Im not even sure if I have an answer,  I think that there may be no specific answer that is not in legal terms.

That is why you must rely on your own reasoning. (Of course, asking others what they think doesn't hurt, either.) See, it all depends on how you look at it. Are you a literal thinker, metaphorical thinker, or both?

Advanceshipping and Rion had better be Chuck Norris approved.

the mastery of HTML amazes me

But child abuse as stated in the books is when a parent hurts or neglects a child

now do THIS equation (credits to Stephen Colbert)

Man + woman/wo + atee =! marraige

For the HTML, I was in a hurry.  Oh and nice job quoting Stephen Colbert, HE IS AWESOME!!!!!

But thats besides the point,  Could it be considered child abuse from a technical standpoint rather than legal or whats on record?

You just keep going back to the point where YOU think about what child abuse is, rather than thinking about what it actually means. You do this without giving any real argument (other than Child's fighting = child abuse), which to be frank, is a pretty weak argument.

The term 'child abuse' implies possession, that someone is abusing their own child or a child that they are in charge of.

'Technical' does NOT mean literal. It means that it's being viewed from an applied point, that is, real world situations. You're not thinking about the implied possessive aspect that the phrase 'child abuse' gives.

I am not trying to make an argument, I am taking neither side.

Im just seeing what other people think.  Like Magmarfire said:  You must rely on your own reasoning.

It is simply your opinion.

One defends his opinion with arguments...  that's why people go about in debates, trying to prove the other wrong.

Oh well... I guess there's nothing else to really say about this...
