The Life of Xokorn...

...started out with a simple life in Kakariko Village, living and playing with his own kind--a special and hidden race of Hylians known as the Sheikah. Whilst his race went out, spreading mysteries and phenomenon for others to find (mostly by chance), he decided to live a care-free life with his friends and family.

His mother, a widow, was very kind, and yet a very powerful witch. Using her native language, understandable only to her kind and those who wear the Mask of Truth, she was able to use very powerful spells. She never used it for ill (in fact, no one even knew that she knew it!), mind you, but when the time would come, a blast of fire would be enough to stop an entire army invasion.

At the time, a horrible tyrant ruled Hyrule, known for his cruelty and mistrust towards other races, particularly the Sheikah. One day, Xokorn came home from Lake Hylia after another fun-filled day of fishing and other recreations, and found his town completely barraged with bodies, bloody swords, and sheilds reduced to splinters. When he arrived, the whole village was abandoned; not a soul in sight.

Shocked and dismayed at the state of the village, he rushed home, only to find bodies of soldiers sprawled on the floor. Another sight caught his attention: his mother, pierced in the chest from a free-willed sword. She seemed to have put up a good fight, but it was, unfortunately, her last.

From then on, he hated the Hylians that made that bold attempt at such genocide. Having nowhere else to go, he retreated to the desert to study the magic that his mother did not divulge, as well as becoming a prophet to get on the better side of the other races in Hyrule. It was also in the desert where he found one of the sacred Pavilions of Generations, which were special structures that allowed travel from that point in time to another.

Upon his first usage of a Pavilion of Generations, he transported to this time era, hoping to learn spells that have drastically improved or simply did not exist in the past. Usage of the Pavilion had a cost, though. He could only use it once for a trip to another time period and back to his original time. He could select no other period to travel to...

With more powerful magic in hand, he'll be able to go back to his own time and seek revenge on the race that deprived him of a longer, happy life.
