OOC: Okay, looking forward to it Alpha.

IC:Saber's eyes fill with panic, going almost as rigid as the rest of his body had. This is the end? There's no way...I don't want to die here....How can I be killed by a Moblin? He shut his eyes as the Moblin pressed closer, raising it's newlymade dagger for the fatal strike. Well, it's over....at least I saved Yoo-Ess from one Moblin....my father would be proud....

Suddenly he heard a hard crack right by his ear. What the hell was that? A slingshot? No....it struck way too hard for it to have been a deku nut... He opened his eyes and saw a splotch of paint on the ground, not even half a foot wide in diameter. A split second later another splotch appeared--then another and another. Forcing his neck to bend a bit more, he followed the direction the paint seemed to be coming from and found himself staring at a window in Alex's house, where his two new allies were. Saved by kids from a Moblin...? Maybe I won't be bragging about this after all...still, it's not like I'm going to turn down the offer He admitted as the next three shots pounded his foe.

As the beast reeled back in pain, he tried to control his body's spasms. Struggling for a few seconds, he managed to sit up. With both hands, he raised his saber. I don't have the strength to attack....I'm still done for...unless...He pointed his saber towards the Moblin, which was now hopping around wildly in pain. He tried to follow it's path as best he could, but the shaking saber kept sinking lower and lower. Then the plan worked; the Moblin hopped towards Sabertache and impaled itself on his blade. While this saved him, the force of the impact toppled him over, and he lay on his side, the Moblin stuck to his sword, unable to move yet again as he lay over a drain.

His eyes wandered the battlefield, and he was pleased with the sight that met them. All the Moblins were under a suppresing fire. While they weren't being injured by Tyler's weapon, they were immobolized, some of them blinded, and all they had to do was stay in that condition for a few seconds before they were finished by any one of his allies.

Alex's eyes widened. He knew this guy some way or another, and everything was alligned perfectly. It was more than just a coincidence. "Heh. Alright Alpha, maybe you haven't realized it yet, but you're teaming up with ZeldaVeteran, and somehow my creation has come to life. Thats right." Alex pulled back his bowstring, and let another arrow fly at the nearest target, which just happened to be the Moblin that Tyler had blinded just seconds ago. It was flailing its arms in pain, and the arrow that sunk into his side probably didn't help. It wasn't dead, but mortally wounded, and it was more than enough of an opening for Saber to make a finishing blow. Turning away from the Moblin, he reloaded his bow, and took aim, just before lowering the bow. Dogura seemed to be in controll of the fight. There were only about four Moblins left, and one of them was missing an arm.

Alex lifted out of the window, and sat in his bad, staring at the ceiling. So many things were going through his mind. Never had he contemplated death... especially in such a manner. It was dangerous buisness, and even so, he was excited about what was happening. He had always thought that life was a little too boring. Mother nature decided to shut him up by sending his own creation into existance. Never would the boy complain again, he swore it. He finally stood up, and walked to the door, stopping just at the opening, and grabbing the side of the door. "Alpha... You know we're in pretty deep right? The military will be looking for us... Mysterious men with abilities that defy physics. If we're caught with them, we'll be questioned." Alex turned around, and faced Tyler. "No matter what happenes, we can never tell anyone about Hyrule. Man is corrupt. The army would sweep Hyrule with their weapons, and take it by force... No matter what happens, we don't know anything. Understand?"

OOC: This takes place sometime before there are four moblins left.

Bou was surrounded on all sides by moblins, so, he preformed a spinning attack. He lifted up his left leg, and propelled himself with his right arm, spinning to his left. As the sword cut through the moblins, their squiles could be heard echoing through the neighborhood. It was quite a terrifying sound, because they sounded so human. He continued by ripping through surrounding moblins, and the ones that had only been weakened by the spin attack. As his sword slammed through a moblin's skull, he wondered who this newcomer was.

Orpheous hit all oncoming moblins with his staff. He slammed one of them square between the eyes. It let out a shout of aggony as the staff penitrated it's skull. It went all the way through the other side of the skull, as the brain came flying out. "Man, now I gotta wash this thing off," said Orpheous. His mind wondered if he should take a moblin that's wound was barely visible to a taxidermist. That ought to be a hoot.

Simon looked over at Tyler for a minute, studying the newcomer. Alex and the newcomer, who called himself Tyler, were talking about a place called TDC. I need to ask about that place when we are done, thought Simon. He then focused back on the fight, letting an arrow(I know I said he was doing support spells, but I thought he could be an archer, too) fly at a moblin. It hit a moblin that was rushing for the house, causing it to drop dead in its tracks. He let more arrows fly, but decided not to watch were they landed, he decided to prepare more.

OOC: Okay then Saber, I hereby introduce Myself: I'll be referring to myself as Alpha from now on. :P

IC:
Alpha sits back in the window frame, wiping sweat from his brow as he gazes over the carnage that has ensued from the battle thus far. The lawn and street are littered with the corpses of Moblins, with more and more falling by the weaponry of the more experienced warriors. Taking a glance at the paintball gun, he realizes that he's only used up a quarter of the ammo in the thus far; pretty darn good, considering how much of a trigger-finger he's had.

His gaze jerks back as Alex states his own online title. "Your ZV!?!" he cries out incredulously. A few moments are spent in complete silence, then he says, "Well . . . I guess then that we both know what we're up against pretty much . . ." He trails off, not willing to allow his normal stuttering to occur. He instead decides to listens to the rest of Alex's words, nodding as they are spoken. "I agree wholeheartedly; but furthermore, we should be wary of what could happen if less . . . Orderly . . . Hyrulians should enter this world.

"It wasn't just your creation that came to this world - I'd be willing to bet Alpha and all the 'adventurers' exist too. And so do their enemies. And I just had to make Zaboorak an evil super-genius, too . . . Regardless, their magic might very well be enough to help them against our technology - just look at what our armies are having trouble with even now, against a magically weak force." He motions to the Moblins. "If their greatest magic clashes with our strongest weapons . . ." he turns and looks ZV straight in the eyes, ". . . I fear what could happen to both worlds."

"So, two things. One, we don't let our world reach Hyrule, and two we don't let anymore Hyrulians to Earth if we can help it. How the heck did they get here anyway? Some sort of a portal? And where is the portal - we need to try and seal it up ASAP." He glances outside quickly, firing off a few shots at another Moblin approaching Saber's position. As it flails about and glances at its newly painted wrist, he looks out over the street-turned-battlefield - looks like the majority of their foes have fallen.

Alex nodded, and thought the issue more over as Tyler spoke. He was right, in more ways than one. There were many powerful men and women in Hyrule, and if they had managed to stumble across the portal... Alex was sickened as he remembered how easy it was to get past the Goron guards. It would be no task for someone like Zaboorak or Fang to stumble across the portal, and slip right through. Continuing down the stairs, Alex opened the door to let the warrior back in, but grimmaced at their blood-caked outfits. "Alright guys, wherever the portal is, its sure to be in the city, seeing as how thats where they seem to have spawned." Alex stopped, and looked into the sky. "But if thats the case, then why did the portal spit us out right here at my house?" Alex shoved the question out of his thoughts, because there was a much bigger problem at hand.

A text message.

A text message that read, "Alex, I'll be home in about 5 minutes, unlock the door for me." Alex grimmaced yet again. Turning around, he thought only of what his mom might say if she saw such a scene. She had obviously not heard the news, and the fact that he had let a few strangers in wouldn't help the trust benefactor. "Okay guys, big news! My mom is going to be home any minute now! We need to head for the city right as soon as possible! I'll tell her I'm over my friend's house." Alex, hoping to the good lord above that the adventurers understood what he had just barked out, turned to message his mom back. Pressing the buttons as quickly as he could, while avoiding error, he tried to push the men into the street, pointing to sky scrapers, and the opaque clouds of smoke that caked them. He could only hope that everything wouldm turn out alright... Breaking into a jog towards the city, he looked back to make sure that he was being followed.

Saber layed on the drain for over a minute, the convulsions gradually decreasing...taking a few deep breaths of the putrid air, he pushed himself onto his feet and surveyed the battlefield quickly. The mutilated, painted corpses of the Moblin troupe were strewn all over the place. He rubbed his head where the staff had hit him--that was one hell of a blow for a Moblin--as he thought the battle over, the paralysis part worrying him.I'm lucky to be alive...Something's wrong with me, there's no way I can keep going like this....

Turning, he stumbled back to the house on wobbly legs. He collapsed on the same couch just as Alex began to speak. We have to leave..? No way...I"m not going anywhere.....he thought to himself as his stomach and lungs continued to burn. Although it appeared he didn't have much of a choice. He followed after the rest of the group slowly, swaying back and forth. Suddenly, he lost all sense of being. He felt weightless, and his vision was the equivelant of a rhino's and only getting worse. He couldn't feel anything, not even when his kneecap struck the pavement with a crack. He blacked out just before throwing up for the second time since he had arrived. His limp body fell over sideways onto the lawn, and his breathing grew heavier.

Orpheous was caked in sweat, as was Bou. Simon wasn't as bad, and he followed Alex down the stairs. "Hey, Alex," he asked with enthusiasm, "what is TDC?" He waited until Alex was done texting his mom. Orpheous stumbled in when the door was opened, and he was surely tired. Bou, who had used High Magic to applify his power ten-fold, realized that this temporrary strengh would only last him about two days, and he would probably be sapped from this tap for a week. He simply stoad in, making the best of his temporary strengh.

However, the warriors were careful not to spill to much blood on the floor, and were happy to leave for the city as soon as possible. Bou was the first one of the three to follow, then Simon, and last Orpheous, who was happy to get a chance to see the sights, again.

Alpha sighs in relief as the battle ends, and allows the paintball gun fall to his side as he trails ZV down the stairs. Glancing over the group, he makes special effort to memorize each feature of each adventurer. After all, it's fully his intention to get them out of this world as soon as possible - he doesn't have a lot of time to bask in the glory of his fellow RPers' inventions. 'Dang . . . too bad the real Alpha isn't here . . . hmmm . . .' He immediately glances around the room, searching for a computer. Maybe if he typed on HA2 that Alpha found a portal to the real world, the Sheikah would appear in this world as well . . .

Grinning wide in anticipation, the teen turns to Alex. "Hey ZV, where's your . . ." he trails off as the kid issues his grim proclamation: his mother's on the way. 'Oh well, so much for that idea . . . for now.' He grimaces at the thought of a mother walking into this house and finding several armed and dangerous strangers conversing casually with her son. His thoughts turn to his own parents once this thought is completed. He actually has a rather good relationship with them, especially for a teenager . . . but good nightmare! They'd been borderline furious with him when he'd announced he was leaving to go to New York. The grin turns to a grimace as he imagines his return trip home. They will not be at all pleased with him . . .

Although . . . the way things are going right now, it might very well be worth it all. His frown turns upside down once more.

Alpha quickly moves forward as Alex starts shoving people outside, doing his best to squeeze out before he's pushed. Glancing around, the RPer suddenly reverts to his worried outlook on life. "Uh . . . Alex?" he calls out to the boy, who has taken the lead and doesn't seem willing to wait around for anything (for good reason, of course). "How exactly are we going to explain to your mom about why all these Moblin corpses and blood are scattered around your front lawn?"

Wheeling around, Alex noticed Saber on the ground, wheezing somethng fierce! "Oh lord." Alex's mind began racing. He didn't know what was happening to the man, but all his knowledge told him that he must be having trouble breathing the thick New York air. "Oh man, oh man, oh man!!" Alex rushed inside, and returned with a small orange container. Kneeling beside the drained warrrior, he twisted the lid, and popped out a few small capsules. "Here, take these. They're pain-killers, and like their name would make you think, they should do a good job getting rid of the pain."

Alex stood up, and turned, noticing the dead bodies strewn across the landscape, at the exact moment that Alpha's question caught his attention. "Alright, listen. My mom wouldn't expect me to explain all this. She's pretty understanding, but if I told them that they were creatures from a game, and that they're from another dimension, she would think I'm retarded." With that, Alex waited for the pills to take affect. His mom was approaching fast, and he knew it. "We have to go, like right now!!" The boy hurried them. Dogura nodded. "I understand that your mother woukd most likely doubt any of this is real, considering that you think of us as nothing more than a game." Alex's face flushed. "NO!! You don't understand!" Dogura held a hand up to silence him.

"No, I think you're the one who doesen't understand." Alex was hurt inside that his own creation had lost respect for him. Dogura sheathed his sword, and hoisted Saber over his shoulder, and turned towards the city. "We'll meet at that building." He pointed to the two towers that rose up above the city, his finger leaning towards the leftmost tower. "Its the tallest structure around this Noo Yorc, and can serve as a great meeting place. I'll be on ahead. Gather whatever you might need, and head after us." Dogura sped off down the road, narrowly avoiding a small car that was headed in their direction. Not Alex's mom. That was a reliefe in itself!

Alex covered his face with a hand. "Man... what a day. My birthday is in just 2 days, what a way to prepare... I bet none of my friends even survive." With a dismayed look, Alex signaled Orpheous and friends to head to town. "Alright, lets go Tyler. We don't have a lot of time. Honestly, my mom is gonna freak.

OOC: I am assuming that Dogura, Bou, Saber, Simon, and Orpheous are out of sight while posting this. I am also assuming that Tyler and Alex are still at the house because they need to gather 'stuff.' Am I right?

IC: Orpheous hustled along, and moved out of sight from the house, it had been a few minutes after he left, when something happened. A small rift, small enough to be made by a sword, cut through the air, as the right was being made, from bottom to top, the tip of a sword could be seen at Alex's side of the rift. The rift was out in the street, prehaps not the best choice, but nothing could be done about it now.

A man walked out of the rift. He had a smile on his face, until he saw the slain moblins, then his mind turned to disgust. He was holding a sword, the tip on it was the one that made it. He stepped out of the rift as if he were stepping through a door, but over something as well. He waved his hand at the rift, and it sealed back up. His short sleeve sheer black t-shirt waved in the wind. Wait a second, there was no wind, it must have been the "magic that closed the rift" 's signiture. Such that whenever it was used, it would create a wind like affect by moving the air molecules. The 'breeze' wasn't that stronge, only enough to wave the man's shirt, and a few nereby leaves.

The man looked as though he was 21, maybe one or two years older or younger. He was a Caucasian, and jugding by the cross on his neck, a firm believer in Christ. His hair looked fairly untidy, but the color was a radiant black. His eyes were that of brownish hue, however, they sometimes turned silver, and no, that doesn't blind him. His face looked as though his main expression was a carefree happy smile.

Other than his t-shirt, he was wearing black jeans, nike socks, black casual shoes(ooc: don't let this fool you, he can run pretty well in them), briefs(if it makes a difference, and no, pervs, they aren't visible), sunglasses, and an odd ring encrypted with a stone that had a spell on it. He also carried a knapsack on his back. He reached in it, pulled out a funny looking orb(anybody remember the orb the enemies dropped in Wind Waker, it looks something like that). He thrust his sword into the orb, and it disappeared within the orb(sub dimensions to store stuff in, quite a genius idea, my friend thought of it). He took of his sunglasses and pocketed them his opposite pocket that he kept a combat knife in(not visible either). He walked up to Tyler and Alex, "Either of you seen some people who looked like they came out of, i dunno, the middle ages(reference to what most people in Hyrule look like). Where are my manners, I am Matt Wittherson, and I hear that there was a moblin attack around here, and judging by the looks of things, it wasn't pretty. Need help cleaning up?" He paused once more when he noticed something on the ground, next to a moblin corpse, he reached down to pick it up.

It was a tracking device, "the same one on Orpheous' ankle," he mutters, as he picks it up and pockets it. He looks at the two kids, one of which almost old enough to be his peer.

"We can argue about who's real and who's not some other time," Alpha says as he glances around the room. "Right now we need to get going. Now." He grabs the paintball gun, wondering if ZV has any more ammo anywhere, but he doesn't see any and knows they don't have time for even a quick search of the house. With that in one hand and his sheathed blade in the other, the RPer dashes after his fellow . . . only to stop short as a new portal opens up and a new person walks through.

He listens to this new guy Matt's words, and quickly replies as the guy picks up something off the ground - Alpha can't see for sure what it is, but he does hear Orpheous' name so it's safe to assume that this guy knows at least that member of the Hyrulian adventurers. "Yeah, they're with us. We'll fill you in on the way; right now we've got to get away from this guy's house before his mom returns and finds her lawn looking like this." As he moves forward, he extends his hand. "I'm Tyler, but feel free to call me Alpha." If this guy really does know about Orpheous then there's a chance he knows of Alpha the Sheikah, even though Alph and Orph have yet to meet in the game. And if he, like Orpheous and friends, knows a lot about the real world, then he can probably put two and two together and figure out that he's talking to the RPer behind the Sheikah Mage's works.

OOC: Earlier, you, Alpha, made a reference to the idea that Tyler didn't know who Orpheous was, and nobody has mentioned his name yet. So, how does Tyler know him... I'll let you slip here, but I will hold this over your head(jk, kinda...)

IC: "Ah, yes, Hyrule Adventures 2," said Matt, after listening to the whole statement, "I still wonder about who writes about Orpheous, however, these people existed long before you all made them up. This isn't a game, this is reality, it is it's own dimension. I sounds rare that somebody on Earth could write a story that was happening else where, but it is intirely possible. I should know...

"Also, what do you mean by us? Orpheous sent me a brain message after the phone call from this house, it said he was with a guy with a saber, a samuri, Simon, Bou, and two Earthian teens. I can assume that you are the Earthian teens. Is everything still the same? Anybody die, or anybody else show up? I'll talk to you when you finish getting ready," finished Matt.

Alex sighed as the man stepped out of the portal. All he needed was more to think about, and he would have no problem getting rid of the horrible headache that had slithered in through his ear. As he listened, he began stepping towards the street. "WE REALLY NEED TO GO! You're welcome to come alonng, as long as you don't slow us down. C'mon, lets go meet at the World Trade Center." Alex turned, and began running, full sprint, down the road, not looking back. If the men were caught in his house, he didn't want to be around to explain. He remembered well what Dogura had said, and was thinking hard about it while he ran. Out of the many things he had said, one thing stuck with him.
No, I think you're the one who doesen't understand.
As he turned the corner to follow the main road, he cleared all other bothers in his mind, and set on making it to Dogura and Saber's position. not good. Four Moblin corpse's were strewn across the street. Looks like Dogura ran into a little trouble. I dearly hope that he wasn't taken by security... He wouldn't take to kindly to being manhandled. Alex turned another corner, and was closer than ever to the building. It struck him that he had never actually been inside the World Trade Center. Suddenly, something happened that made Alex cringe. Yet another portal opened up on a nearby sidewalk. The vortex spat out an elderly man, about in his 60's. He wore a long labcoat, and white fluffy hair lined the sides of his head. Alex stopped for a few seconds, watching the man. Surveying the envirement, he shifted the largely rimmed glasses...

And stared directly at Alex.

OOC: Alpha, I'm going to assume that Tyler followed Alex. I'll let you interject here, and explain your own opinions, or whatever.

Dogura came to a halt in front of the large tower, Saber on his back. He had recieved weird looks the entire way, which he repugnantly returned. The mayhem at this point in the city was unspeakable. People running for their live, monsters right on their heels. Moblins, Octoroks, and even Wolfos were now running amok. Dogura didn't have time to deal with them. He had to get to the top floor of the building, so he could servey the area, and get an intake as to how large this world was. Carrying Saber, Dogura tried to open the doors to the building, but found them to be locked. No surprise, seeing as monsters from another dimension were terrorizing the town.

Dogura placed Saber up against the wall of the building, and focused his energy into his foot. Penting up energy, Dogura swivled his left foot around, and busted the glass of the door with a roundhouse kick. Dogura once again hoisted Saber over his shoulder, and continued his trek into the (seemingly desolate) building. He stepped onto the tile, and looked around. The service desk was empty, and it was extremly quiet. Far too quiet for comfort. Ignoring everything his senses told him, he continued up the nearest staircase he could find, and came to the second floor. There were a few shops, and different color tile. It smelled of food, and there was a large room which was dotted with plants, and benches. A few posters, and stands also crowded the room, and... and... a moving staircase!! Dogura marveled at the set of stairs, which were moving upwards, along with a moving handrail. He couldn't help but surrender to his curiosity.

Holding on to the handrail, along with Sabertache, he stepped onto one of the moving steps, which carried him up to the third floor. Truely impressed with the technology, the samurai found another set of stairs, which carried him to the third floor. This floor looked nothing like the last. The white hallway extended quite a ways down, with the occasional different colored tile. Examing these oddly colored tiles, Dogura was sure to avoid them in fear of traps. Doors lined the hallway, and there were a few help desks along the way. The weight of Saber was finally getting to him. Fatigued, Dogura propped his friend in a sitting position against the nearest wall, and sat down next to him, taking in everything he had seen, and a small rest.

All this technology... All of these structures... The air... its so thick. How could Alex bear to live here, or anyone for that matter? At that moment, a memory wiggled its way into the samurai's thoughts. Alex said something about me being part of a game... What a twisted boy. But with all I've seen today, I find it easier to believe just about anything. Dogura looked down the long desolate hallway, and began murmering a song to himself. A song that his mother used to sing to him on certain nights...
Oh sweet angels..
Oh sweet angels above...
Fly sweet, fly graceful, like flight of a dove...
Soon forgotten, all anger and sorrow...
May we put today behind us, and live for tomorrow.
A smile forced its way to Dogura's face, in loving memory of his mother. He again, looked down the motionless hallway.

"Where are you now... sweet angels.."

OOC: Saber, you mentioned that you would like to wake up soon. I've set you up, so have at it. 8)

OOC: Ah yes, Orpheous, but Matt did say Orpheous' name, and like it or not, Tyler did hear that. And I've read enough of your posts to know that Orpheous knows about our world. :D

IC:
"We're already ready," Alpha says quickly as he moves to follow ZV's fleeing form. Releasing Matt's hand from his grip, he runs after him, motioning for the man to follow them. "Yeah, the group is still the same as far as I know. Saber and Dogura have gone ahead; we'll be meeting over there at the World Trade Center in ASAP." He decides to put a hold on discussing the whole game/reality idea; seems like ZV and Dogura are the ones having issues with that, while he really doesn't care. Best to save that discussion for the ones that do, in Alpha's opinion.

Having to run at full speed to keep up with Alex, Alpha still remains careful, trying to picture what his character Alpha would be doing in this situation. 'Knowing Alpha, he'd survey each and every square inch of the area, taking in every detail his eyes find.' He rolls his eyes. 'Yeah, sure, like I have observational skills that can match a Sheikah's . . .' Still, it doesn't take an awful lot to notice the various beasts roaming around; fortunately it seems that Dogura has taken care of any of the ones that might have gotten in their way, so they can move ahead without too much difficulty.

Suddenly he finds himself stumbling around as he rams into Alex, his gaze focused on a Wolfos - A REAL LIVE WOLFOS!!! - in the distance rather than the companion who has suddenly stopped in front of him. Managing to catch himself before tumbling to the ground, he glances around before his eyes fall on a man staring in their direction. An elderly man, with a stereotypical scientist outfit . . . and with the last traces of a portal closing behind him.

The teen gulps for a moment, wondering who the heck this guy is and where he's come from. His grip tightens slightly on both the hilt of his sword and the handle of the paintball gun, not willing to be unprepared.

Orpheous, Bou, and Simon followed Dogura, but soon, they lost him. They knew excatly what building they were going to, they just didn't know where at in the building. They stayed quiet, and only their breathing could be heard across the main room on the first floor. Bou voluntiered to stay behind to guard the entrance to the second floor, but in return, Orpheous and Simon must not travle far. Now, for the first time since he got there, Simon was amazed. He went to go inspect every last detail about the room. Orpheous sat on the ground, against the wall, taking a break. Then, he saw something, or rather someone. It looked like a little girl, then she said something, in Maggie's voice, "You are a criminal, you will never be anything more than a criminal." Orpheous shouted out loud, "That isn't true." Simon looked at him sideways, and Orpheous realized that he was the only one who could see the girl. However, she appeared to real to be a figment of his imagination. He waited, to see if she would say more....

Matt followed the two. Oh, so they are at the World Trade Center, he thought. As he rounded a corner he saw the 'old' man step out of a portal. He reached into his orb and pulled out a sharp 1 handed sword that glowed with an aura(not the sword he used to create his rift, I might add). He gripped the handle, and waited to see what happened next.

OOC: Since ZV and Saber are becoming the centerfold of the storyline, I am going to branch out a bit, if that is ok.
