It has been stated by NINTENDO that TP will be released NEXT fiscal year, which starts at April 1. You shouldn't trust sites, shops or magazines when it comes to release dates. With Nintendo games NINTENDO are the ONLY reliable source. Not even Game Stop or IGN are reliable sources until Nintendo has announced the release date.

And personally I doubt there will be any romance between Link and Ilia. One thing I've learned from the 3D Zeldas is if it's about a new Link he ALWAYS has a female best friend/sister that won't evolve in anything more.

Saria said herself that it's destiny they can't live in the same world. Aryll is his sister. I believe there will also be a reason why he can't be with Ilia, as well, and that like in OoT and TWW there will be some hints about a possible romance between him and Zelda.

Well, freak! Nintendo has freakin' delayed it so many times I'm about to give up on it! First it was somewhere in November of 2005. THEN, they changed it to March or April of 2006. Once again, they decided to ruin my life again and delay it to November! My gosh, will Nintendo just stop and release the game?! My friend made a good (but strange) point: that Twilight Princess doesn't even exist and it's a clever plot to get all the Zelda fans out there excited for no reason. Bizarre, but somehow in a tiny, dark corner in my head, it kind of makes sense.

It doesn't, because people has PLAYED it. Besides, they are delaying it to make it BETTER. Remember the Triforce Quest in TWW? That was lame, and replaced two dungeons they didn't get time to add into the game.

Remember OoT? Most fans would say that game is near perfect. I personally disagree, but that's not the point. The point is, it was, like TP, delayed a year.

As for the release dates, the first release date was NOT November. It was Holiday 2005. The second was the next fiscal year, which is from April 1. 2006 to March 30. 2007. It was never possible the game would be released in March.

Now it's FALL 2006. There's no saying of a November release. It can be anywhere from September 1. to November 30. ;)

I think they may be doing this , so people have longer to save up money, and providing small clues to make people interested in the game. Therefore many more people will buy it.
