If you come off as weird, I really wouldn't worry about it.  All it really says is that you think differently.  I have some friends who think they're normal, but I think they're weird.  Weirdness is a matter of perception.  Everyone sees the world differently.

Writing songs is a sign of creativity, alex.  If people think they're weird, it's because they have a hard time thinking that way.  I wouldn't worry about it.
