Then you'll have to open up Paint, press Ctrl + V, then save it. Then upload it like a normal picture.

On mine, it says: Prt Scr over SysRq. how do i get to it if it's on the top half of the button?

You've got it! However, I would personally recommend saving your screenshots as .PNG files. They look a lot nicer and don't take up any more space.
