OoC: I do not know how to do the roll thing, or calculate the damage. Also, am I allowed to use Honorable Kill and Royal Banner or not?

IC:After being burnt by the Stalfo's spell, Aureliano gasped in pain. Infuriated, he decided to attack one of the lesser creatures. Aiming for it's head, Aureliano swung his wooden sword with all his might.

OoC: Actually, I'm the one doing all of the dice rolling, since his is a topic I started, that kinda makes me the DM of this topic. And unfortunatelly, you cannot use any of your Vassal-olny skills until you talk to Quartermaster Hithos. I also recomend that you visit Grado's Armory in Ruto Town, and get a chainmail to increase your DEF raiting.

IC:

Aureliano's sword wistled through the air as he swung it at the head on Stalchild #2. The wooden blade may have been one of the weakest weapons made in Hyrule, but it was a perfered choice of most beginning and vetrean adventurers.
[8+Roll:19 Vs.2+1] HIT
The young grunts blade made contact with the stalchild's head, making a loud THUD! The skeleton stumbled back, and retaliated by slashing at his advisary with its claws
[8+Roll:16 Vs 5+2] HIT
The claws dug deeply into Aureliano's shoulder, dealing a decent amount of Damage to the Hylian that it had just exchanged blows with.

Sovelis was stumbling as he atempted to regain his composer. "Aureliano...We need to act quickly! Their are too many for us to take alone." the mage said as he stood up strait, his back to his comrade.

"Farore, giver of life, hear my plead.
Give me the strength to continue,
grant upon me your healing powers,
So that I may continue to fight!"

Sovelis's body was surounded by a gentle, green light as he envoked his powers agian to heal the wounds upon his body that had just been placed upon him by Thralk and Co.

Thralk ran at Aureliano this time, swinging only one of its swords. It did not see the young hylian as a threat, and he wouldn't bother to strike at the grunt with both blades. [12+Roll:17 Vs:5+2] HIT

Thralks iron sword struck Aureliano across his chest, cutting him to his rib-bones as the blade was pulled away as quickly as it had been aplied to the Hylian.

One of the Stalchilren kept its distance, for fear of being incenerated. The other jumped at Sovelis, its claws ready to tear into unprotected, and newly healed flesh.
[8+Roll:11 Vs 18+1] MISS
Sovelis was quick enough to block the stalchild's claws with his staff, stopping the monster from hitting him with its sharp claws.

Kalalt ran at Sovelis as well, its staff up above its bony head as ot tried to strike him upside the head
[10+Roll:13 Vs 18+1] HIT
Sovelis was struck, and knocked to the ground as the stalchild mage screached in delight over the human's fall.

Aureliano gave a quick gasp of pain. The wound was worse than he thought. He heard Sovelis' words and replied "Do you think there are anymore adventurers around?" only to see Sovelis concentrating on a spell. Aureliano saw a green light emanating from the mage, when he suddenly felt two blades cut his ribs. "AHH!" Aureliano screemed, standing face to face with Thralk. "Crap!!! I didn't even see his blades cut me!" Aureliano thought to himself. He was about to strike back when he saw a grisly sight.

Kalalt had attacked Sovelis, who now was on the ground. To add insult to injury, Kalalt seemed to be screaming in delight. Aureliano had only two options: defend Sovelis, or use the healing powers of the Goddesses. "You will die!" Aureliano screamed, running toward Kalalt as if he were uninjured, and swung his sword with all his might. Aureliano did not care if his sword was wooden or made out of steal, his only thought was killing Kalalt.

"You need not worry, my freind, Sovelis has endured worse. It is you we must worry about." Kasei said from behind Aureliano. The rebel flame looked to be in good spirits. He had not fought stalchildren in a while. The shiekah raised his hand, palm out, and shot a fire spell at the nearest stalchild, stalchild #2. He then looked at Aurel. "You see, my freind, when fighting such small monsters, it is best to pick off the nearest ones. Do not get overwhelmed by their sheer numbers, as that is their primary tactic!" Kasei said, as if lecturing.

Aureliano's sword was nothing but a blur as he swung it at Kalalt's boney skull, even though his blade is made of wood...([ 8+Roll:12 Vs. 13+3]HIT) The Hylian's wooden sword made contact with the skeletal mage, dealing some damage to the undead magician. Kalalt stumbled a few small steps back, and swung the wooden rod that it held at the grunt before it. ([ 10+Roll:20 Vs. 15+3] HIT) The long piece of hard Deku wood collieded with Aureliano's arm, and knocked him back as the monster laughed with sadistic glee at what it had done.

The stalchild that Kasei cast his fire spell upon was unprepaired for what hit it; a big flaming piece of hell. The creature atempted to block the spell by crossing its arms and standing its ground.([ Roll:10+1]HIT) The Stalchild was immediatly blasted into small, flaming shards of bone.

Sovelis quickly rose to his feet. His anger was growing as he stabed his staff into the ground, and began to chant...

Fire,Water,Earth,Nature,Light and Darkness.
Powers of the elements, hear me and obey.
Come forth, Oh mighty powers, leand me your eternal might
Strike now! Go forth and slay!
Bring forth a blast of the heavens, reach out and smite!

As Sovelis chanted, a large orb grew in his hand. As he spoke the name of each element, a color that matched the corisponding power swam within the sphere. When he spoke the word 'Darkness', it was as if Sovelis's own hatred had currupted the powers of the spell. The orb flew forward, aimmed at the ground. He had cast a spell that would have serious repercusions on the monsters the Tempest had been fighting tonight. [Elemental Explosion Level One: Minus 14 SPL]

{ENEMY REST ROLL WILL BE DONE AS A GROUP: Roll:9/ None of the Enemies can resist the attack. Now to find out what the element is:
1:Fire
2:Water
3:Earth
4:Nature
5:Light
6:Darkness
We're lucky. Its a 5. LIGHT BLAST!!!}

The Elemental Explosion that resulted from Sovelis's angery attack was indeed a 'Blast of the Heavens', as it was a Light-based attack, the undead's bane. The area was filled with a blinding, piercing light that obliterated the remaining Stalchildren, and left the mighty Thralk in a weakened state. The huge Stalfo was blinded, and attacked randomly, swinging both of its swords at one of our adventurers.(Kasei)

The twin metal blades sang in the night air as the stalfos seemed to smile at the new adventurer to join the fight.[ (14+Roll:10 Vs 16+7)HIT] The iron swords scraped across Kasei's chest, diging deaply into his skin.

"Woah? Did I miss all the fun already?" Arrika appeared directly behind Sovelis as the last of the Stalchildren was incinerated. As it was night and she was dressed in her usual dark green and black, she looked just like his shadow. "Hiya, Kasei, Sovelis."

Ack, never really fought Stalchildren before (Actually, haven't fought anything on HA2 yet)... Let's see how this goes.

She drew her dagger, spinning it in the palm of her hand and leaping at Thralk.

After Sovelis' heavenly blast destroyed all but Thralk who attacked an adventurer, Aureliano as flooded with relief. Also, he noticed another adventurer, which just added to the feeling. "When...we get done....we can exchange pleasantries...." he said to no one in particular. He felt quite weak and somehat dizzy. Aureliano stumbled into the ground and said a quick prayer:

Three Goddesses of Hyrule, your child is hurt. Please, heal him of his pain, his grief, everything, so he can fight for the land you three created another day.

Aureliano decided to make it short and simple, because he never actually prayed to the Goddesses to heal him, and did not know what to say. [Favor of the Goddesses]

I have figured out that I've been doing the stat stuff wrong...But I will finish this topic the way Its been going...I feel stupid now....
IC:
[Innate Check; Roll:20+4= SUCSESS]

Three bright lights formed around the hylian in awnser to his prayer. As the lights poured their powers upon Aureliano, he could feel his wounds closing somewhat. The lights disapeared after their work was done, leaving the adventurers alone with Thralk.

When Arrika jumped at Thralk, Sovelis almost reached out to stop the girl from attacking the still dangerous Stalfo. ([7+Roll:7 Vs. 20+5] MISS) Arrika's dagger didn't hurt the undead creature; the wooden blade didn't reach Thralk through his metal defences.

After the dagger bounced off of its armor, Thralk swung its swords at Arrika. ([14+Roll:7 Vs. 1+6) HIT) The Stalfo's iron blades connected with the shiekan, slashing her badly as she is thrown several feet by the force of the blow.

Sovelis rushed over to the thief's side, and placed his hand on her head.
"Farore, giver of life, hear my plead.
Give her the strength to continue,
grant upon me your healing powers,
So that I she continue to fight!"
His spell was worded slightly, but the effect was the same. A green glow surounded Arrika, healing her wounds compleatly.

Aureliano felt restored to a certain extent from the Goddesses' power. He witnessed Arrika's attack and Sovelis' spell. "Better get back in the fray" he thought to himself. He ran toward Thralk, past Sovelis and Arrika, brandishing his wooden sword. When he finally approached the Creature, he swung, using the momentum of his sprint to his advantage, and tried to damage him as much as he could.

Arrika nodded, thanking Sovelis and feeling foolish. I'm still too weak! At his rate I'll just be a hindrance to everyone... "You shouldn't have to waste your energy on me... I'm no help anyway," she muttered. "Should I try again? Maybe, with a little more speed?"

Kasei screamed, more in rage than pain, as the blade cut into his skin. The shiekah then noticed Arrika had joined the fight, and was already injured. Hasei watched for a few soconds, then decided to give aureliano a hand. Chanting in ancient hylian, the warrior let loose a fireball towards his enemy, hoping to finish the fight.

OoC: Yes. I was doing the defece and Attack stuff wrong, and I'll corect my mistakes in future topics. And RG has said that Blank Officially left HA2 this weekend...Such a sad thing to strike us...

Thralk looked at the Hylian that rushed him, and laughed a deep, undead-kind-of laugh.([8+Roll:19 Vs.20+5] HIT) Aureliano's blade struck the monster, slipping between two of the pieces of armor that it wore. Thralk raised its blades to strike back, but before it could swing, Kasei's fire spell rammed into the Stalfo.(RES CHECK:Roll:11+3] BLASTED) Thralk was unable to stop the blast, and was obliterated into several pieces.

"Arrika,Kasei...Thanks a million...we couldn't have done it without your help,Yes Arrika, you helped. Don't blame yourself that you couldn't get past its armor. I only got lucky with that light-based spell....Thanks you two." Sovelis helped Arrika up. "What brings you two out here anyways?"

"Wow, that was something else. Hello, my name is Aureliano." said Aureliano, turning to both the adventurers that pratically saved his life.

"S'cuse me, Sovelis? I saw the battle from my house." Kasei said, pointing east, towards his mansionly estate. He then walked over to Arrika. "Hello, there, and thanks for the aid. I am pretty sure that he would be tougher, though." Kasei said to her.

"Heh... I was just wandering around as usual," she said, gratefully pulling herself up with Sovelis' help, still convinced that her teacher was just being nice. "I thought the campfire meant a bunch of sleepy campers, in other words, easy targets for pickpocketing. Guess I was wrong," she said, winking at Aureliano and nodding at Kasei. "You'd think the fire would scare most monsters away, but it's like a beacon in the dark, really." She shook his hand. "Yo. I'm Arrika. Haven't seen you around before, but then again I haven't met many people yet."
