"Meet my several." Ryk said, jumping down from the tree to dash at Cathy, his claws shining in the light of the sun. Sure, she had length on him, but he had quality and quantity. Both very good to have in a fight.

Cathy glared once more, but then put down her sword so that the tip rested on the ground. "You know, I think that you're the first who has ever challenged me. Well, I now take back what I said before. You're pretty cool, but. . . " She lifted her sword back up and swung at him. "I'm not going to go easy on you!"

Ryk grinned, even as the sword cut his forehead, allowing a tiny sliver of white to show through. Ducking under to dodge any more attacks, he swiped at the Zora's legs, trying to knock her off balance, aided by the sword she held.

"I don't think so buster!" Cathy jumped into the air, and jumped on his head and did a back hand spring. "Damn, I'm so glad I was in gymasics."

Ryk faceplanted into the ground, filling his mouth with the taste of dirt, bugs, grass, and the fingerbone of a Stalchild. Getting up quickly to spit it out, he turned to leap at Cathy, rising high into the air because of his springheel boots.

Cathy whistled. "Damn, that's high." After that comment, she brought her sword up and knocked him to the ground. "You know, I am almost seven feet tall. I don't think that jumping high in the air will help out very much."

Ryk rubbed his head, the sword luckily having hit him with the flat side. He didn't have enough time to make a Shell, so he had to take the hit like a man. "Made by Jack himself." he said, grinning. With that, he did a somersault-like move, kicking Cathy in the stomach, which would hurt, sine the boots were metal.

The attack hurt, but all Cathy did was scrunch up her face in pain for a few seconds, then it turned into a smirk. She brought up her leg and kicked him in the side, hard.

Ryk grunted, rolling to the side as he landed on the grass. Cathy was a lot better than he had thought. She was the only one he had ever fought in Hyrule that earned his respect by fighting. The only other is the one he called "Fox-Girlie". With this happy thought, he held out one hand to shoot a dagger at Cathy.

Cathy defleted it with her sword. "Are you Anteria in disguse?(OoC: One of Kayla's friends, she throws daggers to tell people that she has appeared.) You're going to have to do better than that." She jumped into the air and had her sword out, but instead of hitting him, she got the ground right next to him. "Now, I think that we are done for now. Because this red paint is starting to irritate my head."

Ryk grinned, as he stood up to look up at the Zora. "You aren't half bad. Hope to fight you agan." he said, speaking truthfully. "Oh, and a hint about the paint: Try running some Fairy Fountain water through your hair. Works every time." he added.

"I think I'll take a dip in some water. I feel like swimming anyways." Cathy mumbled. She walked past Ryk and gave him a small pat on the head. "See you later, strongy."

Micheal cracked an eye open and mumbled, "Fight's over? I didn't get to get a desent nap." He yawned and stretched. "So, you got your fight. How was it?" Obviously he slept through the whole thing.

Ryk didn't notice at first, looking off into the distance where Cathy had left. He reached his hand up to scratch where she had patted him, and he grinned. "It was nice, kid." he said, before laying on the grass himself. "For the first time since I got here, I've had fun." he said, closing his eyes as he drifted off into sleep.

Micheal looked at him like as if he had grown a second head. "Did you just. . . call Cathy nice?" He couldn't believe it. What did he miss when he was asleep? A once and a life time chance to see Cathy nice? No, that can't be it. Maybe the guy was just like her.
