In the midle of the desert, the wind coming from the sea carries carelessly the sand around, the sunrays reflect on the sand, making the ilusion of a golden sea, a few vultures fly around waitng for a free lunch; everything seems to be in order, just another bunch of desert...

Then you see a small figure moving far away in the endless ocean of sand; after a while wondering who can it be, you notice that it is Alex.You run after him, trying to catch up just to not be alone there...

But as you're geting closer, you sudenly feel a huge rumble under your feet, and you fall to the ground, it is as if the hole earth was shaking toghether with the sky...

Then, everything is at peace again; earthquake stops just enough for you to lift your head and see a giant fisure forming on the ground, the sand quickly flows into it as you hear strange yet terrifying roar coming from inside...

Then you see it, the beast that sprouts from the roots of the earth, it's gold and green armor-like skin, it's three insect eyes, the fangs twice your size,
10, 20 , 25, 30 meters!! and still it hasn't come out completely, you know it from the tales, you know it for the fear, it is a lanmolas...

But then another crack opens; and the twin comes out too; blinded by rage and the sunrays, they start wagging their enormous bodies from side to side, preparing to attack...
OOC: Yeah, this is my new topic, as always, I would like you to tell me what do you think about it; I've planing this for weeks, but for some reason or another I could not complete it. And this is how I come back from the dead

OOC : It's cool. Something big and fearsome to fight is always a good thing.

IC:

Blank is taken off guard by the earthquake, but is stunned beyond words at the sight of the Lanmolas. He draws his sword and prepares to fight the beast for his life, hoping that Alex has caught sight of it and will join him in the battle.

Alex! It's me, Blank! Help me out with this... this thing!

The grunt grasps the hilt of his sword, points the blade straight towards the beast's face (or rear end, who could tell?) and lunges.

When he saw the two monsters coming out from the sand far away, the first thing Alex thought was "How can a tower sprout in the middle of the desert?" but when he saw them moving, he cursed from the ground that the earthquake made him fall to, he then heard a voice coming from where the Lanmolas were...
It took him a little to run the distance between him and the Lanmolas, but when he arrived the first thing he noticed was that Blank was there with his sword pointing at the worms...
Alex in mediatly drags out his dagger and boomerang and throws the last one to the body of the beast...the weapon hits it's target making a sound that clearly shows that it was of no use.
"What?! as hard as rock!" claims Alex
But as he says this, a shadow appears over him, a shadow that grows bigger every second, Alex looks up to see the head of the Lanmola moving towards him, Alex has only a brief seconds to Jump and avoid the attack.
On the way down, Alex uses his dagger to hold himself on the the worm's forehead, and as he holds tight to his weapon, he looks directly into the unexpresive, motionless and empty eyes of the beast; which starts shaking violently to free itself from it's attacker (Alex).
Alex then falls to the soft sand, cursing in a loud voice to both of the creatures, then he stops to notice that the hand which he used to grab his dagger was covered with green nasty substance; then it all came clear to him
"Blank! I could hurt that thing in the head, we must aim for it if we want to kill it!!"
As he said this he thought to himself"Now, if I could only find my boomerang..."

Blank takes a brief second to peer into his wallet at the small amount of rupees, cursing to himself, and wishing he had bought a projectile-firing weapon back in Rauru Town.

I... I can't hit it if they keeps flying around like this.

Taking his chances, Blank holds his sword out and crouches. The Lanmolas dives under the sand, a well-known tactic which usually ended in the victim being caught from underneath and either crushed to death, or knocked out cold by the volley of thick boulders that were released with the attack.

He waits in that position for a good thirty seconds, before the mangy sand beast hurtles out of the sand directly in front of him. At this time, Blank spins wildly in 5 quick circles, his blade glowing lightly with a red hue as the force of his will is driven into a poweful attack. Catching his footing after the fifth and final spin, he spots the Lanmolas veering off.

Um... did I hit it? Alex. watch out!

His warning is brought on deaf ears, for as he yells out, the second massive worm unleashes the same brutal tactic on the zora. Sand in his face from the force of the Lanmolas breaking through the surface, Blank can only wonder if his ally has taken the chance to attack....

For Blank´s surprise, the worm is now moaning in pain (if you can call it like it); shaking his head and closing it´s claws...
And there stans Alex on the ground, holding a challenging look to the beast; and with an electric force field around him... when the magic was over, he looked to see how Blank, apparently unharmed; but he noticed he couldn´t reach the Lanmola´s head without a proyectile
"Do you know how to use this?" he said as he pulled out his boomerang and showed it to Blank"See, you throw it like THIS!!"

The weapon swiftly flew to the sky itself, reaching the blue worms center eye, then came back to the hand of his owner.
The blue worm was now blinded(on one eye,of course), and threw his body to the ground, making again an earthquake...
OOC:Ok, I just made this up so I hope it works, we can´t just be punching the basts to dead, so I will give them health so we both know how much will take to beat them, just post your attack, the worm it targets (blue or geen), and I´ll mod how much damage it made, so
Blue worm : 50/50

Blank suddenly feels the bitter bite of jealousy, and tells himself to get an aerial weapon. A boomerang, slingshot or bow would do the trick.

The green monster has retreated under the ground, but Blank has noticed. He listens and pays attention to the beats movement under the sand dunes, and just as it erupts out of its sanctuary, Blank forces a heavy downward stab - a perilous attack - towards his enemy's skull (or whatever those damn invertabreaes had), and perhaps damages the beast.

The attack is enough to enrage the beast and redirect it´s attack to it´s fellow twin, the both look at each other, clicking it´s claws, then turn back to both Blank and Alex...
"Quick, grab this!!" Alex threw the boomerang to Blank(not in an attacking way of course), and hoped that he would know how to use it
Alex used Jump to reach the green worms head and stabed him again in the head; what he didn´t consider when he leaped was how would he get down without getting hurt, so he grabed a hard as he could, to the green worms head with his dagger...
OOC:Now I lend you my boomerang temporaly until the end of this topic

Seeing that Alex is taking care of the green worm, Blank decides that double team movement was in order. As he charges towards the beast that Alex is fighting, he catches the boomerang in his hand, preparing to throw it when necessary. The time comes, and he whips the odd, curved Boomerang skilfully, hoping to catch the foe off guard. Not even thinking twice on whether or not his attack had had the desired effect, he jumps away from the creature to avoid a counterattack at all costs.

The beast moans in pain as it senses the wooden weapon penetrating deeply in it´s eye (again), but this time it´s too much for it to stand it, it heads straight for the ground, but with enough time for Alex to jump to a safe place, the creuture now lies on the ground, half blinded and too exausted to defend itself...
Meanwhile, Alex runs to meet Blank and check his status; after KO´d the insect, Alex has a hard time of putting thoughts in order and hasn´t noticed that the twin is no longer there, he just wants some one to talk about it,
