turned his fingers twitched as he calculated how long and often the Tempest would be turned away. He blinked a couple times then realized that all he had to do was say good morning and sit at the table, and then he'd be fed. Which all sounded too odd to him. A stupid grin erupted on his face, and he lept over Russell on the couch and pulled up a chair.
Arrika stretched out for a couple moments on the bed after Sovelis left; she could something frying and leapt up enthusiastically. The Sheikah almost skipped with joy down the hallway as she pulled a comb with a few broken teeth from her pockets and ran it through her hair. Upon seeing the expression on Seth's face she burst on laughing. "Don't faint with excitement now, kitty."
Seth merely ignored her and twitched, remembering his dream. "You don't even know," he said seriously. "Don't go there."

Sovelis finished frying the massive Omelet and cut it in three pieces. "Russel won't be joining in on our feast if he's asleep, now will he?" the mage said, flipping the now cut omelet out of the frying pan and onto a serving platter. "Help yourselves. Juice and an omelet fit for a king! Since theirs three of us eating, and I used twelve eggs, we each are eating...four eggs plus the meat, cheese, and veggies I added in."
He walked over to the table and set the platter down, then sat in his chair at the small kitchen table. "I like eating in here better. Its cozy, and the dinning room is way to huge for just the three of us." Sovelis used his spatula and plopped a third of the omelet on Arrika's plate, Seth's plate, and his own plate.

Arrika laughed again as Seth mouthed, " Four eggs?!"
"Yeah, I don't think that bum will get up anytime soon," she added, a hint of distaste in her voice as she glanced towards Russell.
Seth didn't hold back, digging in immediately. Pretty soon his plate was half empty, his attention split on the window and on his food.
"Why'd you make your house so big if you're the only one here?" Arrika said between mouthfuls. She could get used to eating like this. Every day. Pretty soon the green-haired Hylian's plate was completely empty, and he was getting ready to chug down his juice when his hand stopped halfway to his mouth. "Hey, Seth, do you..." The Sheikah trailed off as she realized Seth was having another vision. His eyes were completely zoned out, as if looking at a scene past the window and the morning light pouring in.
There was a great clank as Seth's hand suddenly dropped to the table, the glass clutched tightly in his hands. His eyes widened with shock at what he had forseen. "I knew it was too good to be true! I- Sovelis, sorry, but I'll be back eventually-" The thief mumbled as he leapt off his chair, ran through the hallway and back out the front door, leaving Arrika with a confused look on her face. "He must have seen something pretty crazy to just leave like that... It's okay, he'll be back when he's ready. You shouldn't chase him, because you'll never find him. And if you somehow manage that, he'll fight you the whole way back."
The Sheikah felt concerned but not too much; she'd had to deal with his odd habits and mood swings for years, so why should this time be any different? She almost breathed a sigh of relief at his abrupt leave, though. If Sovelis hadn't cooked breakfast, it would leave Seth's mind to wander, and who knows what his reaction would have been once he read Arrika's mind? He'll figure out I haven't even seen my own room yet once he gets back...

Russell's head hurt bad. REAL bad. "Damn... I don't remember ever feeling so *hic* wasted..." he muttered. "Where am I...? Oh yeah, that other mage guy's huge house... and that sexy Sheikah chick... Eh? That smells good.... Can't believe *hic* they're eating without me...." He groaned, holding his head and rolling over. Unfortunately the couch wasn't very wide and he tumbled onto the floor, his eyes bloodshot and his robes stained with numerous types of alchohols. That annoying green blur shot past him again and out into the hallway, the door slamming shut behind him. "What the hell? Where's the little guy off to now?" Oh a whim he followed Seth out the door, and didn't realize where he was headed for a full five minutes. He was unsure of where Sovelis' house was anymore ven though it was right behind him. "Hnnn.... I'll just go... to that Rhyss-person's place."

Sovelis just sat there as Seth ran out of the house. "If you say so Arrika. I'll let him go for now. But don't think that this means that I'm gonna go easy on your training!" he smiled at the sheikah across the table from him. "I'm a High Lord, even though I am one of the few who might actually care bout that title, I still have the privileges that come with the name. This storage space was created as a safe-haven for the High Lord. A place for him to construct a home that only he and anyone he allowed in could enter." the mage said as he took another bite of his omelet.
"I've been a little curious...what do you want me to teach you? Hand-to-hand combat? Magic? Alchemy? Tempesting?" Sovelis asked Arrika, sipping some of the juice that he had in his glass.

"How 'bout all of it?" Arrika replied enthusiastically, at the same time wondering if 'Tempesting' was a real word. "Hey, wait. Could you make me a Tempest too? Would I be all imortally like you?" She asked suddenly, her hand banging on the table.
Seth trudged through the long, dark green grasses still wet with morning dew, the birds chirping happily around him. An unseen force drew him forward as he clung desperately to the aura trail of his sister that was quickly disappearing. "Sela...." he whispered hoarsely. "Sela, damn you, where are you?" He yelled desperately. The thief shoved his way through the trees and bushes beside him, finally coming to a spacious clearing. A dark skinned woman with flaming red hair and richly embroidered purple robes stood beside a swirling black rift in the air shaped like a crude dark slash. Another woman with wavy brown hair stood before the rift, a delicate hand stroking the swirling mass inside.
"Sela- Sela! No! Don't- don't go! Stay- don't- Please-" Seth forced himself onto the serene clearing completely, stumbling in his haste to see the only family who he believed had ever truly loved him. The ground was slightly muddy from the morning mist, squishing beneath his boots and slowing him down.
Sela turned to face him slowly, and the thief could see the tired look in her eyes. She was smiling though, but was it for seeing him or for the strange woman beside her, and whatever she'd done? "Seth," she murmured softly, her voice barely audible, expecting her younger brother's arrival. "So you Saw my departure to the realm of the Twilight... but could you See anymore? Just like your Tempest, the Twilight seems equally shrouded in undivanable mystery... I suppose some futures are not as set in stone as most...." The older psychic looked deep into the darkness again, as if she was trying to find the true meaning of it.
"Why? Don't you care about... about me? Or Arunite? Or even mom?"
"You know why," his sister replied. "Everywhere I go, I am looked upon with distaste, hissed at, driven away. It was inevitable as long as I lived in this realm, that much I knew for sure. Normal people fear our uncanny abilities gifted from the Goddesses. They hate anything that isn't like them, haven't you learned that by now? And as for Arunite... give him my regards at his wedding next winter, alright? Poor boy worked hard, and now he's getting what he deserved. He'll live long and happy with his Sabrina and move to South Hyrule in a few years, where they'll have plenty of strong sons and beautiful daughters. And as for mother- You'll see what I mean soon enough."
"Are you ready?" The red haired woman had a deep and booming voice, one that echoed power and wisdom.
"More than I should be... Farewell, my brother Seth. Forgive me as I have forgiven you..." Sela looked back at her brother once more, then pushed aside the rift to give her more room to pass.
"No! Didn't you hear me? Don't-ugh!" Seth had attempted to run and stop her, but the red-haired woman stood in his way, shoving him back and giving him a cold stare. He looked back to the portal but his sister had already gone, not looking back anymore. He knew running and following her would be pointless; he'd only end up trapped in the Twilight, wasting away and longing for the light again. He fell to his knees and hung his head, and when he looked up again he was alone.

Sovelis shuddered violently. He fell from his chair and landed on his metal arm, hitting the stone floor with considerable force. The sound of metal clattering on stone reverberated throughout the house. He seemed to be in an unimaginable amount of pain as his steel hand shot to his right shoulder, clutching the fabric of his tunic, and the flesh beneath. At the seal that kept him separate from the demon within him, that kept the corruption of his soul to a minimum. He shuddered again and his hand shot away from his shoulder. He tried to sit up, but the Tempest's strength seemed to be gone.
"Arrika...someone opened a doorway. A doorway into the darkness." Sovelis gasped, looking at the sheikah girl with his now golden eyes. They seemed like a cat's eyes, including a slit like a cat's pupil. "The...ripple of the doorway...hit me like a...thousand tons of bricks...

"Sovelis! Arrika jumped off her chair, cursing her reflexes for not catching him before he hit the floor. With a more effort than she expected she managed to pull him up into a sitting position, his head on her arm. He's a lot... heavier.... than I expected. Could this have anything to do with Seth? Most likely... dammit, Seth, what the hell did you try to do? The Sheikah bit her lip, the sight of Sovelis in pain bothering her immensely.

"No...Seth couldn't have done that...someone powerful. Maybe Rhyss?" he asked gasping for air as he looked around, dazed and seeing everything in excruciating detail due to his eyes. He stumbled to his feet, but he almost dell, and caught himself on Arrika's arm. "No...he's not dumb enough to open a doorway to the twilight...it felt like the twilight powers. It felt like fire and ice running through my blood. Almost like a signal." Sovelis said, looking into Arrika's eyes with his golden gaze. "We need to find out who did this. This is the wrong period in time for Hyrule to come in contact with the Twili...not the right order in time. I have to find out who caused this, and stop them. The timeline depends on it."

OoC: I was just about to suggest it. You wanna start it somewhere, because I don't really have an idea for anything big at the moment.
IC: "Rhyss? Not dumb enough? You'd be surprised what he and Mirielle get up to," Arrika said, straining to hold Sovelis up. "And what do you mean 'timeline'? Does Hyrule get fused with the Twilight or something in the future? And how do you know?" She asked. "What are we going to do then?" The Sheikah caught the table as she slipped on the smooth stone tiles. Sovelis was breathing heavily and she felt his forehead, hoping he would feel better. Too bad Sakiko and her bag of medicine had left already.

"No...in the future, the Link of that age saves both Hyrule and the Twilight Realm from Ganondorf. We can't let the Twili mess with this world...But how did someone re-enter the Twilight Realm without the mirror?" the Tempest thought, standing up strait. "Rhyss isn't powerful enough to open a portal to the Twilight Realm. I'm not sure I could, not even with the power of Sovel behind me..."
Sovelis sat back at the table and looked at his half-finished omelet. "We will have to find the spot where the portal was made, and try to either open it, or send a message to whoever opened it from the other side."
OoC: Yea, make it four screens north from here.

IC: "Sounds like a plan," Arrika said, not willing to admit that she would pretty much be useless again, clueless and following whoever had an idea. In this case, Sovelis. "Er... Link of that age? Like, there's more than one Hero?" Rhyss never told me that... and Mirror? What mirror? I hate not knowing anything! "Well, who said they opened a way into the Realm from Hyrule? Isn't it possible that a being who lived in the Twilight opened it from the inside?"
OoC: Consider it done.
