Yeah, I agree with you there.

In fact, that "spider dream" I mentioned earlier caused me to check my room for any spiders that lurk there.

I'm paranoid, I know.

The dreams post was way fun.  so recently i had a dream about a cats head being stuck in the bars on the back of a chair.

I can understand why Pyrgusfinn is bringing this topic back up; she was around back then, and bringing this topic back up brings back good memories for her.  Besides, there's no rules against bringing up old topics.  Jack just asked for someone to go find an old topic and bump it back up, so he probably won't mind that this one was bumped up.

I can't remember any of my more recent dreams, but when I have a good one, I'll get back to you all on this.  Until then, I'll just relate an old dream to you.

It had something to do with wolves.  And the Ninja Turtles.  I had it when I was a little tot.

oooh I had a weird dream:

I was with a bunch of my mates in our school language block. It was night and there were no lights on.
In a corridor there was a line of cyborgs who looked exactly like humans.
My friend Ciaran turned them on (I think he did it on purpose...) and they all woke up. We all ran into different classrooms, and as I ran into one I was shot with a gun. Once in my leg once in my stomach, it really hurt. Then I sort of restarted back in the corridor and someone grabbed me bound me with robes on my legs and arms to a desk and lit a flaming torch(like those old ones which is just a biece of wood with an oily rag). It was a cyborg that looked exactly like Rachel Bilson who plays Summer in The OC. She got the torch and I was screaming and she started burning my leg with it.

Then I woke up. I hated that dream.

My most recent dream is of my brother being kidnapped and taken away, and i would never see him again. I hate that dream.

And now for something of my own mind.

I remember way way too many of my dreams. It is an honest truth, I honestly remember them. But the contents of many of them seem to swirl around until I am confused as to which dream is which.

One dream, That I was a character in a type of military bunker, I had to disable something in it to prevent nuclear weapons from going off the entire planet. I failed, but I saw the whole planet burn. After there was nothing left, little plants began to grow, then time started to go faster, until it was practically in a cycle, to the time where Native americans lived amongst the woods. Weird, I know.

Another common dream, I try to kill or otherwise harm someone, then people, many many people come after me, I try to run away, or slow down time. Time seems to slow down, but I have this great fear that they will keep chasing me, and I have to run. There are a great deal of variations to this dream, many of which I can remember. At times, I'll try to fly, I'll realize it is a dream, and think that I can defy gravity. But I am able to do so for only a few seconds, I jump, but I can never really fly.

And sometimes I will dream of something, then there is a point, a sequence in which I fall. Once I hit the pavement, I feel something in my chest, like a bounce. Then I awake. But sometimes this leads into another dream, or a 'dream within a dream'. I'll realize it is this way and weird things will happen that I can recall with much detail, but cannot rationally describe.

I've had dreams where I was aware I was dreaming, and other dreams in which I woke up from one dream, only to be still in the dreaming world. Things will happen that really get weird in this one, like weird lights and visions of stuff falling from the sky.

Unlike the majority of you, I have this awareness. I do not know how I am aware, I only know that I am aware, and this faciliates the true vastness in the strange capabilities of my dreams.
