Hyrule Adventures 2

OOC: I must second the exhortation for Blank to put up a physical description. I think I kept thinking "spiky red hair that goes way up" (according to the avatar--what's that from, anyway?) for a while and went to go make sure, only to find no such concrete description. And he's got everything else in that profile of his, ironically! ^_^

By the way, I tried to get my (older) sister to join in on FoG but no cigar. I tried... *grin*

OOC: I'll join this little excursion too. If no one minds. I've been gone a while, so I did know about this until today!

Having managed to run so deep into the town surrounding North Castle - using it's many passageways and alleys. Raven found that he managed to get himself lost - unfortunately not for the first time and probably not the last. After many hours of searching, asking people for directions (and pulling his dagger on the un-cooperative ones) he found his way back to the castle courtyard just in time to see a group of people or leave in a hurry.

He followed the group as they darted across the map as if following a trail of clues. Eventually they came to a stop and he got a good look at them, as before he only could see them from a distance. He instantly recognised most of them although there were a few new faces. The one (face) that made sense of the erractic nature of the group running here and there was Alpha. He had come to expect such things from him.

Emerging from shadowmeld Raven spoke. 'What trouble have you got yourself into this time, Alpha?'

OOC: Yay! Red Fury!

My avatar, weien, is from Final Fantasy IX. It's a picture of my favourite character from that game, Blank. However, only the name and hair color have been emulated by me No character of mine is going to have a belt around his eyes. My character's actions/attitudes/appearance/etc. are all thought up by yours truly But yeah, there are about four parts of that profile that are title only, and need content

Today's the day! So excited!

Alpha turns at the sound of the voice of an old ally. "Raven! A pleasure to see you again." The Sheikah looks nothing like he had a few days ago, when the news of the Hakiems' return had originally been discovered by him. His confidence has returned, though a small trace of sadness can still be seen in his crimson eyes.

His face turns grim. "The Hakiems Tribe has at last returned, and as a result Master Zaris has left again without really telling us where he's gone off to." He hands the final note over to his fellow Sheikah, allowing him to read it. "We're meeting later today to try and figure out what those last two lines mean, and if we can't do that we'll try to discern where the other five Golden Ones are. Why don't you join us?"

In the back of his mind, Alpha knows that Raven has no choice but to join the group...if not now, then soon enough. Raven had participated in the Golden Battle, and has slain his fair share of Hakiems. Whether he wanted it or not, the thief was now another member on the list of the Hakiems' enemies.

OOC: YES! Raven's back; that's another guy who helped out a bunch in MS! Good to see you, Red.

And, yes Blank, I'm excited too. I intend to have FoG II up within the hour. And then the clock starts ticking.

OOC: Ahhh, FF9! Well, now I have this major temptation to go get the game... it'll work on PS2, as I recall?

And the hair--same color, yes, but is your Blank's nearly as long? XD

He quickly scans his eyes over the page and then begins to read.
'Always with the riddles ain't he.' Raven remarks. 'For a guy with no arms he sure does write alot.'
He hands back the note back to Alpha.
'Sounds like a plan. I'm always up for a treasure hunt.'
