Okay, I entered Robbie the Rabbit and Wolf Link and the Windfish at the San Patricio & Aransas County Fair.

Robbie: 2nd Place Occasion costumes (the zipper broke, and the head is a bad fit (I'm remaking him for Ikkicon in a week))
Wolf Link: First Place Miscellaneous
Windfish: First Place Acrylic

I should get money, I think, but I have yet to get it. u__u

Ikkicon is in Austin, Texas. I'm going there on the 8th-10th. I'm going as Robbie the Rabbit from Silent Hill, not that any of you are going to like, actually go. XD But because of it, I'm not going to be on TDC for two weeks. >_< (being grounded sucks. HARD.)

---

And I won't be on here much for three weeks, grounded, Ikkicon, and this weekend I'm working at La Mardi Gras Thing they have every year down here. I'm going in my Wizzrobe costume.

Hi no Seijin

Have fun, I suppose.  I mean, what else are you going to have at conventions?
Best.  Cane.  EVER!
Secretary of Lolcats; I won the MagmarFire Award for 2/21/08!
Filler.Filler.Filler.Fillah!  Filler.Filler.Filler.Fillah!

Ah, well done for the competition winnings ^^

That Windfish picture is really beautiful.
And from what I've seen of your costumes they're great.

We'll miss you while you are gone, have fun!

I know I'm definitely going to be Phoenix Wright if and when I go to a convention.

Turns out my Dad has a suit that's a good match.  I just need a wig, or longer hair.

Fishalicious

Wigs are great, you don't have to fix up your hair repeatedly. :3 and you can dye them, which I'm personally glad for.

Not that I wouldn't dye my hair blonde just to cosplay as Walter-puppy or Link... or some other cool blonde person.

Oh, and I worked at Lamardi Gras tonight... 3-6 PM. It was fun, I hung out with this guy named James... all we did was replace condiments and get free food. And play in the bouncy house. ;D

Well, to be honest, we weren't getting paid. That is, James and I weren't. James can't go to Germany 'cause he's a freshman, and I'm not going because no one told me we were going to Germany this summer. o_o And I probably couldn't make $2,500 in.... like, five months. Unless I got commissioned to make 6 half-suits, or 3 fullsuits. But that money goes to supplies...

Er, yeah. Free food was awesome though. I was debating on getting fried shrimp, nachos, crab-stuffed jalepenos... >_< And then I ended up getting 5 friend shrimp, two eggrolls, and James and I shared some nachos. Oh, and I got sour skittles. And soda.

I can cut off some of mine and send it to you if you wish.

Good luck! I've never been to a convention...

Neither have I, but it just looks so much fun.

Plus, cosplaying allows for some cool interaction between animes.

I'm already working on a skit where I'm Phoenix, defending this girl I know who cosplays Itachi Uchiha, on the charges of murdering the Uchiha clan.

I just need to find an Edgeworth, Sasuke, and Judge cosplayer.

Fishalicious

The sad thing about that last post was, I just got about half of my hair hacked off. 8D; Oh yeah, I was gonna mention that, too. it's like... to my shoulder, a little bit longer. It's layered and curls a bit. I like it.

Oh, and conventions are awesome. I've only ever been to small-town ones, and Ikki's a small con, too.

Robbie needs a new head. o_o I'm half-way done. This one has a computer fan in it.

I could be Kiba if you want. Apparently I look kinda like him. I could be the assistant or something. Shocking, I know, but I actually thought of Phoenix having an assistant that isn't a girl and isn't half his age.

And I could be the comic relief character!

EDIT: I think I'm dyslexic. 8D

If you were to look at the Court Record, you would see that Maya Fey is the age of 17 in the first game, while Phoenix is 24.  Your testimony contradicts this obvious fact!

DW

This isn't a trial, and it was a mere phrase; and exaggeration, if you will.

Well, I'm done working at Lamardi Gras...

Did I mention I worked between a church and a graveyard? It was rather... morbid. o_o There was a sign right next to the kid's bounce houses and games that said "LAMAR CEMETARY ->" and pointed straight to the main food/booze/souvenier tent.

Also, a guy spit on the bell in the graveyard and dumped his beer out over a World War Private's grave. o_o I'm not religious, but he's going straight to hell, methinks.
