Now that Burlo was right next to Kobas, the blue-haired rogue recognized him almost immediately, and with it, brought up the fresh pain of remembering Rebecca was dead. He had come back to Hyrule too late to help her.

"Sounds like a plan," he said anyway, forcing a smile, although he nodded at Burlo pointedly. The man was different, more specifically a lot fatter, but he was definitely the same person who had encouraged Rebecca all those years ago. Not many adults had been understanding of them, and Burlo's actions had stuck in Kobas's mind.

"Hey, Sakiko, you can be leader if you want. I get too competitive with sports," Arrika said with a nervous laugh.

OoC: Sakiko, you're captain whether you like it or not!

OOC: And so the danger of two RPers with a different view on the world of Hyrule meeting becomes clear.

Arrika wrote:"What's wrong with Gerik's name?" Arrika said, a little protectively, not wanting the heroes of Kobas's stories to be taken lightly. "What kind of a name is Hyneria, then?"

The younger Ikana held up her hands. "I said nothing was wrong with it, hon. It's just that I never heard of such a name before. And Hyneria is a proper Sheikah name."

Then the announcement of an arena being reopened came up, and the drunken cleric mentioned Reeterbowl, whatever that was. Hyneria grinned. "Might as well since we're already up."

"No," Marisa replied with a growl. "Absolutely not ack!" Her sister had taken her by the elbow and was dragging her along towards Peaktop.

"Since you know what you're talking, Burlo, I hope you plan on being the leader of our team."

OOC: I assue this means i'm exhempt from this, as i'm late? Still, a story is a story.

IC: It was Denkou, and Kasei. The Respected shiekah and the hated thief. At first sight, people would obviously wonder why the two are freinds, or even where they met. However, the most akward thing, however, was that they were both walking down the path to New Peaktop. Denkou could be expected up here from time to time, as he was born in Ruto, just down the cliffside. Kasei, however, has no valid reason to be here. He's a general in Hyrule's army, should be keeping an eye out for enemy armies, and doesn't like hights. Why he is up here is a mystery.

"Hey, everybody!" Kasei said, as he approached the group of Saber, Sakiko, etc. The shiekah was obviously straining to make a smile. "I heard there was an event up here, so I pulled Kasei out of work so he could see it!" Denkou said.

Ooc: Ugh, no.... fine, I'm gonna make you suck, Arrika. Revenge is mine.

IC: Zeze jumped up into the air, her fist punching the sky with a stupid grin plastered on her face. She yelled,

"Yeaahhh!!! Let's do thiss!!"

Sakiko shrugged, and glowered at Arrika. She hated sports, let alone be a captain. The word reeked of suspicious enthusiasm. The mage growled,

"No. Absolutely not. Never."

Zeze stuck out her tongue. She shrugged, "It's ok, Sakiko will be captain. Don't lissen to her. Anyways, let's go!"

Ooc: I'm kind of uncertain about this, so I'll wait until some people post and go along with it...

Saber cocked an eyebrow at Sakiko. "Well, then I guess there's nothing to do but...Well, follow Burlo." The mercenary sighed as he saw Burlo plowing through the mass exodus, knocking several aside as he tried to reach the signup sheet first, moving with a speed that didn't seem quite right for someone of his stature. "It's settled then. Let's go play...Reeterbowl." He said, grimacing as he tasted the word on his tongue. He looked at Kasei, who had just arrived with Denkou. "Yes, there is an event, and it appears we're going to be participating in it." He sighed once more, and started walking towards the arena. "Cheer us on, I suppose."
