A simple thing called "Personal judgement"- Mods decide if the situation said word was used in was acceptable, and take action accordingly. If the user of said word wants to argue against this judgement, pursue it via PMs.

What do you mean?  If you're referring to the fact that I gave him a warning for spamming, then I don't think I deserve to be called that.

Sorry, Evilbob. We've been through a lot while you were gone, including:

• A troll (I can't remember the name)
  
• Bgrugby being banned for frequent insults
  
• A very controversial subject about the mods and bgrugby
  
• My abusiveness of power (which is why I quit the mods, if you didn't  already notice, Evilbob)
  
• A change of admins and moderators
  
• A large number of things not worth mentioning at all anymore
  

So basically, we've gone through our worst. Wasn't a very good thing, but they're over.  :(
