Cloud was walking up from the castle when a demon attacked. He charged in to attack but was knocked aside. He got up and tried to cast spell but the monster stretched its arm a couple meters and pushed his claw through Cloud's chest. It hit him with a fire attack and knocked him out. Help him!

Lady Rose was walking around Hyrule Field when she saw Cloud attacked by some sort of monster. Remembering the kindness he had shown her when she first came to Hyrule, she pulled out her dagger and dashed over to the creature. She lunged towards it.

The creature tried to move away but was not fast enough and was sliced in the arm.

Mar rath tra get ma!

You couldn't understand the creature. Unless you speak Infernal, you wont know what he said.

The monster started to form a dark energy ball. Better stop it before it attacks!

OOC: Sorry if I do this incorrectly. I'm still getting used to RPing. If I was supposed to dodge it, let me know and I'll change it.

IC: Lady Rose saw the energy ball form. Oh, damn it, that can't be good, she thought as she attacked again.

OOC: No it's fine. Your supposed to leave it open for anything. You can do anything you like as long as it's not god-moding or doing something that the person doesn't want. When that happens, they will tell you.

IC: The demon was to focused on charging his attack to see the attack coming, and as a result, he was hit in a vital organ...the left lung. The demon's breathing became slower and more like a pant. The demon lunged at Lady Rose, its claws out, and aimed for her fighting arm. At that moment, Cloud got up. He saw Lady Rose fighting the demon.

Lady Rose! Im coming!

Cloud came at the demon full force, his staff held high, ready to kill. And not only ready, but wanting.

OOC: Damn it. My DEF is 7, but I'm not sure about the demon's chance to hit. A little help here please.

OOC: Normally, I dont use the stats system. I just RP the battle. Here is an example:

I would do this:
Cloud ran at the monster, staff ready. He jammed the staff into the monsters knee cap, temporarily knocking it down. He took this chance to deliver the final blow. He cast Spell and it came out as Thunder, killing the beast instantly. (If you were fighting somobe elses monster, you would have to attack, and see if it died.

This is what i wouldn't do:
Cloud attacked with his staff, dealing 5 dmg. He cast Spell and it came out as Thunder, it did 10 dmg, killing it.

I dont like the stats system, but if i have to use it sometimes, i will.

OOC: So I can just attack it while it's attacking me, then?

OOC:Yeah! You can defend, then attack. Attack then make yourself get hurt. There really is an endless list to what you can do.

OOC: Okay, let's do this then.

IC: Lady Rose knew it was a bit unorthadox for one in the army, but she wasn't in the army now, and some of her unorthadox fighting was the reason why she advanced so quickly. She lunged towards the attack, but at the last minute she dived and twisted her body around. She ran backwards like that, aiming for the demon's heart.

The demon dropped its energy ball so it could attack. It drew a small vial from its throat. Since it had no pockets, where else but its body? The demon threw the vial at the woman. He hoped it would hit her, and if it did, he would win.

I shall feast upon your head!

The demon then saw that he was being attacked. He was hit in his heart and blood spewed everywhere. But it wasnt red blood...it was black!

The demon, noticing his damaged heart, tore it out! He plunged a dagger into it and threw it at the woman. It would do no damage, but was merely a sign that he would win, or die trying.

The dagger hit Lady Rose in the chest, but it was the hilt that had hit her. She smirked. "Was that dagger supposed to hurt me?" she asked, confident. (OOC: I hope you meant that that wouldn't cause any damage, even if it hitted me). But she was shaken; usually when she stabbed someone's heart, they would've died. She went in for another attack with her dagger, aiming for the throat this time.

OOC: yeah, i meant no matter what, no damage would be done.

Cloud came up behind the dmon and cast spell on it. The creature was hit with thunder and Lady Rose's dagger. But the creature was un-shaken. No matter what was done to it, it would keep going until it was a physical impossability.

What is this...thing?

Cloud hit it again, this time doing thunder again. The monsters right arm was blown off, but it still kept going...

"Damn it," Lady Rose said through gritted teeth. "This thing is tougher than those Stalfoses that killed Baris." She lunged forward yet again, seeing if hitting it in the brain would kill it.

ARGHH!

Lady Rose's attack pierced the demon's skull and into its brain. The demon fell to the ground, dead.

I think its finally dead.

Cloud turned his back on the demon, little did he know it was still alive.

The demon rose up and tried to grab on to Cloud.

OOC: This is your chance to save Cloud, or let him die.
