Well, if you recall, Japanese speak faster than us.  So when they translate anime to the English language, the mouth movements are still drawn to the way the Japanese speak, so when they talk in casual English, they are still moving their mouths really fast.

Even so, some of the anime is better than the cartoons America comes out with.  And I don't even watch anime.

I used to LOVE pokemon only when there was 150 pokemon and the red and blue games, the rest was just crap.
I love the old cartoons from the 90's and 80's .
i used to love looney toons(the old one)
but thanks to kids wb, it was turned into a stupid show with stupid  jokes  >:(
