A dreary day. The canvas that was the sky was smeared all across with colors that connote depression. There was a light drizzle in the air that seemed to sway back and forth with the fickle wind that blew at the back of the young man that lurched into town. His baldric carried a sword, and his hair looked as if he'd just walked out of a windstorm. What was noteworthy about this boy was that his unmoving eyes were in a throe of panic, lifelessness, and worry. The eyes of this boy carried an uneasiness that rarely comprised the eyes of someone his age.
His face was benighted with terror, and he walked with a wavering step. Some of the people who were out in the drizzle of the rain noticed the boy wander through the open drawbridge of North Castle. He was dressed in the normal adventurer garb, and he was thin to an almost unhealthy extent. He looked as if he hadn't eaten in days, yet deer antlers stuck out of his backpack, proof of a kill. Was he perhaps a young hunter? A look at him would prove that this may be the case. His hair was black, and long down his back and shoulders. A woman dropped her basket of fruit at the sight of him, and rose her hands to her mouth in a worried gasp.
"OH, DEAR! ARE YOU ALRIGHT?" She shrieked as he lumbered on past her. He turned his head around only enough to observe her with one eye. It was wild and unstable, and it caused her great uneasiness. His mouth twisted up as if to form words, but no sound escaped his lips. He turned his head back forward, and notices you standing not far from him. His eyes look like they're almost pleading, when you notice that he doesn't seem quite altogether. Upon closer inspection, the boy has suffered a few wounds, as his footsteps leave a red mark in their wake. He looks absolutely insane; whatever the boy witnessed was truly traumatizing...
