Tetsuiji arrived at the Lon Lon Ranch, remembering visiting this place as a child. Hearing the news from a traveler about Malon's cow having run away with a lantern, he grimly looked at the lantern he was carrying.

I guess I'll have to break it to her...

The Goron approached the girl with lantern in hand, solemnly handing it to the girl. "I heard the news, but I could not find your cow... only the bones. It's not much, but I think you want this back."

After hearing about the missing cow Rahna's face saddens.
"My lady" said Rahna in a slow mournful voice "My name is Rahna and..."
Rahna opens his hand wich had completely enclosed the lantern.
" i found it near the bones of a cow... im sorry"
Rahna scratches behind Ryn's horns, being thankful that nothing had befallen his pet.

jinraiku walks up to the Lon Lon farm girl with a lopsided smile and says"Hello. I am Jinraiku. I was walking in a feild about fifteen minutes ago. strange as it may seem i found a lantern inside the carcus of one of your cows."Handing the lantern to the little farm girl. he turns to walk away.
