Simon smiled, almost laughing as the Garo Master fell before their tactics. But enough of this rejoicing. He looked over at the other foes. Two Iron Knuckles. This could be difficult. Then, having a brilliant idea, he pulled out a scroll, and wrote an epic about adventures in story similar to the predicaments that this skirmish had thrown at them, and how they would have victory over the Iron Knuckles. Checking for errors, he read it to the group, hoping it would instill them to victory themselves [Epic Poem L1].

The flat of the iron knuckle's axe was painful for Kagari. He was tired, but he wasn't going to give in. He lifted his dagger and ran at iron knuckle 1. He jumped in the air and maneuvered the air. He then slammed his dagger into the head of the dis-helmed iron knuckle. He then fell to his feet behind the iron knuckle. He lifted his shield for defense. The only defence he had for now.

Many years afterwards, when Valens was instructing new recruits in the effectiveness of coordinated attacks, unarmed combat, and pure willpower and determination, this was the battle he used as an example. He told of how Saber's maneuvers managed to slip through the Iron Knuckle's defence, allowing him to rip a large gash in the behemoth's stomach, severing the tissue and muscle holding the torso together. Privates would listen, wide-eyed and open-mouthed upon learning of how Eberron's momentum coupled with the force of his bare fist and his pure bloodlust managed to snap the beast's spine, sending the top half into the wall a dozen feet away as the bloody stump left behind crumpled to the ground.
Taint, soaring through the air, nearly split his foe's head wide open. However, the Knuckle flung its axe upwards, its own weapon locking with the Zora's and carrying the pest out of the monster's reach. As it turned to teach that damned fish the consequence for picking a fight with one far larger than you, it suddenly noticed an odd change in the air. Things had seemed to get hazier. Some kind of trickery? Looking about swiftly, it saw one of the adventurers with his hands in the air. But before it could do anything, the Iron Knuckle suddenly found his armor encased in ice. It began to laugh at the futility of the attack is it stepped towards Maverick. That was, until the shards exploded. Grunting in pain as the shards flew everywhere, it summered numerous scraped and cuts to the face, taking 19 DMG. And now there was a shaft sticking through one of its ears, causing another 10 DMG. That Gerudo was going to pay. Except now its other ear was ringing due to a flat blade being smacked over it, and it had lost another 7 HP. This was not good at all. If it weren't so slow, it would retreat...

Almost there, Aria thought. If only Simon had recited his poem before I released.
But she still had a quiverful of arrows, and she drew another one and prepared it for flight. The Gerudo would have shouted out some suggestions, but there was only one Iron Knuckle left, and the ranger's companions knew their own abilities better than she did. So she contented herself with a curse said in her languaged. "Gehen sie zur Hölle." And with that, the arrow streaked through the air. [Will Used = 4]

OOC: Oh, crap, totally forgot to answer your question, ZV. If someone hadn't already answered you via PM or IM, Disarm does deal normal DMG as well, even if you fail to disarm your opponent.

Taint managed to see the knuckle attempting to counter. He raised his blade, and placed his other hand on it's flat to brace himself for the hit. Next thing he knew, he was sailing through the air once again, only this time, he had his witts about him. Taint swung his legs, and managed to land on his feet, sliding for a few seconds until slowly coming to a halt. The dust that was kicked up revealed the enemy standing directly in the middle of the visible path. It was taking some heavy damage from a mage somewhere in the cave, and it looked as if it were ready to fall. I've done what I can... All I can do is continue to soldier forward...
The Zora held his (somehow intact) rusty blade, and darted from his position. He was derermined hit the enemy somehow, and he had no ranged means of doing so(at least not with his current energy level). As he neared the monster, he second guessed his chances of hitting the beast, and instead decide to attempt to remove the beasts armor. The Zora changed course, and turned to run around the side of the Knuckle. When he came to the back, he continue forward, and lashed out at the most vulnerable point of the armor.

Kagari was happy. We are almost here, he thought. He was fighting with the best of hyrule, there was no way he could lose. He looked at the iron knuckle that was getting beaten. It was his turn to shine. he jumped into the air and flipped. In mid-flip he slashed his dagger into the head of the iron knuckle. He then fell backdown and joined the group.

Eberron smiled grimly at the macabre sight of the severed corpse that had once been his enemy. Pleased at the result of his efforts, Eberron turned to stare at the final remaining Iron Knuckle. A slight shudder past over him as he began to see more clearly, his previous mood subsiding. He felt slightly sick, looking at his hands and the bloody mess nearby as if for the first time but soon shook away the nausea. There would be time to contemplate his actions later when people's lives weren't in danger. The Iron Knuckle's helmet had been completely removed... perfect. Hopefully he could try something a bit more basic this time, he was tired after his previous efforts. But there was no time for weakness in the middle of adventuring. He had new, wonderful adventure friends to be with now, and he couldn't let this battle drag on. His Goron friend needed help and soon. Closing his eyes quietly, he focused inside and prepared himself for the next attack. There would be no point in rushing in if he made no impact. Concentrating on Goron heritage, his father's resolve, on the incredible power of the great Goron hero he had been so excited to learn about in his early travels. His eyes snapping open, Eberron felt himself borrowing some of that courage, that strength. A strange noise reached his ears, and he recognised the perfectly pitched reading of his allies poetry. The tales of heroic exploits and similar circumstances lead him to new heights of confidence, and he felt himself finding new focus and strength. He was ready. His mouth fell open as a deep guttural shout filled his lungs and pelted across the room at a speed that he almost seemed to match. His feet pounded into the ground as he forced his body onwards, feeling stronger with every step. THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP. Almost reaching half way, Eberron moved his mouth and tongue, turning the previously meaningless battle cry into one clearly audible and understandable word.
"DRAGONBANE"
Eberron flung himself into the air and rolled into a ball as he went, the momentum carrying his compact, stony form straight at the head of the Iron Knuckle. Even if they didn't kill the creature in time to stop it attacking again, Eberron hoped that his weight and speed would be enough to cause enormous cranial damage. Enough to knock the creature off it's feet for precious seconds.

Abel has been distracted by the kings banner this time but now he began to get back to the fight as he pulled out his sword and began to hear the voices of his clan and his parents rooting for him as he charged the Iron Knuckle and aimed the sword for right between the eyes.

The water coursing around his bent form, Saber laughed almost evilly, strangely satisfied with his murderous act. As the Knuckle chunks fell beneath the boiling water's current and turned the swirling tides red, the mercenary remembered once more the body of Rosen. Eyeing the fallen Goron, he felt his satisfaction fade away, and some curious, unfamiliar desire gush forth from the pit of his stomach. He felt it follow the ebbs and flows of his blood, circulating through his body until his entire being cried for more. Pulling his hands out of the muddy, impromptu lake bed, the nomad straightened up, his knees making a sickly noise as they slid out of the sludge.
There was the last Iron Knuckle, the last enemy who needed his just desserts. Once this foul creature was felled, all those Caravan drivers would be avenged. No, no, they wouldn't be avenged. Not until every last beast was driven from the South. At least eliminating these savages would stop any more Gorons from joining their brethren. He took one step towards the Knuckle, raising his bare hands. His saber remained beneath the water, stuck in the muck and adding its own red tint to the boiling liquid. Taking every bit of rage, every bit of energy he had left, Sabertache released it forth in a burst of Fire, having no desire other than the consumption of his enemy.

Simon smiled, watching the other Iron Knuckle fall to the ground. Hopefully his poetry had helped. Now he focused his attention on the last Iron Knuckle. With the loss of Rosen, he realized somebody needed to somehow prevent the huge beast in the suit of armor from attacking.
Then he realized, what if he stunned it. He grabbed his boomerang from between his and tunic, and aimed it at the Iron Knuckles head, focusing all his cunning into this one shot. After much precision aiming, he threw his boomerang at the beast's head [Train: Boomerang L2] [Will 9].

The belabored Knuckle soon found more woes in its evil life as Aria's arrow plunged into its head, causing a severe 12 DMG and affecting its cognition something fierce. Luckily, Taint's blade only clacked off the armor, sending a nasty tingle down the Zora's spine. Through hazy, fading vision, the Knuckle saw Kagari soaring towards it and swatted him out of the air with its hefty axe for 19 DMG. However, it got no further, as Eberron came crashing through its skull, leaving nothing but a spurting stump where its head once was. It remained, standing, as Saber's spell rushed over it, engulfing the behemoth in flames. And there it stood for five precious seconds, a burning symbol of the South's oppression, before Simon's boomerang hit the heavy breastplate, knocking the metal beast backwards into the rushing waters.
Stepping forward, Valens surveyed the battlefield. "Good job." He said simply, his eyes lingering on Darilan and Rosen. "I'll take the Scribe with me, but I'm afraid I can't lift the Goron. Neither one seems to have suffered anything unfixable...hopefully it won't be a long trip back. We may save them yet." Grunting, he knelt by the body of Darilan, flinching from his own wounds as he lifted the Sheikah. "I'll meet you back at the camp."
From behind, a frightened whinny.
"As soon as I calm that damned horse down again."
