Grenada was lifted from a semi-stupor by the brilliant glowing object. Unable to take his eyes from the triangle, a smile grows across his face. 'I could...'

His thought is quickly broken up by the sound of Kasei's voice. Racing over to the object, Grenada yells out to the voice:

"You can't have it, it's MINE!"

Hearing Kasei's insult, Grenada goes into a fit of rage, quickly throwing his hand down toward it, trying to take it for himself.

Cathy raised her eyebrows."What is with you?"

...But the object is absorbed into greneda already, doubling his powers, and the deku mercinary knows it...


OOC: for the rest of the dungeon, greneda's stats are doubled...

Grenada feels a sudden burst of energy flow into his body, rejuvenating his tired muscles, and bringing even more egotistical thoughts into his mind. He smiles widely, looking around the room at everyone before speaking.

"Oh yeah... Mr. Invincible, right here! When's the next battle?"

"We can only find that out by going through that door."Cathy picked up her bag. She started digging in it."I know I have a dagger in here somewhere."

Cathy sees that the dagger that triggered the broken trap is still here. also, greneda sees that Azador and james are still injured, and he needs to help them.


The door at the end of the room is beggining to close...

James quicklygets up and runs for the door

Cathy pulled Azador,"James!A little help!"

OOC: Gosh it all, I'm off the Computor for a few days and I miss a chance at the big item... not fair. CURSE YOU MASTER GORON!!!! ........... okay, I'm normal again.


IC: Leth glares at Grenada, because he had taken it just as Leth had reached out for it. Leth looks back at Cathy. "Thanks anyway..." he mumbles. Leth, hands thrust into his pockets, steps out into the next room, and attempts an innate chack. (is that how it works? Or do I perform the ability first and THEN do an innate check? anyway, if it's the first guess, then does it work, Kasei?)

Cathy breathed out an angry sigh."I need help with Azador!Leth please help!"

...Leth sees nothing, as the innate check fails. This room is considerably different from the ones before. For starters, The floor is a huge sand wasteland. the walls are a hundred yards apart, and the cieling can be seen fifty feet up.

Desert room, home of the death.

Before the group can get mutch farther in, a sliver of sand moves on its own and grabs greneda, tossing the deku into the middle of the room. before anyone can move, a magic barrier surrounds the party, preventing anyone from helping the mercinary...

OOC: cathy, azador is awake now, and everyone is trapped..

Cathy, getting more mad, held up her fist."Damn this stupid temple!"

As the sand draws Grenada's body into the room, he is gripped by a series of emotions so common he should be used to it, yet he couldn't seem to convince his mind otherwise. Grenada's eyes seem to have been cursed, staying in a dead position, only moving when needed, and in a very slow fashion. Water frees itself, slamming coldly into the sand, being absorbed instantly, a creation becomes no more than nothing. The next is a mixture of anger and fear, constantly drawing his attention from one to another, a contrast that only seemed to intensify the affects of one on the other. Stonping his foot into the sand powerfully, he sighs when nothing happens except the loose material spreading it's many forms around that of his foot. Why was he here? Why did the sand grip him? The next thing he felt was confusion, trying to piece everything together, so lost, he doesn't even notice the other members predicament, eyes pointed downward, feelings lost in translation.
