Oh shush your pretty face  :P

What do YOU think it is?

God has mad things beyond our imagination that we don't even know about. Look at how big he made space. It's so big we haven't discovered it all yet. We haven't even discovered all of our big oceans and sea's!! There could be some kind of dinosaur that lives on the sun!!

Hi no Seijin

That would be some hardcore dinosaur to live on the sun.

I'm confused!! (Either they got it off of here or ZV got it from somewhere else.)

Mysterious F.

Although I do believe there is life on other planets (that bacteria on Mars, for example), I doubt this is really life. Or Bigfoot. It is probably just a rock.

Also, I would like to mention that UFOs may be from humans. The Germans began plans to create disc-shaped aircraft during WWII, but they lost before they could finish their plans. With two superpowers in Germany (U.S.S.R. and U.S.), the technology could be made. And some former Nazis allied themselves to either America or the Soviet Union after WWII, so the ones working on this project could have as well.

I just couldn't pass up the opurtunity to mention that.

I suppose I'll go with the seemingly general consensus: I doubt it's life. Or at least native. If it were the latter, it would have to have adapted to the 95% carbon dioxide atmosphere. As cool as it would be, having carbon dioxide as an essential gas is a...stretch.
Now, I do believe it is a rock. But I'd just like to point out that long ago, oxygen was a poisonous gas and carbon dioxide was the gas of choice.

We have adapted to use oxygen and give out carbon dioxide.

But plants do the opposite, the main reason the planet isn't only carbon dioxide.

Is there any proof of that? Like, at all?

Plus, carbon dioxide isn't the only thing there that could be a danger. There are severe dust storms, and that goes without mentioning the mean temperatures of negative 46o Celsius.

Sure, they take in CO2 and let out oxygen, but what about the near-trace amounts of nitrogen and argon? I know plants need fixed nitrogen, but I think that only about 2.7% nitrogen is insufficient. And argon is a noble gas, and I doubt that plants "doing their thing" would cause that to be there.

I'm not sure if I've said this or not, but this is a lot like the face of mars from years back...

It's just a rock formation, too. Mars just has some weird as hell rocks on it, I guess.

I do believe there have may once been a chance for life on Mars, but the water being frozen and having such a low temperature constantly almost completely rules out life on Mars today...

Hi no Seijin

Complex life maybe; simple life forms can survive extreme conditions if they have to.

Yeah, true. Extremophiles do exist.

But simple life that big? don' think so :P
