This says favorite character, so I'm posting any character even if they aren't video games!  :P

My all-time favorite fictional characters are:

• Taikobo (Hoshin Engi)
  
• Genshi Tenson (Hoshin Engi)
  
  For those who don't know, Hoshin Engi is a manga series based off the classical Chinese novel The Creation of the Gods. I'm planning on reading that one day.
