The Zora King is fat and lazy.  Either that, or Nintendo was just trying to annoy you with another character in the game.  First Navi, then Ruto, and now the Zora King.  Navi must be related to them. :-X

I find it laughable. But after two hours and he still isn't halfway yet, it gets annoying.
