[Location] Brell's Grave

Near Brin's cottage sits a gravestone. On it are inscribed the words "Here lies Brell. A powerful wizard, and a great man. He will forever be remembered." On closer observation you see a strange staff sitting by the gravestone. Will you pick it up?
