What about a Naginata? It's like a spear, but it's got a really long, almost sword-esque blade at the end.

There is a weapon, I don't know the real name, but its like a spear, but in place of the spearhead there is a sword-blade.

Mine would be called the ElementalBow. It has no bowstring and no arrows, but it runs solely on your MP. If you have it equipped and do Din's fire, then a flaming bowstring will appear with flames resembling an arrow. If you do Nayru's Love, then a bowstring and arrow of water appears. If you do Farore's Wind, then a green vine and arrow with poisonous thorns.

What use would a water arrow be against enemies though? It would just splash...although it could put out fires probably...

All righty, I have to think of something neat, then.

How about a glaive?  It's just a giant-ass sword, but it can break through walls, and is sort of like a cross between the megaton hammer and the Biggoron's Sword, except even thicker.

What do you think of that?  Simple, but sweet... like the double clawshots.
