Answer with more than one letter, people. Also, I wish I could change my vote, because after starting a new file inn OOT, I loved it again. I guess I was bored always fighting Ganon, escaping from tower, and fighting that pig that I got bored and quit for a while.

I think the mask of scents was inspired by him. ;DI think it should have been a dog because they have an incredible sense of smell.(Are there any other types of dogs in OoT and MM other than Yorkies?)

My favorite game is MM hands down with all the masks, then it would be OoT cuz of the storyline, then WW because if I dont get bored with it I can beat it in a day (not skipping nighttime) ;D

First off, dang, Wikipedia has everything.  Second, I'm surprised this hasn't been moved yet.  It's not exactly a theory.

Twilight Princess. It's easily the best game ever made, and has 1 of the best storylines too. Only Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean and Tales of Symphonia beat it for that. But I voted MM because it's my 2nd favorite. I actually liked the 3 day thing, and being a Zora.
I'm also probably the Zelda fan who HATES LttP and doesn't like Ocarina that much. But it did introduce Zoras.

Now granted I only played TWW for an hour ( I had to take it back to Blockbuster), but it was kind boring having to go around in the boat for a long time. I kept getting lost and I didn't like how the cel shaded look made everyones favorite green clad hero into a bobblehead.
I'm sure its a great game for those who got to play it longer, but I like OOT better.

I loved MM. It's so.. dark and wonderful. <3

I liked OoT and WW too, but tWW was a little too... childish? for me. I like darker games like OoT or TP or MM. <3 But... TP is a little... it's not as good as MM. :3 But I like it better than OoT.

Pigs have hooves. They're ungulates, they're in the same family as deer and horses and cows and stuff. (wouldn't it be hilarious if Ganon were a cow? The horns and hooves... xD)
