A "Wii" problem...

first of all, did you like my pun?  :D


second of all, my Wii is not doing so well. When I click on channels it will sometimes give me a black screen of death, i then unplug and replug and usually it ends up okay, but its doing some really weird stuff now. I hit the home button and it froze up, then the remote started doing a constant vibrate that was really annoying...
I'm not really good with technical stuff, and i don't want to screw up my Wii trying to fix it myself. So, should i take it somewhere? or is there something i could do that might help? I've never really had problems like this before with my Wii, and at this time when Nintendo is being a jerk to me, it has me quite frustrated...

Sounds like you'll have to send it in for repairs. I had a similar problem way back when in Summer '08, when the disc drive just didn't want to work for any disc anymore. Of course, my Virtual Console channels still worked, so maybe I had a different problem.

Regardless, that's what I recommend. Nintendo was very generous with me with my repairs, as the only thing I had to pay for was postage.
