OOC: It's not the fact that Drom was humming the Zelda theme. That's acceptable. But calling it the Zelda theme IC kind of isn't. You just want to be careful with what you say IC. A Hyrulean wouldn't call the Zelda theme the Zelda theme. They would probably call Zelda's Lullaby the Zelda theme. Get what I'm saying?
IC:
The Veilmists smile at Drommlin's question. "If you want to learn how to control the elements, you're better off going to a mage's school," Icerova answered. "How my sister and I cast our magic is unique. You'll never be able to replicate it. Better spellcasters than you have tried and failed."

Drom's face fell. "Right. School." He said. "Never mind..." and he turned around and ran to catch up with General Noval. There's gotta be an easier way to learn magic besides school... maybe I should go see him..."Are we there yet?" He asks the general, grinning.

"The Throne Room entrance," Noval replies to Firerova's question. "There are many powerful warriors in the other group, and I'm certain they can retrieve the key without our assistance." He pauses for a moment as he continues walking, deep in worried thought. "I am certain the most powerful of the Hakiems here lie within the Throne Room, watching over His Majesty. We should take every opportunity to rest and prepare ourselves for that encounter."
Striding back indoors, the group arrives at the large and locked double doors once again. Noval simply nods to the others as he takes a seat on the ground, and General Lion takes a seat beside him. The Hylian general lifts his hand to his chin as a thought strikes him. "If any of you need some healing, let me know," he says calmly. "I can cast the Favor of the Goddesses upon you at a moment's notice, so don't be afraid to ask."
With that, the two generals rest their backs against the door frame, waiting patiently for the other group to return with their own key.
OOC: Castle Liberation is hereby put on hold until the Castle Guardians topic members return with their key. Since all current CLers are also in that topic, nobody should get bored.

ooC: This is the right one...right Alpha?
IC: Sovelis followed behind Shada and the others as they had left the tower where the Triforce of Wisdom had been kept. Most of the party had been wounded in some way or another. Sovelis himself had been knocking at the gates of death agian, figurativly speaking. Leth's minish friend had been fried by the Tempest's own spell, hich he had cast in a rather confused state of mind.
"Shada...What are we going to do now? With the you-know-what gone, doesn't that mean that those Hari-whatever guys are going to gain the upper hand?" he asked the woman whom he was behind as he limped slightly from the wounds he had taken in the last fight that he had been in. This isn't my day....I just hope I don't get that close to death agian....so cold... The Last Tempest thought as he shivered, making his mechanical hand clatter as he shook.

OOC: Yep, this is it!
IC:
Shada shivers as Sovelis' words mirror the thoughts that have been plaguing her own mind since even before the group had left the tower. "Well, Sovelis . . ." she says slowly, ". . . that's probably the case, yes. I don't know if we can stand a chance if the Hakiems have gotten the Triforce . . ." It certainly won't be easy, that she knows for sure - it's pretty much the only thing about this whole mess that she knows for sure. Everything else is just a big, convoluted mystery to her . . . all she can really afford to do is keep going forward.
In the front of group rushes Colonel Veldam, eagerly moving in the hopes of reaching the Generals' group that much more swiftly. Polari's condition, unconscious and who knows how close to death, only fuels the desire all the more - he was already anxious enough due to the fact that the Royal Family he has sworn to protect may very well be captive inside the chamber. At long last, he turns a corner and finds himself face-to-face with the others.
"Horren!" General Noval calls out, a relieved grin on his face. Beside him stands that Gerudo girl, Koura, and her Rito friend Calla, appearing to have been resting while waiting for them. Also there stands Leth's other companion, the young Drommlin. Finally, leaning up against the far wall stands the Zora general of the Hylian Knights, Kamas Lion, eyes only just now opening as Richarn's words are spoken. "I take it you retrieved your key, yes?"
"Yes sir, we did! But first things first, please!" He motions to Leth behind him, holding the Minish in his hands. "General Lion, Polari was knocked out. And the rest of us got pretty banged up as well . . ." he says, a humble grin on his face.
Lion, for once, actually gives a smile, before standing upright and stepping towards the others. His entire body begins glowing with a bright verdant light that shoots outward. "Farore Venruuth!" In exchange for all of his SPL, once again a magical seal appears at his feet, causing every warrior present to receive a magnificent burst of energy as the shining light heals all wounds instantly and brings them back to full health. As the pain subsides and Polari reawakens with no trace of injury present, the Zora smiles triumphantly.
Noval grins and motions towards the door. One lock has already been undone, and lies on the ground alongside the chains it had been holding. "If you would care to do the honors . . ." he hints with a smile.

Leth is glad to see Polari up and well again. "I thought you were gone, buddy!" Then he hears general Noval. "Oh, of course!" He takes the key and inserts it into the lock, turning it.

The metallic device emits a soft, almost uneventful clicking noise as Leth releases the locking mechanism within. The lock and the chains it had been holding drop to the ground with a clatter of metal against stone, and suddenly the doorway into the throne room of the Hylian Royal Family lies open before them. Richarn Noval steps forward slowly, clasping the double doors by their handles. "This is it, my friends. Prepare yourselves; the toughest of our enemy no doubt lies within the chamber before us."
"Quite correct, General, but I would not be so quick to discount those in the chamber behind you."
Turning as one, the two Generals whirl around in shock, finding themselves face to face with none other than Segnin Tamayal. "You!" Koura shouts in surprise at the Hakiem whom they had left not only defeated, but completely incapacitated and immobile only a few minutes before. "How the -"
Segnin gives the group a lopsided smile as he shrugs his shoulders, flexing his arm muscles a few times just to prove that any damage the Gerudo's strike had done to him is now gone. His mind happily recounts the events prior to this one . . .
'Well, isn't this great . . . there's no way I'm going to help that wretched killer of my tribe . . . but I can hardly move. I really must have broken most of my spine . . .'
It was a miracle that he was even awake; not only had he been knocked out by Noval, but Icerova had partially frozen his heart. But for one with the warmth of lightning coursing through him, the latter hadn't exactly affected him. Still, Segnin lay in a heap on the ground, rings of ice holding his chest and stomach to the ground, adding to his already incredible degree of closeness to a state known as immobility. Very close, yes . . . but not quite. His hands can still move, albeit slowly. No Hakiem is used to such a meager state of movement, especially not one who can transform himself into a bolt of lightning and practically warp from place to place . . .
Lying there, Segnin's eyes widen. Perhaps . . . yes, that should work . . .
His hands rise upwards ever so slowly, and after much effort manages to bring them into a resting position over his chest. "Rohtric . . . Seerse . . ." His hands clap - and his molecules are instantaneously transformed into pure electricity which streak off towards the collapsed bridge. As soon as they impact, the bolt morphs back into the Sheikah's normal form - 'normal', meaning without any injuries.
Segnin grins as he rolls his shoulders, rubbing his neck muscles before flexing a little bit. Seems it had worked after all . . . good. Well, he's knows where those fools are going; he'll just need a few minutes to gather up some reinforcements . . .
"Oh, I found my ways," the Hakiem finally says. "And I even brought a few friends along." He steps away from the doorway in which he stands, allowing the group the chance to see his own followers: a vast number of Hakiems, fifteen at first glance, at least twenty-seven after a closer inspection. All of them wear black handkerchiefs - each and every one of them are L2. Even Koura, the Golden Gerudo, pales at the sight. "I hope you don't mind how long I was in getting here; it took a few minutes to gather up the remainder of the Hakiems patrolling the halls."
Noval slowly lifts his blade up in a defensive posture, gulping as he looks down at their numbers. This isn't another mere battle . . . this one has the potential to be a massacre. This certainly won't be easy, even with the Goldforce Power that lies on their side. His gaze flickers over to Koura, giving her a nod. She replies in kind, lifting her hands up as she begins walking towards the Hakiems, ready to deliver the first blow.
"No."
All turn to face the Zora General as Kamas Lion speaks for the first time in a long time. He steps forward, throwing his arms outwards as he gazes at the horde of Hakiems. "Go to the King," he says softly over his shoulder, looking straight to Noval but obviously addressing everyone. "They're mine."
Noval's eyes narrow. "Are you sure, Kamas?" The Zora nods in a single crisp motion. "Very well." The Hylian turns back to the door and thrusts it open.

Now fully refreshed, Sovelis watched as Leth unlocked the Royal Chambers. When the Huge group of Hakiem apeared. "Crap..." he wispered as the Zora General ordered everyone to leave the enemies to him, Sovelis's stomach lurched. "You haven't got a chance agianst so many of them!" he stated as he took a step back. Actually, I don't think all of us can fight them off either... Sovelis thought as he said one last thing to the Zora. "Good luck friend, may your blade bite deeply..." Sovelis turned and ran into the Royal Chamber, ready to end it all.

Leth heard Drom suck in his breath at the sight of Segnin. Obviously he knew him from somewhere. He listned, then stared at General Lion in awe as he said he would stay behind. Not wanting to put himself in danger, and trying to help General Lion, he went into the next room as quickly as possible, followed by Karuna, who had to carry Drommlin. "But I want to stay and fight!" He protested. "You would die." Said Karuna bluntly.

Bidding one last long look towards Kamas, Noval silently gives his friend and fellow General a nod of respect. 'Thank you, my friend. Thank you for your sacrifice.' As Koura and Calla, the last of the group other than himself, slowly back into the entryway, he raises his eyes to the last sight he'll see outside of the throne room for the remainder of the night, if not for his life. Hopefully just the night. He steps backwards, shaking away such negative thoughts as the doors shut behind him. 'Farore, do not deny him . . .'
Beyond the doors lies a magnificent chamber, adorned with sculptures, architecture, and paintings the likes of which few have ever been granted the opportunity to view. An ornately designed ruby carpet decorates the stone flooring, and the similarly textured walls hold banners depicting the great golden power of the Triforce, each emblem lying between the darkened windows to the outside world. On the far side stands a raised dais, atop which stands three thrones, each one as incredibly beautiful as the room itself. Three people reside in this place: the most noticeable two being King Harkinian II and Princess Zelda, and the third an elderly man dressed in royal robes that belie great importance in his position.
Of course, somewhat marring the otherwise normal and peaceful scene are the Hakiems that stand at the ready. There were three beings with the black handkerchiefs of the L2 Hakiems, and one . . . one with a white coat that stretched from neck to feet, beneath which was worn naught but black articles.
"You have finally arrived," one person says calmly, a malicious grin on his face as he steps forward. Noval finds his mouth falling open in shock, and Colonel Veldam is quick to do a double take as their eyes meet with those of the speaker. "We have been waiting quite impatiently for you, General Noval. But it would appear that the waiting hath reached the end."
"S-sir Allconus?!" Those are the only words that Noval can utter, even as Veldam staggers back. ". . . you're behind - behind all this?!"
"Th-th-that's im-impossible . . ." Veldam sputters out at last. "Sir Yaen is . . . he's the top adviser to King Harkinian himself! His Majesty's most reliable councilor . . . there's just . . . just no way!"
Not hearing Horren's words, the third man on the dais laughs quite heartily. "That may be one way to explain your plight, s-certainly . . ."
Noval's eyes narrow all of a sudden. The way he'd said that last word . . . "I see . . ." Stepping forward, he calls out in a resounding tone. "I presume that I am speaking to the one known as Zaboorak, am I not?!"
* * *
A great distance away, the dark Zora lets out a loud chuckle, one that, courtesy of the magic placed upon Sir Allconus, is immediately echoed through the lips of the councilor. Such an incredible spell he'd devised all those years ago, allowing his consciousness to be mirrored in a weak-minded puppet from any distance, no matter how vast it may be. "Yesss, my dear General Noval, it isss mossst scertainly I . . ."
* * *
But Zaboorak is not the only Zora involved in this tale. No, most definitely not. Outside of the throne room, Segnin laughs mockingly at General Lion as the group disappears within the boundaries of the throne room. "What, you?! The one who doesn't like to fight?! What the heck do you think you can do?"
Kamas sighs as his hands rise. His magic is completely from the Farore Venruuth spell to grant healing to those who even now will be readying for the fight for His Majesty and the princess. That means that there is no chance to avoid it: he will have to use it. 'Farore forgive me,' he prays silently. 'May your judgment of these actions be merciful, yet just.'
One of the Hakiems joins Segnin in his mocking. "You really are a fool, aren't ya Zora? Ya mean to take on some of the greatest warriors in the Hakiems Tribe?" He looks to the lightning manipulator. "Master Tamayal, may I have the honor."
"You may have the pleasure, my friend!" is the response.
"So be it!" the Sheikah calls as he charges, Gilded Sword drawn.
Lion sighs with regret. "Farore Effill."

Sovelis was confused, and with good reason. He had no earthly Idea who any of these people were, or what kind of spell was controlling this guy in the white robe. "Okay. This is going on far enough. Lets just end this now, so I can get back to my research. Alright? Some of us have more important things to do than protect a King and a Princess. I want to go home, and you have something that could send me there. Now I'll start this off, okay Generals?" The Tempest said as he held his hand out, the real one. He streached his fingers and pointed then in the direction of the Hakiems and the man in the white robes. "Element of the worlds, give me your powers, strike forth and destroy my enemies. Strike them down and cast then within the pit of no return, ELEMENTAL EXPLOSION!!!" Sovelis said as his hand filled with a several lights of different colors. He did not even caring if the King or Princess Zelda caught some of the backlash of the power he had let out. He just wanted this madness to be over so he could return to his search for a way home.
OoC: I know that this may be hasty, but Sovelis's lack of patence is starting to show. And it will more than likely kill him.

OOC: Sorry, Sovelis. Storyline is more important than fighting. For now, that is.
IC:
Sovelis' Elemental Explosion rockets outward, erupting with energy before Noval can even try to stop him - and stop him he certainly wants to do. Here he is, talking with the one and only Zaboorak . . . well, let's just say that it could be a very . . . informative . . . discussion, provided the Zora's messenger isn't killed by the reckless human. And as the energy merges into the deep and dark form of the Shadow Element, that possibility becomes ever more likely, as Sir Yaen Allconus is a fellow Hylian.
But even as the shade of power launches itself at the Sheikah, the fourth of the Hakiems steps forward with a sigh. 'Good grief . . . talk about an impatient annoyance. Can't even wait for the grown-ups to finish talking. Well, might as well take care of this.' The words dart through both their owner and the telepathic Noval's minds in less than a second, and by the end of that second it has become quite clear what 'taking care of this' involves. Without warning a gale force wind pierces through all present, gripping at the Elemental Explosion and literally blowing it away, out of a window that seems to magical shoot open in the breeze.
Sovelis: 33 HP, 21 SPL (OOC: Remember, unlike HP, SPL still hasn't been recharged)
At last, Noval stops to take one long look at the Sheikah. He wears long black pants and a button-up shirt of similar coloring, contrasting with the white overcoat that is his most prominent article on him. It matches his long white hair, which looks as though it must extend to the middle of his back, as long as Princess Zelda normally wears hers. But white does not stand for purity in this case, and the piercing crimson glare that he shoots Sovelis is more than enough to confirm that fact.
"I do wisssh you'd have kept that . . . it could have been quite ussseful later on." Allconus - or rather, Zaboorak - says softly, leaning closer to the warrior.
The man merely shrugs. "Sorry, sir, but I can only deflect attacks, not contain them for later use. Now, if you'd wanted me to redirect it somewhere, then you probably should've said so, don't ya think?" His attitude is surprisingly calm for such a blatant sign of disrespect towards the Zora, and the way Allconus' eyes narrow suggests that Zaboorak feels the same the way.
Well, this is going well. Time to interject himself back into the goings-on. "Why have you come here, Zaboorak?!" he yells out, regaining the attention of all present at once. "I thought you only wanted the Goldforce Powers - what has possessed you into declaring war on Hyrule itself?!"
Allconus blinks a few times, as a grin begins to form. Suddenly he rears back his head and lets loose a string of laughs, apparently finding the comment hilarious. "Declare war on Hyrule! Now why would I do sssomething asss ssstupid and pointlesss asss that?" he says at last. "That isss what getsss that idiot Ganon killed time and time again, and I have no intention of repeating the Pig'sss missstakesss."
"Then why have you attacked the Royal Family!?"
* * *
Zaboorak glares into the crystal sphere on the table in front of him. Through this device can he hear and see everything his puppet Allconus does, as can any of those around him. Such as Karunik, staring at the ball over his shoulder. "Why indeed, Lord Zaboorak," he mutters softly, having realized long ago that the Zora is far too caught up in this little talk to pay attention to him. Excellent; he can get a few insults off his chest.
"It'sss quite sssimple, General. The Hakiemsss Tribe, dessspite their incredible talent and innate abilitiesss, have been unable to gather the necesssary information about the remaining Golden Onesss. I needed to find sssome other way to obtain this data . . . and I have at lassst found it." He moves his hand backwards, and Allconus mirrors the motion, so that his fingers point towards the King and Princess. "Having found my informant, I only required a way to gain hisss attention . . . a way to draw him out into the open, so that we could bargain for my cluesss. Attacking the Royal Family wasss believed to be the mossst expedient method, and the hypothesssisss hasss been quite adequately proven."
* * *
Allconus' grin grows wide. "You sssee, General, we have come here . . . for you."
OOC: I suggest you all ask any questions you have, about this part, the Hakiems, the Golden Ones, etc . . . though I don't promise to answer them all.
Oh, and you might want to do the Q&A quick - no telling how long we'll be able to restrain the Tempest.

OoC: OI! I take that as a complament actually, Alpha. I restrain from blasting anyone. for now at least....
Sovelis was amazed at the ease that his blast had been deflected, and at the arrogance of the enemy. "Watch whom you call child. I may look like a teenager, but my age surpasses that of most in this room. One question bothers me as much as it does the General here. What do you plan on doing now?" Sovelis asked Zaboorak/Allconus, taking several steps ahead of everyone else. "And what kind of powerfull advantage do you hope to gain with this little operation of yours?"
Sovelis had a plan of his own. If he could blast everyone in the room, once he found out which of these Hakiems has the Triforce of Wisdom of coarse, then he could grab it, and use it to 'get outta Dodge'. "Well, I'd like to congradulate you Hakiem. You've done what only another Triforce wielder has been able to do; enter the Castle and take the princess and king hostage. Bravo!" Sovelis said with a tone of sarcasim in his voice as he clapped his hands, his staff tucked under his arm and in the crook of his elbow. "It couldn't have done me any better to get close enough to the Triforce. When I bumped into Colonel Horren Veldam, I didn't expect that he'd lead me strait to the Triforce chamber, But since Nogare voutched for me, the Colonel trusted me. When we got there, I was gonna grab it, and make a way home with its power. But it was gone, and we all had to fight one of your minons." The Tempest said to Zaboorak as he turned to face his 'fellow adventureres'.
Glaring at the Generals, he smiled with the utmost hatred he could summon to his youthfull face. "I hate it here. Your world is a constant sorce of pain to me, and I wanted to leave. My own attempts at returning home failed. (A Tempests Atempt to Return Home, although that topic went south, I planed on it failing anyway.) So I decided that I'd need the Divine power of either the Triforce of Wisdom or of Power." he sighed loudly as he looked at the face of everyone he had been travelling with that night. "I won't let the Hakiem have it. Once I'm done, you can take it back to your little tower and lock it back up. I promise that much, Only if no one stands in my way. I will not be stopped. And anyone who stands in my way will taste my wrath..." Sovelis said, raising his hood over his head to hid the fact that he was crying
" Even if it means helping the Hakiem, I will have my way." he said with a voice that echoed in the Throne Room. "I'm sorry"

OOC: Out of line?! Far from it! I wish more people would do stuff like this!
. . . though Sovelis may well be changing his mind after this next post.
IC:
Zaboorak can't help but laugh, not only at Sovelis' betrayal but also his questions. 'Well, well, well . . . yesss, thisss mussst be the Tempessst I have heard about . . . quite intriguing.' The Zora flashes a grin as he turns Allconus' face in the Human's direction, allowing him to see the glitter in his eyes that is transferred as well. "You wisssh to aid usss in exchange for the Triforsce'sss power? I am happy to obli -"
A loud, long laugh interrupts the puppet, and all turn to face General Noval as his frame shakes from humor. "Don't even try it, Zaboorak!" he calls out, smile stretching from ear to ear as his chuckles echo throughout the throne room. His closed eyes drop towards the floor as he shakes his head, and then his gaze reappears, a sly look on his face as he stares straight at the man. "Tell the truth - you don't have the Triforce. You went to the Tower, had your Hakiems search it . . . and they found nothing at all."
Veldam's mouth drops as he twists to face the General, allowing Shada and Koura's wild stuttering to make up for his own speechlessness. Allconus' face is suddenly frozen, for the Zora does not want them to see the storm of curses that are emerging from his mouth, and momentarily breaks off the direct controlling of his puppet that he's been using - all of which only serves to confirm Noval's words. Finally after a few moments of silence in the chamber, Allconus' eyes narrow. When he finally speaks again, the voice is low, only a trace of anger in it, but sounding somehow . . . feral.
". . . and ssso you demonssstrate the reassson we came here for you, General: your Royal Elite Remnant hasss accesss to information even we Hakiemsss lack." The councilor abruptly stands upright, drawing a sword from his belt that had somehow escaped the notice of all those present. "It is prescisssely asss you have sssaid.
"Why did we come here? What are our plansss now? It isss your turn to tell the truth, Richarn, and I sssuggessst you not hold anything back." The scraping of metal against sheathes emerges into the air as the three L2 Hakiems draw their own weapons. The fourth Sheikah, the one with the white robes drawn around him, only sits back and grins as he awaits the revelation.
Allconus roars. "You know the identitiesss and locationsss of ALL the other Golden Onesss! Do you not?!"
Shada's mouth drops as she turns towards the General. 'He knows?! Is that even possible?!' Noval's lips purse together, as certain a reply as Zaboorak's silence had been.
Allconus finally shrugs. "I expected nothing lesss. Why do you think we invaded the cassstle? Two reasssonsss." He begins to pace about the dais, waving the sword around almost casually as his left hand rises into the air. He holds up two fingers. "The firssst: to draw you here. It wasss obviousss that if the Royal Family came under attack, you would russsh to do your idiotic duty and defend them with your pathetic little life.
"The sssecond: ssso that we could have a bit of . . . leverage . . . to get what we want. No matter what loyaltiesss you might feel towardsss my golden kind, undoubtedly your king and princesss are of a higher priority." At this moment he stops, throwing a side glance at the fourth of the Hakiems. "Would you care to explain the rulesss of thisss engagement . . . General Laxin?"
A sharp intake of breath is heard from several of those gathered as those last words are uttered - General Laxin. Noval suddenly feels the blood draining from his face as he takes an involuntary step backwards. The Hakiems Tribe has only five 'Generals', and they are the most powerful of the Sheikah's numbers. For a General to actually be here . . .
Shada's thoughts sum it up the best: 'We're dead.'
The white haired, white clothed Sheikah strides up to where the King and Zelda sit, and it is at this moment that anyone curious will notice something strange about the pair: they sit calmly in their thrones, eyes closed and without emotion on their face, almost as if they are asleep. Certainly they are not reacting to anything that happens in the room. "Watch this," the Hakiem says calmly, drawing back a knuckle and hurling it towards King Harkinian himself.
Only to have it stops short as it hits something solid. A shimmer of energy can be seen at the point of impact, roughly five feet away from His Majesty. The shimmering moves along in a spherical motion, revealing the otherwise invisible barrier that has formed around the Royal Family members. "As you can see, these two are utilizing their magical essence to create a rather strong barrier . . . though not one that will stop us. We've been waiting for you all to arrive before we break it, but now that you're here . . ."
From behind his back, out of nowhere at all, an enormous spiked hammer emerges in his right hand. It is shaped similarly to the Megaton Hammer, having a pointed end that looks sharp as a needle and the opposite end a hexagonal surface - though this sledge is much, much bigger than even the Hero of Time could have hoped to wield. The handle is as long as a staff and roughly a foot in diameter, save in a pair of spots that are a bit slimmer and obviously where he can grip the weapon, and the entire surface shimmers with a dark gleam - black gold, one of the rarest and strongest substances in the world. "So here's the deal: either you divulge the information, and we'll pardon you all for killing our numbers, leaving at once . . . or you can get through these three Hakiems and Councilor Allconus before I crack through this barrier and kill them both.
"Your choice, but I suggest you make it quick - this weapon of mine ain't just for show."

Almighty Vengeance - this technique can only be learned by the Generals of the Hakiems Tribe. Whenever a fellow member of the Hakiems Tribe is killed, a Hakiem General gains +1 to all stats. This ability can stack on top of itself. In addition, once Almighty Vengeance has been invoked, the General's physical attacks deal twice as much DMG (this does not stack).

OoC: no...Triforce? Why must you tease me so! Oh well...I guess..IT'S CLOBERIN' TIME!!! also...Do I have permission to use the You-know-what that we talked about?
IC: Sovelis was shocked, plain and simple. The Triforce of Wisdom was not here. his searching, his planning, almost dieing, and his betrayal....were ALL FOR NOTHING. Anger began to boil within the Tempest's heart; an anger that was so full of pure malice that it couldn't all be his.
So...all of our plans have just been crushed? An all to familiar voice said to Sovelis. What will we do now, eh...boy? Heh ha ha hah! You thought that you'd be home free? Able to leave this accursed land? I told you that it wasn't that easy! But did you listen to me? The world has just spit in your face...and you want revenge. Sovel stated. Sovelis knew that Everyone in the room could hear the Demonic voice that taunted him. He knew that if he survived this night, that he would be an outlaw; a wanted criminal against the crown. But, he had to make it out alive first. He'd need more power than his own body frame could put out. He NEEDED the demon's power...no... Sovelis Hungered for the power that was within his grasp...A power that would save him...but ultimately, that power would be his downfall.
So what.... he said back to Sovel, I will have to trust you on this... Sovelis grinned as he walked towards General Laxin. "My choice is still the same.'' he said to the white-haired Sheikah. "Now that the others know of my own plot, I am now their enemy, and traitors to the crown aren't treated nicely." Sovelis said as he spun around to face the other adventurers that he had fought along-side that night. So. We are now going to do things my way for once? Sovel laughed as his voice came out of Sovelis's head, echoing in the hall, and in the minds of everyone present. Then I shall LEND you some of my power. And let us hope that you have chosen wisely.
Sovelis sighed and spoke, not to Laxin, or the other Hakiems, but to the ones whom would be remembered as Heroes of Hyrule, defenders of the Royalty. "I am sorry everyone. But my path is mine to choose. And I have chosen the path of darkness. I will kill anyone who stands in my way, and these Hakiem have the right idea. TAKE WHATEVER YOU NEED TO GAIN POWER." Sovelis's body began to glow a bright red as the Demonic Power of Sovel began to flow into him. Strengthening his physical body, yet corrupting his soul slightly. Such was the price for power. One's soul for the power of Darkness.
