omg! im soo happy! i have algerbra 1 with katy amy and tedi! yayy! omg... i have to like go around the school twice to get to all my classes though, but luckily my locker is in the main hallway, so its kinda in the middle of all my classes. so yeah.

Do colleges have to follow the rules of the educational board in that area, or is it seperate?

I'm not sure.  I asked my dad, and he said that there are standards that degree programs have to follow, but he's not sure if the state sets them.  Ask again in about a month, and I may have an answer for you.
