Alex swallowed hard. He was now having a hard time dealing with all of this. This was real. As real as life and death, and he had to be careful. "Alright, right this way." Alex regained his posture, and began jogging towards the desert. He realized that his family really was in danger now, and was in no condition to be taking his time. The desert was hotter than ever after realizing how real this all was. Dogura eyes the kid, feeling some kind of vague aura about him. The sand was kicked up by the boy's shoes as he broke out into a run. If he knew his gaming, he knew there were leevers in the desert, and he didn't feel like running into any monsters. As he ran, thoughts rushed through his head. The heat seemed to bake him. After about 10 more minutes, the boy slowed to a jog, drenched in sweat.
The mountains were well in view, as Alex pointed out to them. "Just up those mountains! The portal's close!" When he reached the steps, he fell to one knee, wondering how he made it across the desert the first time. "We're close." He choked out. Dogura grabbed his canteen, and held it out to the boy. Taking a swig, he handed it back to the samurai, and nodded a thanks. Standing up, he leaned against the rugged mountain wall, shedding his shirt, and revealing a small golden chain around his neck. Dogura examined the necklace, but said nothing, allowing the group to catch their breath.

Saber quickly packed a sack of provisions and grabbed a few canteens from the booth. After hefting the sack over his shoulder, he followed Alex into the desert. After a few minutes his shoulder began to feel sore and he leaned to the side a bit. I gotta hand it to him, the kid has a lot of stamina for his age...are we there yet?
When they finally stopped he leaned over wheezing. Anyways, why am I so exhausted? I've traveled across here many times before, I shouldn't be this weakened...
He dropped the stuff and looked at the gold chain. I'll bet that's worth quite a bit of rupees....wonder where he got it...He stood up and stretched. "So then, are we ready to go?" He queried, before stifling a cough.

The three, Orpheous, Simon, and Bou, were also out of breath. The desert was just to hot, they had better get there soon. "Alex, how far away are we," asked Simon.

The boy looked at the man bewildered. "Already? Its only been like 3 minutes!" Dogura closed his eyes, and sighed. "Actually, its been about 10 minutes." Alex closed his eyes, and rested the back of his head on the mountain wall. "Alright, alright. Let's go." He broke into an attempted run up the mountain, but quickly slowed his pace. Getting finally to the top of the path, he turned the corner, almost running into a large brown being, which he instantly reccognized to be a Goron.
There was a crowd around the vortex of Goron and Rito alike. There were a few Gorons in armor holding the crowd back. "Nothing to see herrree! Move along please!" The boy, of course didn't listen, and scooted past the guards. "Hey, you can't go back therrrrre!" The guards called out, as the group sailed through the portal...

"Hum, their keeping it well guarded," muttered Orpheous about the portal, "but they don't even care about the portal to the Zega Moon Realm. They have issues."

Saber could barely stand as they climbed the mountain; each step clouded his vision a bit more. He quickly took a sip from the canteen and felt a bit better, and continued on his way. Reaching the top, his legs collapsed and he hit the ground on his knees. He felt like fainting...shaking his head, he forced himself back up and pushed forward to the portal. "Sorry, important world-saving business, here's for your trouble." He flipped the guard a few rupees and jumped through the portal, trying to catch his breath although his lungs felt like bursting.

Speed. Thats all the group could describe it as. The familiar feeling of your stomach sinking from a fast drop was crushing the group, as things shot past the adventurers. Finally, the mayhem seemed to stopped... That is, until they found themselves on a plush lawn. Flowers sprang up out of a nearby garden. Alex stood up, and rubbed his head, the samurai following suit. Dogura opened his eyes, only to find himself with a large monster looking him in the eye! With a swift motion, the pink demon's head was removed, as it fell to Alex's feet.
"Show your face around here no more you scum!" Dogura cried out, leaping back, and falling into a large concrete pathway. Alex put a hand over his face, and held up a hand as if you calm his creation. "Dogura! You wrecked mom's lawn flamingo! Don't touch anythi- GET OUT OF THE STREET!!" Alex screamed, as Dogura leapt up into the air narrowly avoiding the largest beast he had seen so far on the trip. Landing next to the boy, Dogura's eyes widened. "What was that?" He asked astonished. Alex looked to Saber and his friend to make sure they were okay. "That, Dogura, was a Semi. And we have a lot to cover..."
The group was in a small subdivision on the outskirts of New York. They sat in front of a two story house with a garden, and a few lawn orniments (one less than before), and seemed to be surrounded by confusion... Yet not a single monster in sight. Alex turned to make sure everyone was on the lawn. "Don't touch anything! Inside my house now, so I can explain." Alex reahced under the traditional "welcome" mat on his front porch, and removed a small key. Placing it into the lock, the door swung open, the Alex stepped aside so the group could head inside.
OOC: This is going to be kind of comical. None of these people are used to the present

"No need to explain anything to be, Alex," said Orpheous.
"Nor us," replied Bou and Simon. However, the three followed him into his house anyways.

OOC: Orpheous, please, try to make longer posts. Describe things around you or something....
IC:Saber thought he blacked out for a minute as the sensation of portal travel rushed through him; Either way, it felt like an extremely short journey, and it wasn't long before he was hurled to his knees on a spongy surface. The hell...this grass seems....fake? What kind of witchcraft is this?
He slowly stood up and took a deep breath, and that's when it hit him. The air. It was so much thicker; He could barely breath as it was, and this just made it worse. He felt the bile rise up in his throat as he fell back to his knees, and he had to try his hardest to suppress it as he looked around. Immediately he swung the flat of his blade at a small man who was behind him--to his surprise, it smashed. It seemed as though this was some sort of...decoration, it was even hollow.
He finally got a good look aroung and was shocked at what he saw. Tall metal structures rose up high above him, with glassy sides that glinted in the sunlight--were these some new war machines being used by the Moblins? He lowered his gaze when a heavy object rushed past him with a whoosh, and he gripped the green grass-like stuff to keep his balance from the rish of wind. Super boars? With metal plating? I don't know if we'll be able to handle--coughcough! His lungs were suddenly filled by an foul-smelling substance from the back of the boar. It has some kind of poison gas as well?!? That's it, I'm going...urrrg
He couldn't hold it anymore after the latest barrage, he lost the previous night's dinner on the lawn, and used the last of his strength to push himself off to the side to avoid the pool of vomit. Rolling onto his stomach, he crawled to the door and hauled his unwilling body inside. What.....what is this hellhole...? After arriving in the first room, he noticed it too was covered in some strange material. Exasperated, he saw a soft-looking leather couch. He pulled himself onto it and collapsed, sighing in relief and trying to control his breathing.

Dogura stumbled inside the house, and collided with the sofa. Something was wrong with the adventurers, but Alex couldn't put his finger on what exactly had taken hold of the men. Alex noticed the vomit which still clung to Saber, and covered his mouth in disgust. Once Saber had entered, Alex pointed down a hallway which extended to the right. "The bathroom his the first room on the left. You can clean up in there." It was then that the boy realized that he hadn't seen any beasts on the way inside his house.
Thats peculiar... I wonder where they all are? Probably found the sky scrapers deeper in the city... As he pondered, he watched Dogura poke around the living room, inspecting the Television, and the collection of remotes on the couch. Its only natural that they would all be curious, they were in a different dimension after all. The boy took off up the stairs, and returned with something that he was sure the men would be familiar with. A bow, and a case full of arrows, along with a sight.

Saber followed Alex's directions and staggered down the hallway, crashing from wall to wall as he navigated to the restroom. He threw himself inside and looked around in amazement. The whole place....so....so...... shiny......Light glinted off of everything, even the peculiarly slippery floor. He stepped onto the strange surface tentively, and nearly fell backwards, but caught himself on a shiny counter that seemed to be made of marble....and there was a hole in it?
He looked at the depression carefully--it was shiny as well, but didn't have the pattern that the rest of the counter did...and it seemed to have two ears sticking out of the top of it, and a long, downturned nose as well. Those aren't ears, they're...levers..? He reached out slowly and turned one with an H on it. Water began to pour out of the 'nose'. He stared at it for a while, then turned the lever the other way. The flow of water stopped...and the water disappeared!
"ALEX!!!!!!" he screeched from the bathroom, his eyes bugging out as he pressed himself against the wall opposite the counter.

Orpheous, Bou, and Simon sat down on the couch, not saying anything or touching anything. Everything was just so plan to them. Boring old Earth, the thought ran through all their minds at least once. Then, Orpheous remembered the main reason why he came. Orpheous called out, "Hey, Alex, can I use your phone for a sec. , and do you mind if I call long distance?"

Alex dropped the bow and arrows on the sofa, and was about to reply to Orpheous, when his ears caught wind of a cry for help. The boy jumped over the couch, and darted for the bathroom. He busted open the door, and glanced around for anything that could frighten the man. Everything seems normal... He thought, lifting back the shower curtain. Still nothing. Alex turned his head towards Saber confused. "What exactly happened? Is everything alright?" He then remembered Orpheous's question, and called out, "Feel free to use anything you need!" Turning back to Saber, Alex asked again. "What happened?"

Saber's breathing slowed a bit more, and he pointed a shaking finger at the place the water had been moments before. "The....the water disappeared...I think they are in here, stealing your water!" (Family Guy reference FTW!) He slowly leaned back over the counter and looked at the basin again.

Orpheous picked up the phone, and made a call. "Hello, is Matt there? ... How are you, Matt? ... "Have fun, I am sure Alex (not you, ZV, I seriously have another good friend named Alex) can trace this call. ... How on Earth do you intend to get here within the hour?.. Ok, sounds great!" He hung up the phone, and set it back down. "Alex, we will have another guest, and he will be here before the hour is over." He sat back down, and waited. It would be good to see Matt, again.
OOC: I now I sent you two PMs about it already, but please, ZV, get back to me about the feed back team. If you want to say no, say no, and if you want to say yes, say yes.
