The Relation of The Ocean King and the Windfish/ Termina and the world in PH

I was just wondering, could the ocean king from PH be the windfish from LA? And is the world in PH Termina flooded?

I kind of wondered that myself, but I personally don't think so. Possible, though.

And at the end of PH they go back to Tetra's pirate ship and the pirates say how it had only been 10 minutes and it must've been a dream the Ghost Ship placed in their heads!

Now think about it. If Tacheon's theory is correct about Termina being a state of mind and the world in LA is in fact just a dream, then isn't possible that the Ghost Ship took certain things from Link's head mashed it all together? Like the world being a giant ocean and Termina? Giant Ocean + Termina= Flooded Termina! Windfish + Ocean= Ocean King!
