"Dang it, there goes my streck of not being able to be hit after the first attack," Micheal muttered. He got back to his feet. He hurt all over, he might have been bleeding somewhere too. "Maybe I should stop soon."

Cathy let out a loud "Hmph" and said, "I knew it. He isn't the type that will fight."

"Micheal, don't give up! You can do it!" Kayla cheered, having to appeared sometime during the whole thing without anyone noticing.

"Gah! Where did you come from, Kayla?" Cathy jumped.

Micheal looked over to Kayla when he heard her cheering. A wide grin appeared on his face. He placed on of his hands on top of his head and other one formed into a thumbs up. "Don't worry, I wasn't even close to thinking of giving up!"

He turned his attention back to Kasei. Time to fight, for real. He lunged at Kasei. This time, he had something in store for him. Faking a hit always seems to work for Micheal.

When he went to give out a punch, he turned around so that he was behind Kasei. He brought up his foot and made it connect with Kasei's back.

Ah, smart. Kasei thought as Michael twisted around. But not smart-or fast-enough. Kasei twisted around very fast, and grabbed Michaels leg. For a second, a sign of malice was evident on Kasei's face, but it was now gone. The mercinary started spinning on his heels, and MIchael spun with him, the Rebel Flame let go, and MIchael was once again sent flying. When Michael landed, Kasei held out his hand, and cast a healing spell on Michael. "Enough fooling around, show me what you can do!" Kasei coached.

Micheal got back to his feet and rethought all of this over. He knew he wasn't a fighter. He thought about giving this up, but then he heard Kayla's cheering. It modivated him. She has always been a good friend to him, and now she helped him out more than what she thought.

Micheal got into fighting postion, japanese style. He smiled wickedly. He went at Kasei, jumping in the air and making his fist connect with Kasei's face.

Michael's fist flew right at Kasei, and connetcet-with Kasei's hand. Now that the mercinary had a firm hold on the prankster, he was going to punch him, but instead tossed him to the side. "That is an example of an opening, jumping and attempting to hit. Well, your proggressing smoothly, we can continue this tommorow, just go home and get a rest." Kasei said with a smile, and headed towards his house. Heh, if all goes well, he may surpass me, someday. Kasei thought.

The next day.

Kasei was at the usual spot, this time, he had a variety of handheld weapons with him. He approached Michael. "Today, we will see what kind of blade you ae good with." He says. "Just pick out a weapon and practice a bit."

"Weapons, weapons, weapons," Micheal chanted. He was in a good mood, but hey, when is he not? He frowned at the weapons. "I'm just going to randomly pick one." He pulled out a weapon.

Kasei smiled. The weapon Micael picked was a katana, a typical samuri weapon. "Okay, i'll geat some fire clones, and I want you to attempt some combos with that katana." Kasei said, and in an instant, thee were four more Kaseis. They just stood there. "Okay, go!" Kasei(The real one) said.

Micheal sighed and muttered, "Grreeeaaat, just what I want to be doing." He was, obviously, being sarcastic. He had to admit, the kantana was a little heavy compared to his small muscles, but he could lift it. He charged at one of the clones and spun around to attack it from the back. (Spiny, spiny! I've had too much sugar today!) Micheal was hoping that he would be successful at least, even if it was just the tiniest.

Kasei himself smiled. The Kasei that michael hit evaporated into flames, but another appeared to take his place. "Like I said earlier, I want you to try combo moves." THe real Kasie said.

"This is going to be bad," Micheal muttered. He turned to Kasei and said, "What are combo moves?"

"A combo is a move that utalizes many attacks in quick succesion." Kasei said, as if reading it from a book. He smiled. Maybe this was too much, nah! He thought. "Try again." THe mercinary said, with obvious confidence in Michael. The Kasei clones moved in, and one drew and swung a scimitar.

OoC: You know, I was expecting something like, "You don't know what a combo move is?"but I don't mind.

IC: "Oh. . . "Micheal said before the clone attacked. He drew his kantana and swung it multiple times.

OoC: Ugh, short post. Maybe I'm getting what Kayla calls a writer's block.

Worru, or, to be precise, Ryokiden, walked up, only to look on the training going on before him. He had seen Kasei train before, but all of this is new to him. "Yo, Kasei! Couldn't you have chosen a better student?" asked Ryk, eyeing Micheal with distrust and pity. The kid looked like he couldn't beat a Bokoblin, let alone a clone made of fire.

Micheal glared at the new comer. "Hey, hey, hey! I'm new at this kind of stuff! Don't go blaming me! I grew up with an older brother that was number one prankster at my school! And my parents weren't ever home. . . but that's not the point! I grew up as a prankster! Not a fighter!"
