Adobe Image ready?

I need help on animating my own stuff. Like stuff i make myself. Can anyone help me out here, Im trying to animate a stick figure.

I... I use Jasc Animation shop, myself. Or flash...

... I'm not sure, but I think the best thing to make it look good is to do it frame-by-frame. >_>
