Denning, seeing the flare, rushed from the woods where he was searching for his old friend Marin, or any side of him, to the location of the flare. When he gets there, he sees the group huddled, as he nears, he can hear a little about someone in trouble, this is all the motivation the cleric needs to start a full rush.
"Oh my, I heard someone is in trouble! Oh, Alpha! Good to see you, and of course all of you!"
Denning looks at the Gerudo.
"Why, hello there, who might you be?"
It is after this, that Denning sees the Rito.
"Oh my! Oh my! Is there anything I can do to help? Perhaps a spell in my arsenal would help? If you need me please say!"

Dogura sighed. "Overwhelm them in any way they are weak." Dogura said, the statement obviously directed at Rose. "If its fighting they want, tease them. If its a show they want, give them a show, and it will all go according to the plan that i know Alpha has cooking in his mind." Dogura stood up from his resting spot, and gazed at the stars. "Perhaps we wont need a distraction. If we can slip through the shadows, then there is no need."

OOC: OK then, how about a threat 'You better come if you don't want me to .... (nonsense insults with a lot of the * Navi* word)...
IC: Alex was leaning on the light house, enjoying his latest catch ( a tuna) looking at the moon (OOC: assuming it's still dark) and feeling the refreshing cold from the desert...
The now clean skeleton of the fish was lying by his side; and the Zora was focusing on the stars, 'Wow, a shooting star' he thought but then...
"Huh?" something caught his attention, an enormous body of light had appeared in the sky 'But that's not a star' Alex told to himself...
"No... this is way closer" he said as he stood and looked at it 'The south...'
* * *
He came up with a cave, but on what he was focusing in was the multiple footprints leading inside (OOC: could be considered as Track ); so he followed them inside...
"Alpha? Guys?"he said in a conmotion "Did you cast the light? How did you end up here? Are you all..." he stopped all of a sudden, noticing the Gerudo there
"Who are you?" his voice changed to a shadowy tone, and sending a piercing sight to her...

OOC: I'M BACK!!!
Well...um...okay...
Oh boy...you know, when I originally thought up this idea for Part 3 - that's what it was in the planning stages - I had intended for this Part to only have two or three RPers...now I've got eight...

Oh well, we'll probably appreciate the reinforcements soon enough.
IC:
Koura meets the Zora's glare with one of her own, as if looking straight into his soul. Finally, she shrugs and turns back to the others. "You're harmless," she mutters, more to herself than Alex.
"A disguise won't work very well," she says, returning to the matter at hand. "We Gerudo can recognize each other by the way we move, by our patterns of speech, even by the slight differences in our hair colors. "But perhaps we should save the distraction ideas for if we need it. Whoever ended up carrying out that job probably would end up needing to do something to get some serious attention...and some serious hatred at the same time."
Dogura wrote:"...it will all go according to the plan that i know Alpha has cooking in his mind."
Alpha chuckles slightly at the Vagabond's statement, then breaks into a coughing fit. When he finally gets his breath back, he gives the group a shake of his head. "No, I won't be participating in all this. I'm still too weak from falling out of the Void and into a raging sandstorm...most of the energy I had went into that Elemental Burst I used to get you all here. I'll be staying behind and watching over Calla." He shrugs. "This one's up to you all."
Koura slowly rises. "Well, we haven't much time to lose. Let's go ahead and get going." She wraps her desert robes around her, walks to the entrance of the cave, and heads north to Parapa Village...
So what will you choose? Do you follow the Gerudo, or remain behind with Alpha and Calla? Or perhaps there is some other task you could perform...
OOC: Yeah, you guys choose your own path. I haven't had much chance to thing through what all you can do, but I do have one task in mind if you choose that option.
I'll be making a topic shortly in Parapa Village for the finding of Doc Enici; post there if that's your chosen path. EDIT:
Here's the link.
For future reference and future readers, this is when the Events of 'Medicine for Calla' began.

"I don't think I want to go to Parapa Village, Gerudos and Zoras are sworn racial enemies after all" Alex said giving a quick glance(which was of the most pure distrust) at Koura again "And you both seem to be doing quite well here; so maybe I can do some other thing..."
OOC: It is hard to forget history, remember that the gerudo kidnapped those eggs...

Sworn Racial Enemies? The nature a feud between two common races in the expansive land of Hyrule eluded him. He wondered if it would be wise to bury his face in a good history textbook upon return to North Castle to enlighten himself on the matter. Nah. "Calm down, Alex," he said coolly (as was his nature), attempting to lighten the mood that the racial arguments were slowly bringing down upon the room. "She's going to help us. Whether or not you can get along with a Gerudo, this situation is centered on a Rito. I doubt you could hate that race."
Turning to Alpha, Blank smiled. The expression bore a worried feature to it, showing the sympathy that he felt. Sympathy was the least he could do for the Sheikah. Well, the least he could do would be to walk out of Koura's abode and refuse to partake in the ventures that would follow. Showing sympathy was likely the most he could do for the mage.
"Well, I'm normally up for a good caper. Is that what this is? A caper? Ah well, tonight is different. The Hakiems are likely searching for our whereabouts as we speak, and should they find this place, I think you may need a bit of help protecting Calla and perhaps escaping. Not that you'd normally need help... but it'd probably be the best thing to offer to a person in a weakened state like yours."

OoC: First, I'd like to express my anger of you doing all of this with me absent. Thank you very much! Second... I'm glad to be back on action! ^_^ And last but not least, about the 1st point... j/k
IC:
Tayro was sitting upon a rock by the seashore in Parapa. All his focus was on the waves crashing against the sand and rocks, as his mind drifted somewhere else. He just couln't stop reliving the events of the past day. The Hakiem base, the Moreks, the Dyquis, the Kroperg, Zaboorak, the Void... all was constantly repeated like an unending movie. Unlike most of the group... he was not so sure about the Sheikah's survival. He hit his fist on the rock as a wave came crashing in, so that one watching couldn't be sure if it was a coincidence, or the fist slamming into the rock causing the wave.
Alpha... I'm sorry I couldn't help you.
Feeling the guilt of not being able to rescue the poor adventurer, one like him, made him feel weak, incapacitated. If he wasn't strong enough to protect even one of his comrades, how could he protect the Orphanage, and more importantly, find out about his parents? His mind foggy with all the thoughts, the boy looked at the full moon up in the sky. Looking at the moon like that always helped him to feel better somehow.
How could I fail him and Shada? I'm so pathetic...
He was startled to see a whitish light coming from the point he was looking to, and had to grab himself to the rock not to fall.
What in the world was that?!
He jumped to the sand, still eyeing the strange light as it started to fade away.
It must be a sign... maybe someone in peril?
He was not very eager to go, but both curiosity and the need to redeem himself eventually beat him, as he stared running in the direction of the 'beacon', not spending one minute to look back.
It didn't take too long for the Hylian to reach a rocky cavern, and, without second thoughts, Tayro entered it, his staff in hand. What greeted him there filled him with happiness - Alpha was alive and well! He had to restrain himself to not to go and hug the mage.
I'm old enough not to do that now! - he thought as an excuse. Instead, he simply greeted the Sheikah, with an obvious relieved tone in his voice.
"Alpha! So good to know you're okay!"
Only afer his initial energy did he notice that Blank, Alex, Dogura, Grenada, Rose, Denning and Raven were already there, besides an unknown Gerudo woman.
He waved at all of them, and properly introduced himself to the unknown member of the house.
"Good evening. I'm Tayro, Tayro Wind. And, if I may ask, who are you?"
Even before her reply came, he quickly noticed that everyone didn't seem very happy. It was only then that Calla came upon his sight.
Sitting on the ground, he looked at everyone, and asked the inevitable question:
"What's wrong?"

"Hello, Tayro," Alpha says calmly, doing his best not to strain himself. Yet even with these simple words, his throat collapses once again into a mere channel for coughs. 'I'm far too anxious,' the Sheikah finally realizes. 'Stress is more deadly than a blade, and much more painful,' Master used to say. Even with all the fleeing I've done in my life...I was always in control, and I only had myself to worry about. Now...'
Being exhausted, and possibly having the Rito's life falling apart due to his lack of strength against the Hakiems' worm...it is now that Alpha finally understands the truth of that statement. The worry, fear, and guilt riding his soul weigh down heavily upon his chest during each burst of air that escapes from his mouth.
When the coughs finally subside at last, he walks weakly towards a chair, collapsing into it. Seeing the Hylian's concern for Calla, he catches his breath and slowly explains what had happened - not in great detail, since the Sheikah himself was unconscious for the majority of the ordeal - but enough so that Tayro would have as much understanding of the situation as was required.
A thought suddenly strikes Alpha, and he slowly turns in his seat to Blank, Alex, and the rest who have chosen to remain behind. "I have...a favor to ask of one of you." He stops to inhale. "Find Shada, and let her know that I am alright." His mouth slowly shuts, as do his eyes as he drops into deep concentration. 'I might not allow myself to return Shada's feelings...' he thinks, 'but I have seen that she cares deeply for me. I don't want any of my friends suffering the way she must be.'
"Tayro," he abruptly says, "And any more who are willing - go after Koura and them. I don't know how I know this, but something tells me that they will run into trouble...that things will be a lot more difficult than Koura believed it will be..."

Blank could easily notice a sort of forlorn air to Alpha, especially at this very moment. At the mention of Shada, his head jerked inquisitively around the room. Sure enough, excluded from the gathering in the exile's home was the young female Sheikah. He cringed, knowing how deeply despaired the girl must have felt while searching for Alpha, only to uncover nothing while the others were standing around speaking with the object of her search.
"I'll find Shada," said Blank calmly. "As you've seen... I'm a bit on the clumsy side. I don't want to hold back the party by falling face first into a mob of Gerudos and Goriyas." His speech faltered, offset by the alliteration present. In a normal siutaution, he would have laughed at the double G's (yes, even alliteration could strike this nomad as humourous). However, he kept a straight face out of respect for the scholar's current position. Being separated from Shada at this dark time would probably feel far worse than a lifetime without parental guidance, and so Blank knew that Alpha's predicament outweighed his own. Smiling to lighten the mood, he continued.
"Yes, I'll find her."

"Thank you, Blank," Alpha says softly, clutching his throat with his hand in a futile attempt to control the coughing that has been plauging him. A short series of escapees later, he looks to Alex and the others who remain. "Go with him, guys. I'll be fine, as long as I get some rest. Which *cough-cough* I find difficult to do with so many people around." This is true; the Sheikah is not accustomed to being around people at all, let alone when he is this exhausted. "I'll be alright..."
OOC: No, you don't have to go. But I've got another idea for if enough people do choose to join Blank...

Denning does not follow the group to the village, insted, he waits and speaks to Alpha.
"Alpha, is there anything I can do to help her? I have a wide aray of spells, or I could go sneak into the monastry and steal a tome that could help, If you need me in any way, I will help you."

Alpha's coughing startled the brown-eyed nomad, and he leaped from his seat, pressing his back into the wall of the Gerudo's home as though a mighty sword had just been jabbed in his direction. It was not that he feared some sort of disease to be carried in the saliva that was undoubtedly emitted, but more that he had not expected Alpha to burst into a hacking fit. He instantly became concerned, easing off the wall and folding his arms, giving the Sheikah a worried look. "You want to be left alone?" he said in disbelief. He had always known Alpha to a solitary kind of person, so the notion should not have surprised him. That being known, it also made sense that the scholar's mind was impossible to change once set.
Blank nodded understandingly to Alpha, then turned from the gathering and walked out of Koura's hut, into the cold, dark night. He glanced back at his companions inside, a wily grin forming on his face. "If Shada gets here earlier than I do, don't worry about me. It'll be likely she'll be running ten times my pace when she hears of your location."

As Denning speaks, Alpha slowly nods. "Yes, anything you can do to help her would be appreciated. Oh...and Denning?" he asks - then starts coughing again. Moving his hands upward, he slowly touches the fingers of his left hand to his temples and begins rubbing them. His right loosely grasps the upper region of his nose, right between his eyes, and massages that area as well. It was something he had once learned had a good chance of clearing out one's nasal cavaties somewhat.
When the air finally flows into him like normal again, he concludes his previous comment. "Think you might be able to throw some of those spells in my direction? I'm too weak to cast anything else; that Elemental Burst that got you all here drained me completely," he says with a small, but visible, grin.
Hearing Blank leave to go find Shada, he nods his head in thanks. And though the Nomad is most likely already out of hearing range, the Sheikah quietly mutters something to him: "Hurry, Blank...she's bound to be hurting."

"Ah, yes, sorry about that, Alpha."
Denning uses his temple services on Alpha, to revive his health to the max.
"Anything else I can do to help, or shall I head out with them?"

"I think you've done all that is needed, Denning. Thank you." Alpha says as he slowly nods. He quickly checks himself over, and nods to the Cleric. "My body feels much better. Now I just need to rest to regain my stamina. Go on after them."
