not really.  Most of the people froze to death in the Northern Atlantic ocean.  I'm sure quite a few people drowned, but most of them froze.

hmmm... did you guys know that if you drown your body can go into this thing called "divers reflex" where your whooollle entire body shuts down, your lungs, heart, even brain! and then in like a couple hours you wake up again! so like you die and come back to life! i heard this story that this one girl was walking on like a frozen lake or something then fell in! she was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead, then like an hour later she woke up! divers reflex! wow...
