I have a theory that the game developers dont even know themselves what their going to do. Sometimes I think they take the fan's ideas and move em a bit. Either way, Im going to get the next Zelda game. Ive played and beaten every Zelda game except for the oracle of ages and seasons. Im a Zelda addict.

The next Zelda will be a must have.  :-*

Yes, I'll get it too. Belive it or not, I'll get it for the Wii if that's the only choice because I'm a Zelda freak like that. I know they're definately not going to put it on the GC because like someone said earlier "the GameCube is dead." I think they're either going to put it on the DS or the Wii...but someting tells me the Wii because the most recent Zelda games was on the DS and they probably are going in a pattern: Wii, DS, Wii, DS...etc. untl the next Nintendo game system comes out. TP, which was on the GC and Wii, to my opinion was one of the "higher quality graphics games" just like OoT, MM, and such. And PH was more of the "lower quality grahics games", so now what comes next in the pattern is another "higher quality graphics game".

Look at the bright side. The DS is a success for Nintendo as the GBA was. Even here, in Bulgaria, were Nintendo games are not in the market generally because of the damned Sony and theyre cr**** consoles, the GB was quite famous. I hope they deliver more Zelda games on the DS as they did with the GB. And besides, its imposible to make a brand new console Zelda with new grafics, gameplay and engine just for 2 years.  :) Viva Nintendo!

Hi no Seijin

Actually, I can see it being possible, but you would undoubtedly have to clock in some serious overtime.

Hi no Seijin

Um, we don't want the Nintendo staff to work themselves to death.

Although working on games seems like it'd involve a lot of fun stuff.

Hi no Seijin

Indeed.  Just as long as you don't set nearly impossible deadlines.

I dunno, they haven't had a problem with pushing back the deadlines, right?

Hi no Seijin

They never really push back deadlines.  They only say they're delaying the game to increase demand.

...

Maybe?

If anything, they'd probably release it around the holidays when people are going to be buying it the most. I was actually surprised when they decided to delay the release date for TP from around Christmas 2005 to March 2006. Of course, the GC version did wind up coming out right near Christmas of that year.
