Favorite Ethnic Food

Ok simple enough what is your favorite ethnic food. I probably greated this cause I am hungry but ehh like to see what others think as well.

Personally I love Italian food, granted I am half Italian but it is great. Chinese and Mexican are also great but to me its something I need to have a taste for to really appreciate it. How about the rest of you?

I love all kinds of food, I will eat practically anything. Mediterranean is good...what would Thai count as, I think Thai is my favorite...gotta go with peanut sauce...
