Pyre watched as the door unbarred, and looked down at the skulchild curiously. It didn't seem overly chaotic, or evil, so he let his suspicions go. But not his caution. He didn't like this place, and didn't feel safe without his daggers in his hands, ready to lance towards whatever enemy showed itself.

The hylian looked over at Dogura questioningly. "Shall we go through, or go through the other door." He didn't know much about the dungeon, and began to wonder if Dogura had gathered any information about it. "Do you know what were up against in this place?"

Dogura rubbed his chin, and looked at the Stalchild. "You. Have you any information?" The stalchild seemed nervous. "Umm... Daddy says I'm not supposed to guide outsiders, or the living." Dogura hated the undead, and a thought of smiting the thing where it stood crossed his mind once or twice. "Alright then." Dogura began. "In my experiences, I've found it always best to take the path you had to work for. So, it would be only natural that we take the recently opened door."

OOC: Yeah, we all remember the forest temple. I hate it, and it's boss. Anyways, please feel free to advance by opening doors, and chests. This dungeon goes according to how you guys play it.

Pyre advanced to the door and held his hand against it for a moment. Finally, he shoved all second thoughts away, and started to push it open before he stopped himself. It would seem wise to check for traps first... or avoid them all together. He stepped to the side, and beckoned to the skullchild with his dagger. "You go through first. I don't trust you."

He had good reason not to trust the skullchild. First of all, it was a monster, and one capable of betraying and attacking the three of them. Second, Pyre didn't like the fact that an undead was guiding them. It was hard to tell if some kind of necromancer, or demon was controling them, and he didn't want to take any chances.

Blank shook his head and walked towards the now unbarred door, keeping an adequate distance between himself and the others. The last thing he wanted was more whining from the disembodied Stalchild's head. However, he did not partake of this separation with the greatest of favour, making sure to flash the skeleton a hateful glare when necessary.

"Daddy said? Well, when we find this father figure of yours I'll be sure to decapitate him as well. No tricks, you. Don't go calling your Stalfos or Poe buddies out, understand?" Blank watched Pyre examine the door, and nodded his approval of the notion that the Stalchild go first. Pyralin and Blank were apparently too important to be taking any turns for the worse, and so it was fitting that the skeleton go first.

"D-Daddy? You wont!! Im telling daddy!" He took off through the door and ran as fast as his bony legs could carry him. "Stop this instant!" Dogura shouted, giving chase to the traiter. Actually Dogura figured it harsh. Dogura knew that had anyone ever insulted, or threatened his own father, he would certainly fight to the death. He was gaining on the stalchild fast, but something unexpected happened. A stalfos emereged from out of the darness, and delivered a kick that sent the surprised samurai tumbling backward. He skidded to a stop at his comrades feet. He got up, and regulated himself.

"Grrr... How could i have been so careless?" The stalfos laughed a deep tone, and then scorned. His eyes glowed a luminous red, and he screamed, "You just try to hurt Junior! We'll make you pay!" This got Dogura scanning the room. The term we was enough hint that there were more. Red eyes brightened the dark corners of the room. Out into the light provided, stepped five more salfos. The stalchild reached the door on the other side of the room, and stepped through it. Upon his exit, bars sealed the door, and the door behind them blocking any escape. Dogura drew his sword. "It looks like we have no choise. Ready yourselves!"

The hylian chase after Dogura, but then watched as he was kicked to his feet. He moved to Dogura's side so the samurai couldn't be flanked. He didn't want either of the other two to be hurt because there were only three of them. Besides, he was starting to like the samurai.

Pyre settled into a crouch, and drew his two daggers. He used the position to spring forward, and spin to his left. As he drew about arm length from the stalfos that had kicked Dogura, he had spun about 270 degrees. At this point, he quickly extended his arms, the sudden movement speeding up the spin, and both daggers lashed out at the stalfos, attempting to strike it once, and then again.

OOC: Actually, Dual Weild has to be activated, it's not a set damage counter. Here is a chart I go by.

That's my job, I actualy have to calculate these attacks, and write rather they hit or not. I have defending chart too, but i dont feel like typing that up. It's my job anyways. You can figure out your base class in the rules set. Also, you typed "both daggers" and "Strike once and then again" so I'm going to assume that you meant to use Dual Weild. From now on, type in brackets the name of an ability you're going to use if you use it. Otherwise, great post!

IC: Dogura was shocked at how fast and flawless Pyralin had moved! He looked up to see Pyralin clashing with the Stalfos! [AGI+Roll= 20]+[Dual Weild (with full penalty)] VS [DEF + AGI= 11]. Pyralin Smashed into the Defending Stalfos dealing a critical 12 DMG to the beast, leaving it with 3 HP left. (OOC: Sorry, I forgot to type their HP which is 15.) The stalfos flew back a few feet, and colided with the ground, the impact sending a tremor below the warrior's feet.

"Great hit Pyre!" Dogura exclaimed, now preparing to attack. "Damn creatures of the dead! Stay asleep!" Dogura lunged straight into the third Stalfos! As the vagabond expected, The Stalfos raised its sheild to defend. Dogura dissapeared. By the time the Monster had realized that it was only an illusionary clone, it was too late to react. Dogura shoved his sword into the back of it's skull. Dealing a full 9 DMG![AGI + Roll= 19] VS [DEF + AGI= 11]

It screeched, and fell back, preparing to counter. It succeeded and the sword smashed straight down into Dogura's chest. Dealing 8 DMG to the samurai.[AGI + Roll= 25] VS [AGI + DEF= 20] His armor suffered a blow, but he was primarily alright. Getting back to his feet, he leapt back to Blank and Pyralin. "This could get ugly..." Dogura muttered, cleaning his sword of the endoplasmic goo from the back of the creature's skull.

OOC: Oh, I get what you meen. The stalfos countered Dogura, but it's common coutacy to let everyone attack before having the enemy attack. In other words, I'm waiting for Blank to attack.

Blank hadn't expected the opportunity to meet with the Stalchild's "Daddy" so arrive so soon. The nomad felt content in knowing that he would be able to teach the Stalfos a lesson in parenting that he would never forget. Blank was unsure if memories stayed with the soul after death, but that was Stalfos' problem.

Not wasting any time, Blank leaped at the most distant Stalfos possible. Without even realizing, his swords met his hands and he swung neatly, yet forcefully. The blades were brought towards each other, the Hylian intending to unite them at the skull of his target. [L3 Dual Wield]

Blank's attck crushed the skull of the Stalfos, and an eerie sound was made as the magic left the monster. [AGI + Roll= 21]+(Dual Weild No Penalty) VS [DEF + AGI= 11] The Stalfos formed a sort of Defencive line. "Dont let them get to father!" One of them screeched. Dogura's grip tightened on his sword. "So, they're just older brothers of the stalchild? This is bad." Dogura said aloud, imagining the size of the beast.

The Stalfos may be heartless, as in you could see straight through them, however, they were vengeful. Three Stalfos lunged, two for Pyralin, and one for Dogura. The monsters were upon Pyralin within seconds. Their swords raised high, reflecting the light of the dancing flames produced by the torches. [AGI + Roll= 17] VS [DEF + AGI= 16] The sword smashed down upon the hylian's shoulder dealing 8 Damage to Pyre. Dogura would have darted in to crush the enemies off Pyre's back, had he not had one of his own enemies to deal with.

The Stalfos in front of him shoved his sword straight at the vagabond. [AGI + Roll= 14] VS [AGI + DEF= 20] What the beast didnt know about his target, is that the human eye often had trouble following his movemnents, as evedently did the un-dead eye. The monster looked around for the samurai, and looked awefully confused. Dogura was hiding in one of the many shadows, preparing to strike. He returned his focus to Pyralin, who still had one more to deal with.

Pyralin was still recovering from a recent attack, when a second Stalfos lunged at him from behind. [AGI + Roll= 21] VS [DEF + AGI= 16] Again Pyre was gored, dealing another 8 damage to the Hylian. The beast removed his sword from Pyralin's back, and barked an evil laugh. He leapt back, waiting for his next chance to strike.

OOC: Who is attacked is all decided by a dice roll. I roll a 12 sided dice. Dogura is 1-4 Pyralin is 5-8 and Blank is 9-12. Sounds fair to me. And if you want, I will allow something here. A [Counter Attack]. You may activate this at the end of your attack turn. It costs 4 SPL. If you're attacked next turn, your character will have a chance to counter attack the enemy that attacked him. Sound good?

Pyre stood panting for breath. The last two attacks had hurt, but they had also done something else. A spark formed in the hylians eyes. A mix of anger and determination. He jumped into the air landing on the balls of his feet, and tightening his calf muscles in preparation for his next attack. At the same time he called up the magic inside of him, and began to shape it.

Pyre leapt forward feigning a strike at one of the stalfos, but was really just buying time. He stopped his stroke, aimed carefully as he jumped to the left, and raised his left hand. The hylian sent the magical energy down his arm, and unleashed his spell. An elemental burst. [elemental burst L1]

Pyre's movements were that of grace, and all that remained was the attack hitting it's target. [SPI + Roll= 13] It raised it's sheild to defent, but to no avail. Pyralin's attack hit head on, dealing 14 damage to the Stalfos.
