Victor's face lit up at Alpha's suggestion. His smile was back in its place; the Sheikah had said exactly what Victor had hoped for.

"Interrogation sounds good. After all, information is the new currency!"

Victor chuckled, then turned to the other three:

"What do you think?"

"They think..." says a low voice that is so dark that it must be coming from inside of the black mouth of the cave, but it is not. "They think you are wrong." Denning's new master reveals himself right there. He comes walking up behind Victor. "Your thinking is all wrong, Victor. Look where you drove yourself by listening to Alpha. Because of a comparison of Denning to Ganon, you convinced yourself that it is okay to kill him? Pitiful.

"And let me tell you, Denning does it at his free will. He sees the wrongs in the land of Hyrule. He knows that the corrupt monarchy cannot stand against rising challenges. His rebellion is of service to Hyrule."

"Who are you to speak others' words?

Victor turns to the newcomer. He comments on the stranger's beliefs:

"There is no such thing as a helpful rebellion. The monarchy is not corrupt, and there are no wrongs in Hyrule. Besides, if Denning is doing this at his own will, then there would be reason to kill him! He's defaming the name of the King and possibly hurting people. To me, that makes Denning as bad as Ganon himself..."

As he says this, Victor knows it is a pitiful attempt to convince himself that this new person is wrong. He refuses to believe the persuasive words...

Alpha falls to the ground as the figure approaches them. Light bursts forth from his scar like water behind a dam, as does the pain that it always unleashed. As he hears Victor converse with the newcomer, he realizes the the man's resolve is starting to waver. 'He needs to have more confidence in his beliefs, otherwise it will certainly endanger him in the future. Just like it did for me...' Slowly, as the pain begins to subside, Alpha raises his head, getting his first good look at the newcomer. 'Who is that?'

Wyndisis pulls back the hood on his black cloak. It reveals his pale blue skin and his trademark black eyes. "I said 'they think.' Thoughts are not always the same as words, are they?" he provokes. "Denning won't hurt anyone as long as no one stands in his way. The king would go unharmed if he stepped down from the throne peacefully, to be replaced by one who has earned his place.

"Would you want to kill a friend?"

Marin stands tall, he looks around and then speaks.
"I don't care who or what is in that body, as far as I know, Denning is , I will finish the body...It is a threat, it must be stopped, with my blade he will be cut down."
Hendel immediately responds.
"I agree with Victor, interrogation may be good, if we get him down, and stop his magic, we can wipe his mind a build anew."
Joryen simply looks into the cave, and fingers his dagger. A hair raising scream is heard, it is of a Hylian, then a laugh, a familiar laugh.

Alpha slowly rises to his feet again as the scar's pain finally goes away completely. He takes a good look at the newcomer. 'Let's see...Zora, causes my scar to react, but not Zaboorak...' He remembers hearing about such a person, and takes another few seconds to recall the name. "It's Wyndisis, correct?" He nods to the Zora in greeting. "I'd ask if you've come to help, but," he points at his glowing scar, "I believe my scar has already told me the answer to that question." He cringes as another scream comes from the cave, and gives the darkness a worried glance.

Wyndisis is confused but doesn't show it. "Well what do you think? Am I here to help?"

Alpha turns towards the mouth of the cave, giving the Zora a look at his sly face from the sky. "You aren't here to help. Not us, anyways. You're here for yourself...just as people like you always are. Once you have what you want, you'll leave us, even if we're about to die."

"Come with me, and you won't have to worry about dying.

"Things are about to change. Oh, yes."

"Trust me Wyndisis, I will not be dying anytime soon. Anyone tries to kill me, I can escape to a place where they cannot follow." Alpha gives the Zora a serious look. "And if things are about to change, so be it. I have no loyalties holding me to this world; if you wish to alter our current future, then just spare the innocents. I really don't care what else you do, just keep innocents safe."

OOC: Sorry I haven't posted, but Wilma killed my power. I had to head all the way down to my sister's house in Homestead to post this, but thankfully... I don't have school for a whole week! Oh yeah, and I'm fine and stuff. Anyways...

IC: Victor stood back and watched Alpha and the Zora exchange words. He was becoming more confused by the second, but one thing seemed clear: this Wyndisis wasn't somone he could trust.

Happy that Hendel also agreed with interrogation, Victor relaxed a little. He now knew that killing wasn't the only option; that was good. And at least, if they absolutely
had to kill Denning, Victor wouldn't have to do it himself.

So Victor stood silently and listened, not wanting to interfere. He didn't enjoy arguments, and he didn't enjoy being brainwashed...

"Then I trust you will make it your business to keep the innocents out of the way."

Alpha nods. "And just the same, I trust you won't needlessly involve innocents. Otherwise, I'll get in your way, and I'm not a thorn you want in your side."

An agitated Marin rises.
"Alright, now, lets get moving! Havent you hers those screams?"
Marin walks in, sword unsheathed, followed by Joryen, Hendel waits for the others before going in.
