There is a building here with a large sign that says "Castle Town Milk Bar". You can enter the Milk Bar if you wish. Inside, you talk to the bar tender, and he welcomes you to the Milk Bar. "To buy dry drinks here, you must first become a member. To purchase a membership, it costs 50 shards. As well, the cost of all drinks are paid in shards, not Rupees."

OOC: If you want a membership at the milk bar, reply and subtract the cost from your current total of shards.
