its in every game!

This is SUCH a chatboard topic. You make ti so hard on the cohorts, you're so mean.

it's like, you save her in one game, and BANG! she appears in the next, just as helpless as ever.

Ahem... >_< there's a little button to the upper right of your post that says 'modify'... USE THAT TO ADD MORE TO A PREVIOUS POST rather than double post...

ahem...

Mind, Zelda doessn't need saving in EVERY game. She is mentioned only like once or twise in both Links Awakening and Majora's mask. Not to mention the Oracles, unless of course, you play a linked game...

SO that's four games in which she doesn't need saving...

I blame evil pink dress of DOOMTM

Not to mention, for the majority of Windwaker (up until she transforms into her 'true' form) she doesn't need saving at all. Same goes for Sheik of OoT, again, until she transforms into her usual form... >_<

So ZELDA does need saving a lot.

it sends the "im a damsel so put me in distress" message

Gamefreak

Actually, this could probably be ok in General Zelda.

At least your posts still count over here...

I just hope that Phantom Hourglass isn't like the previous incarnations... But sequels of zelda are known to follow a nontraditional formula, so maybe we'll get lucky.
