Simon the scribe was slightly annoyed by Azador's complete lack of response to his own question, but then again, as he had already noted, this group of adventures had a lot more to worry about then how everybody's day was doing and how other people were doing. Simon simply shook his head, indeed, it would appear that they had a lot more to worry about than simply those trivial details.
Then, Kasei began to head off, in order to find the 'limitations' of this apparent alternate dimension, inviting Azador to go with him, which he did. Then Dogura caught up, apparently to travel with them. Before the scribe knew it, they would all be heading off in separate directions. Not feeling like he had to say his good-byes to the group of stragglers, he caught back up with Kasei, Azador, and Dogura, giving a simple wave to the group he was leaving, and a nod to the other group once he caught up. Nobody seemed to pay much attention, so why should he bring more attention to himself. There were bigger problems to worry about than his presence or lack there of. But, he did look at Kasei, as he waited for an answer. The samurai should have known Kasei was indeed far older than his mere twenties. Simon pieced together Dogura's strategy, but made no comment, indeed wishing to see if the Rebel Flame would answer correctly. Though, at the same time, he was curious if such lacks of faith would be demonstrated towards him. Probably; though who would know enough of information to quiz him over? However, none of that matter now; all that matter was Kasei's answer.

"Hm?" Kasei hummed, stopping his advancement away from the main group, and turning around to face Dogura. The Rebel Flame examined the Samurai up and down, until finally, he seemed to realize what was going on. "Ah, I see...humanity's flaw called 'paranoia' has set in. That's fine. If I was an impostor taking Kasei's image, then I would have done my best to research things like that. Still, if it puts you at ease, your highness, " He said, with a bit of a frown, "I will be approximately one hundred and twenty five years old, this coming autumn." He stated blandly, then turned around, though not before noticing Simon catch up.
"Azador...if this was a replica of Hyrule, then what objects do you think would be unable to be copied? Personally, I intend to inspect the triforce chamber, surely our captors would be unable to replicate such a force...any other suggestions?" He queried to his ally.

OOC: Simon the scribe was slightly annoyed by Azador's complete lack of response to his own question, but then again, as he had already noted, this group of adventures had a lot more to worry about then how everybody's day was doing and how other people were doing. Simon simply shook his head, indeed, it would appear that they had a lot more to worry about than simply those trivial details.
Well, Azador did reply to him, he merely shared his thoughts but included the whole group in that. I'm sorry if I wasn't clear enough.....
IC:
The mage smirked when he heard the samurai's name, he had heard of the man but most of what he heard were just rumours. He felt odd to meet him in person.
“Likewise.” Azador simply replied.
"Well Dogura, I'm pretty certain most of us have an odd history and an even stranger destiny, I myself seem to stumble on extrodinary situations like these a lot...it is my fate I suppose." He subtly moved himself beside Simon as he spoke.” I’m happy to see you came along as well." He said to the scribe. “I hope travelling in a group does not bother you, it is the best way to act in the current situation.”
Before he could continue he was interrupted by Kasei's question.
"Yes the triforce chamber would be the excellent place to look first.
As for objects...anything with sacred or impure powers such as artefacts can not be copied. Their blessing is unique in a way, only a god or goddess can agree to give the object its power." He explained.
"Ever used alchemy to replicate the master sword?... You will only end up with a regular steel sword with no special powers at all. If we are in a copy world, than either those objects aren’t copied or the copy of those objects lack their blessing."

OOC: just so you know, none of this is going to be stat based simply because I'm still not quite sure I know how the stat system works. Just don't go overboard with powers; don't be super-god-epic. Reasonably epic is just fine.
IC: Dogura's search reveals nothing of import- wait... what was that? It appeared to the Samurai that a shadow flickered in the alleyway a few dozen feet away from them.
Leth ran to catch up with the rest of the group as they advanced towards... wherever they were going. The Triforce Chamber? That seemed to be the place they were all talking about, and Kasei was intent on seeing it, so Leth supposed that was where they were going. Not having much to say, he kept his mouth shut and kept up the pace with the rest of the group.
OOC: yeah sorry for el short post, but I don't have much else to say at this point... just wait til my next post

OoC: I blame being sick and lack of posting for my own lack of posting. ^^; You all posted while I've been sick, so it surprised me when I popped on to check here.
Back in the empty Marketplace, the red cloaked magician began drawing out a large circle on the cobblestone-crusted ground. Intricate symbols and runes ran along the inside of the white chalk lines. "Whoever created this place was a real stickler for detail. Even the stone pavement here looks smooth and worn... I can't but shake the feeling that there should be people here." Sovelis kept a wary eye on the buildings around the rest of them. He knew that the others that had wandered off would be more than capable in taking care of themselves. Kasei was a match for anyone, even if the man was... Impulsive and hotheaded. He'd make sure that the others that went with him would get back safely. Azador he knew very little about, but if the man was a mage in this day and age, he had to have some sort of skill or special spell that he had hidden up his sleeve. And Dogura. Sovelis had fought the Samurai once before, although it couldn't have been more one-sided. The man had been bested with only two spells but if the fight had been with their blades instead...
With a loud sigh, Sovelis tapped his pipe on the back of his steel hand. Normally he didn't reminisce or worry about anything that much. But this empty world had even the tempest on edge. As he finished the magic circle, he sat on the edge of it, focusing a trickle of his power through the weaving writing inside it. "Now... lets see if we can find out what makes this place tick, shall we?"

Dogura's eye brow sunk at the man's reply. "Paranoia and caution are two completely different concepts, Kasei." The samurai turned his gaze off in a different direction, thinking hard. The truth was that he was in fact a bit paranoid. He only wished he knew what was going on. The feeling of uncertainty wasn't one that he'd felt often. "Autumn. I won't miss it for the world." He half smiled, trying to hide how annoyed he was with Kasei's calmness during all of this. Maybe he was just unaware of how much danger they could all be in right now. Dogura's pupil shot from one end of his eye to the other in the blink of an eye. If anyone had in fact blinked, they would have surely missed the fact that he'd drawn his sword. He was almost certain that he'd seen a shadow in the alleyway down the road. He held up his wooden arm as if to command silence as he slowly approached the direction of the ally.
"Did anyone else see that?" The samurai asked, his hand still hanging in the air. This is what this world has reduced him to. Uncertain of his own eye to such a degree that he needs reassurance that what he'd seen wasn't his mind playing tricks on him. Since he was around nineteen years old, he'd had a good grip on his mind. His mind didn't play tricks on him, it played tricks on others. He stared at the alleyway, not taking his eye off of it. "I don't mean to cause a panic here... But everyone be on your guard. I'm more than fifty percent certain we're not alone here." The samurai moved slowly over to a shadow cast by a wall, and dropped into it. The samurai felt the warm caress of the shadows wash over him as he propelled himself towards the wall where he'd seen something. Once under the ground, all was dark, and so he could move freely. It was entering and surfacing that required a shadow to be cast on the ground- and it being an ally was well shadowed. He moved into the ally, and scanned the surface from beneath the earth.

Before Kasei could continue on in his search, Dogura again decided to interrupt him with words. The Rebel Flame turned around once again, about to give a retort. However, before he was able to say a thing, Dogura seemed to notice something dart in an alley.
"Hmmm....perhaps," He started, but nevertheless turned back to his intended route; opting to let the samurai fend for himself rather than get involved with such foolishness.

As Sovelis probed the flow of magic in the world around them, he discovered that it is almost exactly identical to that of the original Hyrule from whence they all came... almost. There was no flow of power from the Triforce chamber, so one could assume that the Triforce was non existent in this world. Also, there seemed to be a slight energy pulse coming from the direction of the Deku Woods...
Dogura scanned the shadows of the alley from a perspective very unique to the samurai... not many people could say that they have seen the world from the eyes of a shadow. But as Dogura looked around, he noticed nothing of interest... Maybe it had just been his imagination? Or maybe, if he was really paranoid, he might consider the fact that who or whatever had caused the flicker was really good, and had managed to completely elude discovery... so far. But as Dogura was such an experienced, and quite frankly, expert warrior, it is hard to believe that he would imagine seeing something. The possibility that they were in grave danger was very real, indeed.
And at that moment, a strange feeling began to creep over everyone in the group. The feeling of being watched... Leth shuddered and shifted his weight slightly, gripping his bow.
"I don't like this, not one bit..."
(edit: wow, I just noticed that i have quite an obsession with "dot dot dot"'s... see I did it again! -.-)

Kasei narrowed his eyes in his search around the area. It now seemed Dogura's paranoia had become an infectious disease, taking hold of everyone, even Kasie himself. The Rebel Flame surveyed the area, attempting to discern the location of a possible spy.
"Such an eerie feeling, don't you agree...." He said to himself in an almost grumbling tone. He glanced at the rest of his companions quickly, then turned to the empty spaces around them, the shadows and the alleys, the rooftops and the empty streets.
"If someone is there, you might as well come out." He called into the emptiness. "If not, then there's no guarantee that you'll leave this area un-singed." He called again, letting a flame appear in his open hands.
"Sovelis....can you sense anything?" He asked the tempest, while he himself searched around.

After scanning the area carefully, the samurai returned to the group, humiliated and ashamed. He returned to the surface, and stood near the group. "I apologize. It would seem that in this paralleled world, my senses have betrayed me." He cursed in his mind, and clenched his fists staring to the ground. He closed his eye tightly, gritting his teeth. That's when Kasei called out to the stillness.
"If someone is there, you might as well come out. If not, then there's no guarantee that you'll leave this area un-singed."
Dogura now felt a bit reassured. He wasn't the only one feeling like they were being watched. Perhaps his senses weren't betraying him after all. He relaxed, and reached into a pouch on his waist. It was a black Dodongo-skin sack that sat snugly between a few flasks full of unidentifiable liquids. He held a small amount of powder in his hand when he returned his hand to the outside air.
Kasei. If you're ready to burn this place to the ground, I'll be right beside you.
OOC: I'm ready for some good old fashion burning, maiming, and killing. Sometimes I miss the spontaneously reckless side of my samurai here.

Kasei only has so much patience. This meant that, almost the moment Dogura returned to the general group, he raised his hand in the direction the samurai had examined. "This is your last warning." He declared.
After almost a minute of silence, The Rebel Flame decided it was time to unleash his fury. An immense inferno shot out of his open palm, blasting through buildings like a bulldozer, and incinerating everything in it's path. The sheer heat of the flames he ejected seemed to burn the air, and the grass near the group, nowhere near the target area, had also caught aflame.
After a good amount of the block was reduced to charcoal, Kasei lowered his hand, and ceased his heated assault. "I believe you can rest easy, Dogura." Kasei commented, "If there were any enemies there before, then they are naught but ash now."
OOC: Blah blah godmod blah blah moving the topic forward sue me

"Don't be so quick to jump to conclusions." A voice came out of the fires. Suddenly a whole section of the fires blinked out, as if they were never there. Standing where the fires were was a woman in light battle armor, holding a rather long and wicked-looking blade. Around her neck was a necklace; at the center of which was a pulsing blue gem.
"I am Jinx, renowned mage slayer. Not that knowing that will do you much good; you'll all be dead in a few moments... but I so like to have a bit of fun with my prey, so please make this interesting for me.
She readied her weapon and beckoned, daring anyone to attack her.
OoC: So I guess I'll have to make do with two other people posting. And sorry if this is a suckish post, but I'm a little short on time.

Kasei looked on intently as a new development took place; a combatant appeared amongst Kasei's flames. Oho...this is interesting. I wonder what protected her. He thought to himself, as she gave out an introduction.
When she finished, he smiled. "You're a rather presumptuous little lass, aren't you? He said, as his scythe appeared in his hands. "Not in a hundred years has someone been born who could kill me, infidel, and I doubt you have the power to do so." He claimed, and smirked as he let loose another torrent of flames at the woman, while he himself launched forward, preparing to swing his scythe into her flesh. After all, the quicker she died, the less of a threat she was.
