Switching their strategy quickly, an abundance of light drowns the area brilliantly, bursts flying from everywhere, now focused on both of the darkfires. The Lieutenant grimaces at the sight of a second enemy, his troops were having enough problems with one. After a short pause, the fighter deku allow the water to pass into the soil before resuming their continuous assault. Pop, crack, ASPLODE! The seeds add even more light into the bright sky...

The darkfires die out, the flames finally sucomeing to th water... Only the first Doppleganger remains, wet and angery... and human looking agian

The Army pauses slightly as the enemies slowly fade, and the other, the first enemy, turns humanoid. The still didn't trust his abilities, he had attacked before what would stop him again. Weapons still at the ready, they move closer, encircling the person carefully. Without caution, the Lieutenant flings himself above the body of the legion, landing inside, and moving next to the human. Looking up, he announces:

"Drop you weapon and surrender. NOW!!! We will kill you if you refuse!"

The doppleganger raises his middle finger at the Deku Leutenent. ( I didn't know if they will understand being fliped off.) and speaks. " I won't." is all he says as he disolves into a goo. He had run out of energy, and could't maintain his form anymore. He had been defeated. above the goo pile, a note floated. it read:


To the Deku Commander.

I Sovelis, The Last Tempest, Will never surender. I will soon leave your world to return to my own. If you wish to stop me, go ahead and try. I will be south of North Castle's gate.

The Lieutenant watches all this, and as the scene ends, he can no longer harness his rage. Throwing rocks and other objects everywhere, his face not only shows his anger, but is actually looking as if it will never return to the previous look. Glaring at one of his men, he snaps:

"Thicket, NOW!!!"

He simultaneously brings his leg into the air, and pounding his knee, he forces it down deep into the goo with a grunt. Feeling it squish feebly under his feet relieves him. He watches the one Deku return toward the Thicket, and he calls the rest of his men onward. With a sweeping motion, they begin a synchronized series of steps in their path to the the Castle, or more accurately the gate, but they didn't care, it was time to eliminate the threat that had killed companions and insulted their king. Their would be no compromise.
