Aha! Finally I have discovered the code that makes links in my sig to my profile page work!

Does anyone know where to get the three-digit code used in the link?

You're going to want to just move your mouse over the title of your profile...you know...the one you click to just see it...and then you'll see the link location on the bottom of the screen or you could just right click and copy link location...the 3-4 digit number of your profile's in there.

Thanks, that clarifies things, and yes I did try that tip in the first post but it didn't work.
