Cathy lounged on the side of a building, glaring down at the ground. Kayla picked at the green grass with a frown on her face. The zora looked down at the brunette princess and sighed, for the fifth time.

"Cathy, is something up? You seem. . . distressed," Kayla commented. She fidgeted a little bit and rubbed her head. She bit her bottom lip, a nervous habit that she could never get rid of.

"It just seems like as if something bad will happen today, or the fact that someone we know will appear out of no where," Cathy said. She crossed her arms and glowered.

OoC: Well,Lava, you were looking for me, and now you found me.

Lava stepped over mud puddles with a disgusted look on her face. She stared down at the ground with her purple eyes. She made sure that her purple slip on shoes didn't get into the disgusting mud. Her purple/black hair swished with the wind as she walked over to two girls who were familiar. "Hey, guess I made a good descion coming here," Lava commented, placing a hand on her hip and letting her purple outfit be blown by the wind. "Cathy, Kayla, it's different in Kito Village without you. I can't seem to get close to capturing that little white winged girl. Whoever the hell she is."

"Well someone take my sword away and stab me in the heart," Cathy commented, "What the hell are you doing here?" Cathy stood upright and she scowled at the girl. "Well, I knew something bad was going to happen, and having you appear is the worst thing that could ever happen."

"Cathy!" Kayla gasped, but was trying her best to hide her giggles. She looked up at Lava with her vivid green eyes. "Lave! It's been a while since we last saw each other."

"Sure, suck up, will yah?" Cathy mumbled.

It may look as if a Deku Scrub you have not seen had just appeared out of no where,but Ishmael,of the Lea that is,has a long,fascinating tale and was here for a good while.He is a scribe writing a novel callled There and Back Again,a book narrating the tale of Dmetri and himself.He had just joined his party now and always seemed to be help and of assistance at the right moments.He came up to Cathy,Kayla,and Lava,sat down,and began to introduce himself for he was un-noticed here and just started his carear of dedicating his life to writing epic tales of heroes and myth.

'I was sent by Dmetri to get some water for his horse,Bartholomew.He plans to map out Tantari Rock and write it upon a gossip stone to help other adventurers and those who pass.By the way,I am Ishmael of the Lea,a scribe who had just started his carear.I plan to aid Dmetri in his journey and make a book about his very many quests,'declared Ishmael,not wanting any trouble.

Can't walk... any further... Taint thought, as he passed through North Castle gates. He'd walked all the way from South Greens, and was exhausted. Alright- not that long of a walk. Taint, however, was one lazy guy. He'd never go the extra step for a better prize. The Zora slumped on the side of a building, and unsheathed his sword, frowning at it. It didn't gleam like he'd wanted it to. It was a bit rusty in some spots, and seemed as if it would fall to pieces at any moment. He sulked, looking up at the great Hylian sky. "Man... of all people that could have been stuck in this mess..." Taint was a traveling nomad. He'd sleep where he stopped, and eat what he could find. He had been picky as a child, but learned late in life, that anything is mouth-watering on an empty stomach. He put his sword back in it's place, and turned to look down the road. His eyes didn't make it that far, however. His sights were set on a beautiful woman, just his type- and she looked upset! Even better! He'd never had good luck with women, but he was good at fixing a broken heart, or hurt feelings. He rubbed his teeth with a finger, tightened his gloves, and tied up his loose boot before advancing on her.

He stopped in front of her, and smiled his warmest. "Hey there! You look kind of down... Mind telling me whats the matter?" After he finished his sentence, he immediately regretted his words. Why would she share with him her troubles when they'd never met? He was simply a homeless nomad who happened to stop upon her beauty. "Uhhh... I-..." He stammered. Dammit Taint, get it together! You can't let yourself look like a fool in front of her! Say something!! He argues with himself in his mind, before continuing. "Uhh, I'm Taint! Kind of new around here..." Don't start lying already you idiot, you've been to North Castle countless times! "You sure are beautiful..." He muttered, all but his blue earings now turning red. "I hate to see a pretty woman distressed..." Before he could make another stupid comment, he forced himself to extend a hand. "I'm Taint." You already said that ya dork! "Nice to meet you." He finished.

Laido was walking with a dreamy expression on his face, wandering about the grounds with no destination in mind – that is, because Sakiko, who was walking beside him, was wandering about as well. He was really getting bored of all this when a certain sight caught his eye – a young man trying to flirt with another young woman he had see around before! His hazel eyes were aflame as he rubbed his hands together mischievously, which caused Sakiko to raise her eyebrows suspiciously.

“What…”

Laido half skipped towards Taimat, and he slapped him on the back with a cheerful grin.

“Halloah, there, I think I heard that your name is Taimat? Well, mine’s Laido. Wonderful meeting you!”

Sakiko strolled towards Laido, a scowl set on her face. She muttered,

“Excuse him, he’s always like this…”

Laido shrugged, and turned to Taimat.

“My friend, I think I’ll be giving you some tips about how to woe women. It’s quite simple, once you get the hang of it. First, make an elegant flattery first, like –“

He wasn’t able to finish his advice, as Sakiko’s hand had landed on his head first. She growled,

“It’s none of your business to speed up or slow down others’ love life!”

"No, I'm perfectly-" Cathy stopped herself as she stared at the studdering boy. She couldn't help but to laugh. "Man, boy, what's wrong with you? Did someone cut out your tongue?" She eyed his sword. "Well, Taint," she said as she caught his name from his studdering. "If you can stop that studdering, I just might tell you why I'm so miserable right now."

Kayla glanced at Cathy and then at Taint. She smiled widely. "Aw, Cath', just give the boy a bigger chance. He's trying, right?"

"Do you go out with every guy who comes up to you studdering?"

"No, that's usually me."

Cathy sighed and rubbed her eyes. "Kayla, you're impossible." She glared down at the brunette who sprouted a smile on her face. Cathy's lips twitched like as if they wanted to smile, but she wouldn't allow it. Cathy then turned her attention to Lava. "I just have a question for you, why the hell are you here?" She scowled at Lava, the girl who always to be picking on her best friend back in Kito Village.

Lava smirked at Cathy. "Aw, just because we haven't been on good sides before, doesn't mean that we can't now. I mean, it's hard to be around someone who hates you all the time. Since you hang out with Ashley all the time, and Sarah is always around Ashley."

"But, I must ask," Lava said. She walked up to the zora girl. She had a small innocent look on her face. Lava knew, and so did Cathy, that she was far from innocent, but she was good at faking it. "Why are you so angry with me? Maybe it's because when I started attending school at Kito Village your friends started to ignore you? It really didn't matter, you didn't have many friends to start out with anyways. Or maybe it's because you know who my father is." Lava's smirk widened. "Or maybe it's because your best friend is a half cat. A freak!" Lava turned around before Cathy could take out her anger out on her.

Lava skipped over to Kayla and sat down next to her. She stared at Kito's princess with fasination. "You know, I knew you were a special kind of girl when we met, but I never knew you would become the princess! What's it like being spoiled to your hearts content? Why did you descide to come here? Is there something special here that I don't know about? I would love to hear your adventures here in this place."

Taint whirled around to see another man standing behind him. "Whoa there soldier! My name's Taint. Taint! There's no Taimat around here." He brushed himself off, and eyed the man. "Laido, was it?" He regained his posture, and stated boldly. "Its nice to meet you and all, but I think I'm just fine in the women's department!" Turning back to the gorgeous sight, he cleared his throat, and thought before he spoke. "Understood! I just didn't know what to say... I mean... Its not often I run by a girl as beautiful as you, and I've led kind of a lonely life. I try not to screw things up when meeting women, but I often do anyways... I try not to be pushy, but I have such a desperation for friends, I..." He stopped, and looked at the ground. "Just tell me what's wrong, and I'll do I possibly can to mend it... (thats about all I'm good for these days...).

Cathy rubbed her head and frowned. "Well, you see, I don't really- wait, did you just call me beautiful!?" Cathy questioned with an astonished look. Kayla looked at her friend and smiled. "Oh, no, Kayla, you better not be thinking what I think your thinking." Kayla just continued to smile. Cathy sighed and continued, "Well, like I was saying before I realized that, Lava and I haven't gotten on good tracks, and well, seeing her here now just makes me mad. She, well, always picks on my one friend who has cat ears and a tail but no human ears like she should. She's a full human, but her father is a magician(this word almost took me five minutes to remember how to spell) and he once cast a spell that he made for himself and it bounced off of him and hit her, so that's how she got her ears and tail. That girl over there in the purple always picked on KiKi, and it annoys me to no extent." Cathy glared with intensity at the innocent looking girl chatting casually with Kayla. Cathy sighed, but smiled slightly at Taint. "Thanks for trying to help out, but she is impossible."

Kayla got up from her place on the ground. "Cath', I'm going to go get something to drink, I'll be right back." She gave her friend a pat on the shoulder as she past. When she came to Taint, she stopped a short time and whispered, "Be lucky, it's rare to see her smile." Kayla gave Taint a smile and walked off.

Taint stood in her wake as she walked away. Her smile meant a lot to him- more than anyone else could have thought at the moment. He tried hard to suppress the smile that was forcing it's way on his face, but failed. Because of this, a crooked deformed smile melted on his lips. He felt the familiar feeling of awkwardness, and quickly forced the smile back into the depths of his mind.

"Be lucky, it's rare to see her smile."

Taint caught those words, and suddenly felt even better than before. He felt proud of himself. Proud that he'd made a difference in someone else's life. A positive impact. He smiled, and looked to the sky. He turned around and stared out into the South Greens. Turning back, he watched her walk away. The long walk here... He thought, as he pushed open the door to a nearby cafe. It was worth it. He smiled, as he disappeared into the cafe. He was prepared to cap his happiness with some good food. He'd earned it.

OOC: Unfortunately for Laido, Taimat is the Hylian General who was blown to pieces saving Laido. Kinda traumatizing, I think . . .

Anywhay, I don't plan on staying here long, just enough to introduce the next piece of the War, which won't officially start until Rauru's done, and that wouldn't take long if people would post!!!

IC: Aria took in a deep breath of fresh air from her seat on a bench in Hyrule's North Castle Town. The little girl smiled as she took in her surroundings; people and buildings that she would never have expected to be able to see withought Kasei, now it was all she could see, now that the war has forced Kasei to make Aria take refuge in either North Castle, or Saber's camp. Aria, who had grown bored with the stranger mercinary Sabertache, had packed up her bags a few days ago and moved to North Castle, where she was staying at an inn.

Her only regret, unfortunately, was that she didn't have enough time to get any of her accesories from the house before moving. It was very likely that a thief already broke in. After all, a nice, big, fortunes worth of weapons and artifacts was kept in that house, all of it collected by Aria's grandfather, Kasei, during his many traveling years.

Still, Aria's worries were forgotten as she took a bite out of her cotton candy, which was one of the purest foods in existence. Still, she eventually finished the treat, and was off to move through the crowds. This, still, was inconvenient, as Aria was only at waist-height of most people around, being so young.

The petit Shiekah only traveled for a bit before she bumbed into something, something that hurt; a Cafe sign. "OW!" She remarked, as she looked around. It was only that she was certain that noone saw her accident that she pushed open the Cafe door, and went inside, only to be greeted by a, strangely, well-dressed Denkou, thief.

"Oh, it's just you. hello." Aria said rather rudely. Denkou looked hurt. "Hey, don't sound so dissapointed, Aria!" He started, but the shiekah girl already moved past him to find a seat.

OOC: This means, basically, i'm gonna follow Taint for now, unless I screwed up and didn't notice that the topic ended . . .

Ooc: My bad... Taint!! Got it!! *salutes*

IC: Laido raised his hands, and shrugged.

"Sorry, Taint... Gee...just tryin'a help..."

Sakiko glanced at Aria, feeling uneasy. She hadn't meant to stop by and have a nice little chit chat. Rather, she was feeling more antisocial than usual, and a bit of a grumpy one at that. She grabbed Laido by the ear, and smiled lightly at everyone.

"Sorry, have to be going, you know? Have a nice..day..."

She trailed off, dragging the poor Laido along. Laido yelped in pain, and while he was being dragged off, he yelled behind his shoulder,

"Good luck with getting the girl, Taint buddy!!!!"

And most likely to the relief of everyone present, he was silenced by a smart slap on the head.
