that was happening somewhere on the east coast I think. They are debating whether to ban Harry Potter because a bunch of kids there are trying to cast spells and such.

Oh, yeah, like they're going to succeed in casting spells.  Please. ::)

Besides, it takes years of training, which tells you that I'm really centuries old. :P

And I already told you, MagmarFire, the core is made out of four things:  argon, plutonium, monkeys, and hippo poop. :P

I confess I was referring to the entire experiences I have had so far on this forum. In fact, we are all a jolly bunch, we could probably come up with some funny stuff if we set our minds to it.

A d20 is a twenty-sided die.  It is the most used die in Dungeons and Dragons.  You need it for just about everything.  Listen checks, spot checks, attack rolls, etc.  Some of the things you don't use it for damage rolls and finding out what you add to your HP.  If that was allowed, then I'd imagine some classes would be quite broken.

If you ever join a group, be a duskblade.  I only say that because my character is one. :)

And I figure you're going to ask what a duskblade is, so here goes.  A duskblade is a combination of a fighter and a sorcerer.  He (or she, in the case of my character) can use both magic and melee weapons.  Duskblades can either be at the back of the group, casting spells, but be able to enter into melee combat when necessary.  And here's the neat part about duskblades:  they can channel touch spells through their weapons (excluding arrows; the weapon needs to be in constant contact with the duskblade). :)
