As he walked into the room, he saw Vilk, about to slay Valentine. The remaining guards went on Worru immediantly. "Do not attempt to save your friend," said Vilk. "All I ask is that you tell me where the elders are." Worru had seen the elders evacuate through the back. "If you tell me, I won't kill your friend or you."

Vilk was destracted by Ryk, and that gave Valentine an opening. He began to attack Vilk, Worru would need to find a way to take care of the guards on his own.

Valentine suddenly felt something in his back pocket, and while he got it with his left hand, he kept the dagger in his right. Ammo, he threw down a deku nut, and readied his gun. "Die," he said, unloading the ammo on Vilk. Vilk was hurt badly, but he managed to get the gun and escape. "Dang, who knows what they could do with a weapon like that," said Valentine, as the guards started leaving, ninja style.
